Good service. Fair price. Speed of service could have been better but not terrible.

Great service on my last visit.I always get great service here. Love the work the advisor Sal does for his customers. He always makes sure you are getting the best service. There is another guy that gives great service too but I don't remember his name he is tall and black and I think he is bald or his hair is cut short.

The best place to buy a car helpful with everything and very attentive to your needs and what your looking for thanks to mike Melendez my sales person he put me in the right car I wanted and didn t let me settle for less he s number one thanks mike

After one year of owning this vehicle I am now stuck with a headache. Before purchasing the car I asked a few different times if there was any Recalls on the 2007 Chevy Cobalt I purchased. I was told no. Turns out the *wonderful* people who work here lied and I am now dealing with power steering issues that did have a recall at 2 points in time. Glad to know I went to the " best place in town" to purchased a used vehicle....not

Excellent customer service! The sales team was amazing I was helped by Leo (Mohammed Alhaldo) he made the experience really easy. As a woman it is always somewhat intimidating when I go to purchase or fix a car. With Leo he was direct, honest and straightforward. I ve been to other car dealerships that play games but that was not the case with Leo!

From start to finish Leo was earnest in working with the finances and going over our options. If I ever need to purchase or lease another vehicle I will definitely seek out Leo. My experience here was incredible and I highly recommend coming to Atamian Honda!

Wonderful dealership! Everybody there takes the time to listen and help you accomplish your goals. There was no misleading advertising it was as stated over the phone once I got there. A HUGE PLUS for ATAIMIAN. Financing, and leasing options were exactly as advertised. There were no hidden charges. They communicated everything up front. The most impressive detail for me was that I was looking for a very specific vehicle of a certain color and style. I called ahead to multiple dealerships that stated they had the exact vehicle in stock and offered me low financing. Once I got to these other dealerships the vehicle was not in stock and they tried to sell me other vehicles. BUT NOT ATAINIAN , they checked the inventory confirmed they had the vehicle and gave me a lease contract lower than any of the five other dealerships that I visited. John L the sales person answered all my questions, some of which were repetitive. They were also extremely considerate of my handicapped parents that accompanied me. Staff members attended happily to their needs. I can tell you that of the dealerships that I previously went to my parents were not even offered a glass of water! I would recommend ATAIMIAN as your first stop it you are looking to treated in a no nonsense and getting the best deal in time. They work with you the customer and appreciate your business.

bought a brand new car back in 2016. while Honda's been extremely diligent about getting to my issues, it seams my brand new, only 7 miles on it when bought Accord has more chronic issues than any car I've ever owned (new or used). if the staff and manager were not so personable this would have been a one star review. I will never shop Honda again

Shopped this dealership based on price, they had the best price. To my surprise, this dealership is very professional and above board , what I mean they are honest. My sales guy Dan, was absolutely the best! Very good personality and knowledgable about the vehicles. I needed front brakes on my 2010 CR-V. Atamian Honda is the first place I decided on to get them done. They are very honest, up front and reasonable. I wouldn't bring my car any where else. The nicest part is their shuttle to get you home and pick you up when it's ready. SO convenient instead of sitting in the shop all day long. This way you get things accomplished at home. You can't beat it with a stick!

My old car keeps breaking down and it was time for a new car. I received several quotes online but with my luck that day, my husband hit a curb and got a flat tire, and we had to go replace it at tire warehouse which happens to be near the Atamian Honda. We saw It as a sign for us to go to Atamian. I was greeted by Ben Atamian, whom was our salesperson throughout the process. He was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. He made us feel very comfortable with no sense of urgency or rushing. He was able to sell us on the 2013 Honda Fit we went to go look at. I had a great experience and I highly recommend Atamian to anyone. Also, John Pudlo who helped us with the loan paperwork was very thorough with a fine-tooth comb and great at. John was very helpful with any questions we had, and helped us to find a plan that was well suited for our budget. All in all we had a wonderful experience and in turn got a great car!

He explained every last detail of my wife s dream car , he went over my paperwork in a manner that I can understand and made me and my wife very comfortable in choosing the right car for the best price. Call them and made a appointment to have my rear calipers check due to getting stuck well pulling up the E-Brake and no hassle. Service advisor call me back told me they would take car of it it's under the warranty and they did just what The said. I appreciate them for taking care in a timely manner.

Made an appointment for my wife for an oil change for her new CRV, they told her differential fluid was dirty and she had to replace + all the filters or the warranty would be voided, they use scare tactics to take your money . DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They will take advantage of women and elders. This place is a SCAM BE AWARE!

Excellent servicing done to my car & on time!!

First time here for service. Staff is very professional, building is very clean, and they offer a shuttle service which is very helpful. Great business people but most dealerships offer a wash and vacuum after a service and this place doesn t offer it, nor can you pay for it at this time because presently there is no space for it. However, I hear there is a new building in the works right next door that will allow them to offer more services.

I'm impressed with Atamian Honda. They took the time to cater to my individual needs, and they did so without hesitation. They are well- served by an excellent general manager, Tony Messina, with whom I was made to feel at ease, and assured of a great vehicle, at a great price.

These folks know their business well, and I'd be happy to steer my friends and family to them, when purchasing a new vehicle. I'd like to make special mention of my salesman, Rocky, who made my wife and I both, feel confident in our purchase. His demeanor and professionalism were top- notch.

I bought my car 6 months ago, i got treated fine, then I go for my first oil change the treatment was very diferent by the service department.

I was blown away by how wonderful everyone at Atamian was, especially Miguel. He took his time working with me and made sure he did everything possible to make my experience as enjoyable as possible. I cannot thank him and the Atamian team enough.

I actually had a great experience here. Darith Nhem did the best he could to make my transition from my old car to the new one as quick as possible he was really great and answered all the questions I had. even though I didn't get the car I wanted, I got a brand new car and I love it.

Had a Honda CR-V with a crack in the windshield last summer. Some windshield repair service company came to the house and fixed the windshield. When fall came, I noticed one of the windshield washer ports wasn't working and assumed it was a pump or port issue. Took it to Atamian. The service guy listened to the problem, went out to the vehicle, popped the hood, saw the windshield washer hose had been incorrectly pinched during the windshield replacement, and fixed it on the spot. Came back into the shop and said "You're all set." No charge. Customer satisfaction? Atamian: 100%. Windshield replacement company (can't recall who did it, offhand): 0%. True story.

Going into a car dealership is often times stressful and sometimes scary. You want to choose the right vehicle and you want to get the best deal. I was greeted by Edwin Marte and he took the time to really listen to what I had to say and together we made a plan. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Above all, he is honest. I trust him. After hours of crunching numbers, my own indecisiveness, and maybe just a little stress, we made a deal. For a very busy Saturday, and a packed dealership, Edwin made me feel like I was his only customer. He took care of me and made the process as painless as possible. He is a great man and I look forward to doing business with him again.

The folks at Atamian are always pleasant to work with, and take the time to explain the services being completed or recommended. The waiting area is clean and quiet, which makes it nice to stay in. I will continue returning here for car maintenance because of the customer service.

Worst service iv ever had right off the bat the man that we dealt with was rude and negative we told him what we wanted and wasnt willing to find something that would work we waited an hour for a desk and then about another hour to be low balled for are trade in and they pretty much forced us to stay because after they looked at are car they kept are keys and totally blow are minds that he said are only option was to pay almost 600 a month for a car when we went there he didnt even run are credit scores so how could they now this

They sold us a Honda CRV 2013 for almost 33K. Go figure. Now they are even refusing to provide routine ( oil/filter) service without paying for it.

My parents, sister, boyfriend, and I went to Atamian to go look for a used car as an early birthday present for me. My salesperson was Cee. When I got to Atamian my mind was set on the 2010 CRV. Cee showed me the 2012 and 2013 CRV. I didn't like them. I wanted the 2010 CRV. So Cee let me test drive the 2010 CRV and the 2012 CRV. They were both awesome cars, but was not very satisfied. Cee took us inside to talk. Cee took my information down and as I was sitting there, my dad and boyfriend walked out the side door. They were looking at a white car and they called me outside. It was a white 2013 Honda Accord Sport. I fell in love with it and I fell deeper in love with it after I looked inside and saw the interior. It was beautiful! I told my parents I wanted the Accord and that it was beautiful and perfect. It was the only car I wanted out of all the cars on the lot. I asked my parents and they said yes. Cee told me that the Accord Sport would be a better fit for me than the CRV. And he was right. Cee told me the features that came with car and it was breath taking. Cee took me over to where all the other accords were and they were beautiful, but my mind was set on the Sport Edition. So Cee asked me what color car I wanted and I said I wanted the Gray on Black Honda Accord Sport. Cee said he would check to see if they have it in the lot. And they did! He drove it up to me and let me test drive it around the lot. It was smooth and amazing! I really wanted that car. So Cee took us inside to talk about the car and the payments per month. At first the payment was too high. Cee kept going back and forth to his sales manager trying to find an affordable payment price and we also negotiated on the price of the car. the car was $25k. Cee kept calling and going back and forth to his sales manager to agree on the price of the vehicle. None of the prices were agreed upon. So my boyfriend asked how about $23,900? Cee said he will call his sales manager so he wouldn't have to go back and forth. Cee called his sales manager and said "let's make this easier for all of us, how about $23,900?" Cee was talking to his manager on the phone said "okay" and hung the phone up. Cee got up out of his chair and said "Congratulations it's yours!" I was so happy and excited! My very first car! I give Atamian and Cee all 5s because all the salesperson there were all so friendly. And Cee helped me get the car I wanted. He's the best! He helped me get the most perfect car for the perfect price! I am so happy with the Accord. It's my dream come true! Thank you Cee for helping me get this car! Without your help, I wouldn't have gotten this most perfect car! WE will go back to Atamian for more cars!!!

called honda parts and richard answered the phone. gave him year make and model said he was going to call me back, but never did. horrible customer service. he sound like hes in a rush and didnt want to help me. i called honda peters nashua and they took care of me right then and there. horrible. never ordering parts through honda tewksbury anymore. you just lost me as a customer. Not only am i a customer i am a local repair shop.

Bad service , I have to take my Honda CR-V there because it was consuming lot of engine oil due the bad parts they have in this car from the first day. After going back and fort to this place for one month nothing was done .The car didn t reach the extension warranty of mileage that they were talking about , but they were looking to do anything to get them self out fixing there problems. I will urge everybody to stay away of having these kind of cars ,and stay away of This Atamian Honda too , otherwise you find yourself in lot of open cases with FTC , National highway traffic safety commission, and maybe far than this in the courthouse.

It is with utmost confidence that I recommend this dealership to all! I worked with sales associate Cee Veth. The service provided by Cee was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. As a young buyer, I feared that I would not be taken seriously by the sales staff, but I was very wrong! I purchased the car Tuesday night after 5pm, so unfortunately I was not able to drive the car off the lot that night. Cee came in the following day (on his day off) to ensure that I would be able to drive my vehicle ASAP. My car was ready to go on Wednesday by 2pm. I recently purchased a new Honda and had problems figuring out all the bells and whistles of the car. I stopped at this Honda dealership and met this wonderful young man named Leo who was so sweet. He answered all my questions he helped me with everything I needed to know because I am computer illiterate. Thank you thank if I lived in Massachusetts I would definitely buy a car from him.

I can't generalize and say the overall dealership is unpleasant. But the person who I was dealing with was one of the pushiest and confrontational salesmen I've ever met. I'm sure Greg was a nice guy in real life, but his mannerism and sales tactic was almost rude. He kept harping me on questions that I simply did not want to answer, such as "why would you buy a car at this dealer vs. ours?" "Every make gives you the warranty, that's just standard stuff. Nothing new."

There's a difference being upfront about things to not beat around the bush, but it's another matter to be rude. Based on my experience with this person, I would never come back here.

I have been an Atamian customer for years. Always courteous, have always been able to make an appointment at my covenience. Work done promptly. A comfortable lounge for waiting customers with a Keurig , fridge with bottled water and a tray of pastries. Also, computer portals ,wifi,and a television.

While looking for a new car I shopped online and found a vehicle I wanted to test drive. Their site was easy to navigate and the description and vehicle pictures were spot on. I test drove it and decided to buy. The process of getting the pricing, financing and paperwork was fast and easy. The Sales Staff was friendly and didnt make you feel pressured.

I am saying the salesman a young mane mike witts made it a easy easy day and anyone who s knows me knows I m a bit much this young man is awesome and I d buy of him every time

Best dealership around. They made the sale of the car very easy. They honored the web quote price and managed to offer financing at lower APR than our credit union with no hidden fees. They offered the 2015 Honda Fit EX at a really good price. Darith was an excellent sales men. The process took about one and a half hours. I will go back when its time to buy a car again.
