Jimmie is exceptional to work with. We first leased a Honda 3 years ago and met Jimmie. Unhappy with previous Honda Dealerships we took a chance on Atamian. Jimmie exceeded our expectations and treated us with such courtesy. His relationship building skills made it easy to purchase a Honda from Atamian going back specifically to work with Jimmie.

Jimmie was incredibly patient, and understanding through our decesion making process. I definitely can be challenging to work with as I am very protective of what my Husband and I are willing to do, but Jimmies thoroughness and explanations of the "How's and Why's" made us be able to leave Atamian very Happy.

Purchasing my new car at Atamian was a was a great and very successful experience. My salesman Mo Slaoui was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Mo assisted me in trading my old car and with selecting and purchasing the exact Honda CRV I wanted, at a very fare and competitive price. When I returned to pick up my car Mo and the Atamian staff took care of all the delivery details and provided all the information I need to drive and use my new car. Purchasing a car at Atamian was a very enjoyable experience.

My car that I purchased was in great condition when I bought it. But, one of the sales managers, Tarik Slaoui was very disrespectful to me. I had called him before I drove 2.5 hours one way to bring home my vehicle that I was purchasing and asked him if I needed anything important before I left. He said nope, just your license and simple stuff such as that. I got to the dealership, test drove the car, and loved it. Then I walked back inside and Tarik said to me, oh, you can't drive that home today. Mind you, everything was already set up with my loan and I did everything on my part before I arrived at the dealership. I had explained to Tarik that I was traveling from Maine to Massachusetts. HE NEVER DISCLOSED ON THE PHONE THAT APPARENTLY MASS IS THE ONLY STATE THAT WILL NOT GIVE OUT TEMP TAGS. Don't you think that would have been something important to know prior to arriving at the dealership? AND the title did not even arrive for TWO weeks after I had signed the paperwork to purchase the vehicle. That I didn't mind so much, but Tarik treated me very poorly and denied everything we talked about on the phone when I confronted him. Besides him, it was an okay experience. Leo & Ray are super cool people. Okay enough said!

I have purchased two vehicles from Atamian and have had smooth, easy processes each time. They provided up-front pricing via TrueCar which eliminated the need for haggling. The sales and finance people provided lots of options but didn't put any pressure on me. I will definitely be back to Atamian once I convince my wife to upgrade our Odyssey!

I wasn t too satisfied with my experience. I went in for an oil change and because there was a noise going on. I was told the car was fine and I just needed transmission oil. After a couple of days, I noticed the noise got worse so I took it to my own mechanic. Turns out I needed a sway bar link. I was hoping that Honda Certified service would ve been able to let me know what was wrong, but I was told my car was just fine.

Alston was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the purchasing process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend his services if you are interested in buying or leasing a car!

I bought my 2016 Honda Pilot in December of 2015 at the Lynn location , at that time I was given a high interest rate , but they told me after a year I would be able to refinance .

I moved to Dracut , so Tewksbury is more local for me , I went in and asked about refinancing , I was told they absolutely do not refinance unless I was interested in getting a newer car. My car is only a year old, why would I want a " newer" car. I left and called the Lynn store to see why was going on , they assured me that I COULD REFINANCE , and that the Tewksbury location was lying , that they refinance all the time for people given a high interest rate.

I was appalled , so I returned to the Tewksbury location to speak with the finance manager , he wasn't very pleasant , I waited about 10 minutes before they looked up from their cell phones to acknowledge me , probably because they knew they weren't going to get a sale out of me. He continued to tell me the same story , they would only refinance if i got a new car. I had then told them never mind and left.

I called the Lynn location back and they told me I could either come to that location for help , or that a credit union would be the best bet so I didn't have to drive all the way there. Why couldn't Tewksbury give me this information ? Or point me in the right direction ? Because they only care about you if your giving them their commission .

Needless to say I will not be back. Thanks but no thanks.P

I got my first 2 (3 year lease) at kelly... then my 3rd I went to Atamian and only cause I needed bigger vehicle and they sent me a flyer saying we will take your lease early! Well I should have never went! My bad... you live and learn! Horrible experience there!!! Rude staff... very FAKE!!! They got to learn how to treat customers better and most of all.... BRING PRICES DOWN!!! They cared about the first time I got lease... not about me but about giving them 10 stars on survey which they should have got 1 Star! If it wasn t for the man who you sign final papers with who was the only cool guy there... I would have gave them no stars... he saved the revue from my point of view! I went 24,000 miles over my lease and told me the best I can do or any Honda would do is $549 a month for 48 months! Lol... what a joke!!! And that s for bottom of the line civic!!!! Hahahaha... I never laughed so hard! I knew I shouldn t have wasted time going up after previous visit 3 years ago but the lady Debbie was nice on phone and said to come up after I told her about my HORRIBLE visit on my 3rd lease! I went back to kelly Honda in Lynn and all I got to say.... awesome AWESOME awesome people and company!!! I walked out with half the money I put down thru Atamian.... paid $200 LESS than Atamian wanted and the people... well ...... the people were fantastic!! Just picked up my second car from Atamian. Really great staff. Gabe was great again and the managers were very friendly. Fast, easy experience. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I didn't even get out of the car and the sales person was on me. Very quick to make the deal but completely unsympathetic to my family.
When asked to allow me to back out of a purchase they became very cold. jekkell and hyde comes to mind. If negative stars were available I would apply the most negative amount available. I would highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. avoid this dealership like the plague.
Unfortunately I have to choose one star to get this review posted to you all so that others may benifit by my extremely unpleasant experience.
So after posting a horrible review of Atamian Honda I received a prone call Friday night from the dealer. He asked if there was anything that he could do to make me happy about my purchace. I said you can talk the car back and give me my money back. Didn't think that went over to well. He said let me think abot it over the weekend and call you on Monday. Well as expected here it is Tuesday and still no call. This was the most unpleasant experiance thta I've ever had when buying a car. I hope that my negative experience can help you to aviod the same pain. We have purchased cars from Honda North and Honda Gallery and have had very pleasant interactions with the staff. This place was close so we thought that we would give them a shot at out bussiness. Next time I'll drive to the opposite ends of the country to not have any further dealing with these people who clearly do not care about their customers.

This is my first Honda and must say I love my Pilot. From the time I walked in I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Kevin Cregg, General Sales Manager, was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the deal I received. My personal salesman, Kimsoeun Veth, walked through all the features of the car and assisted me with my trade-in. I had a great experience at this dealer. I was in the market for a car and I mentioned it to my brother to see if he would come car shopping with me. He said- "I just sent a text to the dealership I lease from. They are literally the best. You wont have to go far to get a great deal", his phone literally rang 2 minutes later and we made an appointment. Andre LeDuc was my salesman, and he was fantastic. He was very accommodating, personable and wanted me to be happy with what I was getting. The Sales Manager, Cee Veth, was phenomenal. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal to accommodate my budget . These guys worked with me well past their closing time to make sure I was happy. The entire experience from when I walked in the door to walking out, was like nothing I've ever experienced before car shopping. No pressure, EVERYONE was friendly, and personable. I just picked up my new 2019 HRV, and Andre went over everything with me, made sure the car was gassed up and clean. I was introduced to the service dept, for when my vehicle needs maintenance, and they were the nicest guys and so friendly. Ray LeDuc , the GM came and thanked me and asked me how my experience went. I told him I couldn't be happier. I've never had such a positive, easy, experience buying a car before. I have already recommended 5 friends to this dealership. I wasn't plan on buying a car but they got me in one. Andre was very nice and entertaining throughout the ordeal. First time car shopping and I survived. Very happy with my experience and believe me there was things that keep popping up but the staff was able to guide me through each hurdle. Have money in hand because you could be leaving with a brand new car!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Last year, November or so I was having trouble removing the key from the ignition of my 09 honda civic. In December, my automatic shifter broke. I brought my car to Honda to have it repaired. No problems with the key coming out until about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Then, last week the key was stuck. Stuck, stuck. Brought it back to Honda, only to have them tell me it was the ignition switch and would cost $850-$900 to fix. Sooo, so, so sad. I brought it to my friendly neighborhood auto mechanic and was informed it was a switch in the shifter is why the key was stuck.
Sooooo, so, so sad that Honda doesn't stand by their work or even tell the truth. They clearly did not fix the problem with the key to begin with and then tried to stick me for another $900 for a repair that was not needed.
All they needed to do was say, " Oops, we screwed up. We'll fix our mistake. No charge." and i would've given them at least 3 stars.
I believe this was intentional to have me have to come back so they could charge me again. I WILL NOT be back. I'm insulted and angry that they have NO regard for my money OR my time. This has been one HUGE headache for me when all they had to was fix it in the first place. Bad, bad, bad, BAD idea to bring your car here for ANYTHING!!
Honda can save their apologizes/explanations in regard to this BAD review. Unless I'm getting a refund....I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT!!

Great experience. Atamian Honda took my car in for the airbag recall. They kept me informed throughout the day on the progress of the repair. They inspected my car and made me aware of any discrepancies they found. It was a great service experience

Recently visited Atamian Honda to get a better perspective on a car that I was looking to invest in. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very polite Mr. Dubose, with whom I had a very informative conversation with. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle in great depth and even though I did not purchase my car with him, I gained a better understanding about my ideas about purchasing a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Dr. Dubose and my experience with him only revealed professionalism and politeness. I will definitely visit soon again when finalizing my decisions about my purchase.

My salesman Braulio Andrades was amazing, so honest, friendly and patient. He was very informative and really took care of us. Recently bought Honda Fit is my second car I ve purchased at Atamian Honda ( I have been a customer since 2009 ) and I would recommend Atamian very highly.

Seng their internet guy provided a great price for the vehicle I was interested in. I came in and looked at the vehicle and was ready to make a deal. I had a trade and they kept insisting that tell them the pay off, which I did. When I bought the car I was trading in I had put a large $10,000 deposit so my payoff was significantly less than the value of the 3 year old vehicle.

When they came back with the value for the trade they tried to offer me $100 over what the payoff was worth, which was nearly $10,000 less than what NADA, Black Book and KBB said the trade was worth. We told the sales manager this and he went ahead and brought it up on KBB in an effort to prove us wrong and instead looked like a fool. He then proceeded to come back and work his way up by $6,000 in a matter of minutes. It was obvious that the sales manager never valued the vehicle before offering his initial trade in value but instead just added $100 over what we owed, very very dishonest.

CLEARLY their intention was to rip us off of several thousand dollars on my trade by offering a $100 over payoff amount. Seng is alright the sales manager is dishonest scum.

We walked and bought elsewhere and I won't ever consider Atamian again.

Just purchased a car from the Atamian Honda at Tewsbury. It was great working with Andre Leduc at the dealership and he was fun to talk to. All the process was taken care of and explained clearly beforehand. They have huge inventory of Honda cars and lot of options to choose from.

For buying my first car, I had traveled to quite a few dealerships and had done my research. When I visited Atamian Honda, I felt very welcomed and it was such a different experience than when I visited other dealerships. They were honest and professional which I appreciated. Vickey was my car consultant and was extremely patient with me as was Steve, my financial consultant. I would 100% recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking to buy a car.

I got a Great price on a '12 Honda Pilot. Eric Holland was an excellent help, not at all pushy or "Used car salesman"-y.

I went in to look at a used 2013 Tundra that was traded in. I called and let them know I was in a hurry, and when I arrived the car was running and warmed up waiting for me. After a test drive, we agreed on a fair price and I was out the door with a new truck in <90 minutes.

Sales people and management were very professional and friendly...I would definitely recommend Atamian.

NEVER TAKING MY CAR AGAIN HERE!

Brought my Accord 2018 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. A day later all the safety sensors in my car malfunction, my trunk won't open, my turn signal won't work. I bring my car into Boch Honda to have them investigate (which is where I should've gone for the oil change in the first place). I was told that the fuse plug in my car was tinkered with and were connected incorrectly. This caused an issue with the communications system and all the systems malfunctioned as a result. I called Atamian Honda to get their side of the story to understand what happened during the maintenance. Af first Mike the service director was understanding and wanted to talk to Boch Honda to understand the problem. After several hours he calls me back and of course tell me that they don't think their technician did anything. When I told him I would never come back to their service department and would never let them touch my car again and that I would post this experience on social media, the guy threatens me with slander. This is no way to treat a customer and no way to manage customer service. If you want a good experience and good customer service take your car elsewhere like Boch Honda who were very respectful and swift in fixing the problem.

Sales Manager Tariq is extremely rude and wasted our time. The receptionist was delighted to schedule us to come in to appraise our vehicle and potentially sell it to Atamian. Nobody came to see us for a half hour and Tariq raised his voice and yelled when we asked for his offer in writing. Won't be doing business with them.

Brought an aging (nearly 100k mi) Accord in for a check-up before the winter, with a couple of known, small issues and a very tight budget. Jake made sure that a tech ride around the parking lot to hear a noise I had been hearing, and assured me that they'd call before doing any major work. Only a few hours later, he called with a list of what they recommended, and the prices of everything. They completed exactly what I asked for, and nothing that I didn't, and had it ready that evening. Also, shuttle man Lou is quiet but a good driver!

I had the best experience purchasing my 2016 Honda Pilot with DARITH AND KEVIN. This is the second vehicle I purchase at Atamian and will be a life long customer due to the excellent customer service and there attention to every single thing I asked for. My husband and I bought a CRV today. Andre was a great help to us and was not at all pushy- he truly wanted to help us find something that worked for us.

Their high rating is perhaps due to sales only. Service wise, these people are thieves who don't know common courtesy let alone customer service. I never leave reviews for anything but this place compelled me to do so. When I purchased my car, I bought extended warranty for my wheels that explicitly covers all damage on my rims until it expires at any Honda dealership. I took it to Atamian to have my rims fixed. The guy at the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Throughout my dealing with him, he back pedaled on many issues as I will demonstrate. He first tried to pawn me off to the original dealership where I bought the warranty. When I told him that the warranty stated that it will be honored at any dealership, he took my warranty papers, gave them a quick scan and then 'flicked' the stash of papers back at me across the desk!! I couldn't believe the service I was receiving. It gets worse, he then grumpily put my info into the computer all the while grumbling about dealerships usually only dealing with their own warranty people and that it would be a huge chore for him to get it done for me. He set up an appointment for me and told me that he'll talk to the warranty company about reimbursement but until the warranty company pays the dealership, I would have to cover the costs out of pocket and they will then give me the check from the warranty company once the payment came through. OK, I was fine with that arrangement. On the day of appointment, I dropped my car and had them shuttle me to work. While at work, I received a call from the same guy telling me that he had finally located someone at the warranty company for me, making it sound like he did me a huge favor while he was simply doing his job, and that the warranty company will only cover 400$ (100$/wheel), of the total bill which amounted to 600$ (150$/ tire). I told him that the warranty should cover 100% of the cost but he said that if I wanted to, I could talk to the warranty company myself as he had supposedly done his best with them. I told him to give me the number so I will talk to the warranty company and find out what was going on as he had all the warranty paperwork on his end. So he gave me the number and I called the warranty company. The important detail to note here is that I told him that I was calling the warranty company to find out why they weren't covering 100% of the cost. As to why this is important, I will explain soon. I proceeded to call the warranty company and found out that the company was willing to pay 400$ per tire because that's what it cost the warranty company to fix the wheels. They proceeded to tell me that Atamian insisted the repair is done by the servicemen affiliated with them and that they had quoted them their cost of 125$ per tire. If you have followed so far, recall that Atamian was charging me 150$ per tire when it actually cost them 125$ per tire when all the while, the warranty company was willing to send their on servicemen to fix it for 100$ piece (and at no cost to me!). They told me to ask Atamian not to do any repairs and that to reschedule with them for the next business day and they will send their own servicemen out to fix it. When I called Atamian back and told them that I had caught their farce and that they were charging me 50$ extra per tire, instead of owning up to it, the guy told me that a) they were charging me 25$ as their markup on top of their 125$ cost per tire and b) their servicemen had already finished working on 2 of my tires (remember how I said to keep in mind that I told them that I was calling the warranty company to sort this out - something they should have done). They deliberately let their guys work on my wheels while knowing full well that I was sorting out their mess with the warranty company. They refused to admit their mistake and proceeded to charge me for their cost plus their markup on the wheels. I ended up paying a 100$ for something that I had already paid for when I purchased a warranty. Rest assured, my friends and I are never going to Atamian again.

I had the best experience at Atamian! They truly have the best customer service. Amelia and John were fantastic with the entire process and I could honestly tell I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Atamian!

I've only owned three cars in my life, and two of them I bought here. No hassle, totally straightforward, and came away very satisfied both times. Bought a new CR-V last fall and recently bought a used hybrid Civic. Worked w/Ray LeDuc on the financing both times, and he was great. Andre LeDuc helped me w/the CR-V and Dan Traficante w/the Civic.

I plan to keep both cars until the wheels fall off, so to speak, but when I finally buy another car I will go right to these guys.

Awful service employee by the name of jack or jake has me waiting in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours walks by a few time and does have the decency to tell me the car is all set had to ask another employee the for my car and what do you know the car was done a hour ago never again

Would give no stars but it s not a choice.Came in to get my rear door fixed on my mini van, after a $130 diagnostic they determined it would cost not only $450 to fix the door but my car also needed over $3000 in other repairs. Desided to bring it to our local mechanic we re he blew some air on the track and fixed it for $0. Will not be back for any future problems or repairs

The salesman Joseph is very nice. He explained almost all features of the car to us. He always pulled cars in front of us when we asked for different color options because he wants to make sure that is the color we like. For questions he asked to us, he always double checked with us to make sure there is no miscommunication. We went to their dealer around 3:00pm, and got everything done including test driving, purchase agreement and financing within 3 hours before it is closed. We got our car registered and ready to pick up within next 24 hours. We have bought 3 new cars in last 5 years, they are really the fastest one on everything. The price is good comparing quota i got from several dealers, but the only thing is they do not give extended warranty 7 year 100k mile for free as some other dealer provided who usually ask for higher purchase price for giving free warranty. But i do not think it is really necessary to got the extended warranty, the car itself is with 3 year 30k mile warranty and you may also purchase from some insurance company for less than a hundred dollar per year like that. The overall experience is very good, strongly recommend if you want a good purchase price and fast service.

After a gruelling two weeks of negotiations and shopping around, the team at Atamain Honda was able to put me into the vehicle I was hoping for. I did not have a negative experience in the process. I drove the car home on a Saturday after a very professional tutorial of the entire vehicle. My sales rep Darith was nothing but courteous, patient, and professional in every conversation we had. He even called me on Sunday to follow up and answer any questions I had. I also worked with Steve Redding, business manager, and met with Jerry, the sales manager.

Atamian Honda is nothing short of excellent. I was there on Friday and the entire staff was extremely helpful and did absolutely everything they could to ensure that I was driving off the lot with (a) a safe and reliable vehicle, (b) an extensive and affordable extended warranty, and (c) a reasonable monthly car payment. I was personally helped by John LeDuc and Jerry Cordero who both bent over backwards to help me find the right vehicle and negotiated with me to determine the best deal possible. I will definitely be returning to Atamian in the future when I need to purchase my next car and 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a car now.

I brought my 2016 Honda Odyssey in for three issues. The antenna had come loose, the van pulled to the left when on the highway, and the door seal was peeling away from door frame.
The Honda was only 10 months old, we had bought it new from another dealership.
The person at the service department had said it was over a year old and the alignment would not be covered. I felt as though this was a tactic so they wouldn't have to repair the issue or get me to pay for the repairs. After a longer conversation then needed, they said it was covered cause they had it wrong in the computer.
I dropped the van off at 9 am, at 2 pm they called and said that they do not have all the parts and for me to leave the van overnight. You would think that it would not have taken 5 hours to figure out that they did not have the parts. I had also called at noon to get an update. The person from the service department said they had other people waiting, so they pushed my job back. Then why did I make an appointment?
The van wasn't completed until about 1 pm the next day.

I feel that they are dishonest, telling me that my van was over the time frame for repairs and then putting other repairs before mine because I wasn't a paying customer.

Overall, poor business tactics.
