Mechanic forgot to put oil cap back on and I has driven for more than 2 months not even know it, when I open the hood, oil cap placed on top radiator tanks, I'm so mad. I give them one star because location close to my house.

I am really surprised to face a WORST experience with Atamian Sales Representative(Ed) and Manager who was forcing/abrupt in both conversation and sharing details. I have been visiting this place for last 7 years for Service and couple of times with sales inquiry, never had such a worst experience. Luckily i didnt purchase my car here as there was no interest or follow-up from sales team.

John did a great job his manager I worked out a deal that I feel was fare. It s my first Honda and I like it so far only had it for two days still getting use to all the pilot has to offer. Every one at Atamian was a pleasure to work with from the internet manager to the sales person. John Leduc was great no pressure at any time.

John Desrochers is a great salesman. He was very kind, patient and super helpful. My boyfriend and I originally went to see a 2017 Honda Pilot and ended up with a 2020 Honda Pilot. This was my second time working with this dealership and I can honestly say both experiences were exceptional. Thank you John and Atamian Honda for your awesome customer service.

Very good service and completed in good time as they had informed me.

The staff was very warm and welcoming and quick to serve me. My car was part of the airbag recall. They stated it would take 90min to perform the service and that's exactly what it took! They also included a safety inspection and let me know what fuels were low in my car afterwards. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Customer service was great. Braulio was a huge help. As well as the finance director. They inspected, registered and cleaned the car right away. I left with my car the same day. I am absolutely in love with my new HR-V. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and loved ones. Thank you Atamian Honda!

Easy to schedule an appointment for service, friendly staff, and job done in the estimated time.

High pressure, very pushy. I went to accompany my 68-year old mother and told them we were just browsing. They take your keys at the beginning under the pretense of vacuuming it as a courtesy while you wait. I had to ask for the keys back three times to the point where I was almost making a scene before they gave her her keys back while they continued to try to get her an SUV she clearly wasn't interested in financing. I hate to think what would have happened if I hadn't been there with her.

The first question of the salesmen were if you got a better deal somewhere else, why you came here? This is rude and humiliating. But they have large number of cars in display.

Darith Nhem gave us great customer service and love that they have tablet on the tables to keep my kid occupied. Got the car we wanted and provide us with all the information.

The worst and most dishonest dealer EVER!

No only they sold me a Brand New Honda Accord that was already involved in an accident (the whole left side was re-painted) but they also over changed me 2K on my lease.

I don't trust them even to change the oil on my car.

Please go to Boch honda or Herb Chambers but don't go shopping on those clowns or you will regret for the rest of your life.

After received many flyers offering new cars because my leasing was expired and they would get my car with extra mileages and any used sign with no cost we decided to get a new vehicle. We got it but end up pay for our extra miles and bump wrack on our returned car, and we know almost month later when received the bill.
The manager thinks he is the king or somenthing, came three times to talk with a air of superiority.

I did my shopping and came to Atamian with my best price I had. Atamian beat that. I took that price to Commonwealth and they told me to buy the car at Atamian.

Took my car for service to this place. The gentleman took my car keys and asked me to wait. He drove my car out and parked it and came back and said the service needed and the approximate cost and asked me to wait. Came back after an hour and said it's all set. I asked about the condition of the car and asked him to show me the oil levels and he gave me the keys and asked me to check on my own. He took me to the cashier and there was a price of $12 something saying environmental & misc supplies. I asked what that is and he said some bolts and screws and stuff. I drove out and the car started beeping, "tire pressure low". Listen, I have all the time in the world to get the details about what is done for the money paid. Are you busy? Let me know so I never bother you.
#1. Be nice to customers and be ready to explain if they ask something. You're not a roadside mechanic. You're Honda authorized service center.
#2. Make the customer know about what has been serviced before you rush them to the cashier.

After a 2.5 hour wait, I was told they could not fix the problem I brought my car in there for unless I came back another day. I will not be returning. Similar disrespect for our time when we purchased our car here.

Do your homework before going. The quoted me a price and discounted it for me giving me the Same Price it was listed for online. Not so much of a discount if you ask me.... Also ask for a bank of your choice as the Honda interest rate is higher then normal.

I have purchased both my cars through Atamian now and I must say the customer service is outstanding here! They were very inciteful and guided me through the entire process. My salesman Kyle was very efficient, kept me in the loop every step of the way . Upon pick up my car was sparkling clean and Kyle walked me through all the new features , he even help me set up the bluetooth.

What really stuck out to me with my sale through Atamian was the PHENOMENAL customer services from every employee we interacted with. I never felt rushed along, every employee really took the time to explain all the details every step of the way. They also worked great within my budget & I absolutely love my car.

We go your Atamin for everything no matter the issue they solved the problem and we very kind and polite about it . This is our third purchase from Atamian and we are always happy. We test drove a couple of CRVs and purchased the second one. Vinny, our salesperson, was very patient and respectful. He went the extra mile and stayed with us after hours until the POS was complete. The staff was very professtional to all customers. I would recommend purchasing a new vehicle here.

I leased my car from this place 3 years ago. As my lease was expiring I came back as a loyal customer to get information on either buying out the car or leasing it again. Hands down one of the worst worst experiences in my life!! They lied to me about everything. I had to go back a few times because my questions weren't answered correctly the first time, and I was given false information. I even called them because I needed to get more information and they didnt help me. They told me I had to go to Honda (which wasnt true).. why have Honda dealerships if they're just going to make me go to Honda every time? I JUST WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR TO PEOPLE WHO LOOK AT THIS REVIEW. You can buy the car after the lease and other banks will gladly help you.. You do not need to finance with Honda (which they rudely told me I had to go through Honda), you just need to get the lease buyout packet from Honda. The banks are really courteous compared to the people here.

He was very knowledgeable and provided every detail and numbers to help me make the right choices. In the end, I bought the car I wanted at an affordable monthly payment and went home feeling happy. Dan and Ray were great. They helped me to choose the car I wanted and presented me with all the options I had. They went through everything with me the day I picked up my car and told me to call if I had any additional questions. I loved getting my car here and when my husband gets a new car we will be going there again!!

When in for an oil change and tire rotation, done in about an hour and was also informed on wear n tear on tires and brakes. Thanks Paul keep up the good work.

My experience at Atamian was 5 stars all the way. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Johnny right up to the pickup of a beautiful new CRV, everyone was professional and treated us with respect.

We started off at Boch and they provided a below invoice price and a high trade in but when it came to having the car I asked the Internet sales manager for, it turned out to be the Parts Managers vehicle. They filled my tank for the inconvenience but didnt say they could get me my car. They just let a customer walk away.

Next was Bernardi and while the salesmen were polite the Sales Manager wanted nothing to do with me. He lowballed my trade and let me walk when we were within $500. Unheard of 3 days before month end - I guess they both made their quota.

I was unsure when I walked into Atamian and Johnny and everyone else there made me feel at home. They worked with me on the price and on my trade until I was satisfied. they stayed late to get the paperwork done. Johnny called us and our insurance company and had the car ready when we picked it up.

When a friend who details cars said how nice my car looked, i said I just picked it up. it was perfectly detailed and looked great. Plus Atamian had my color combination in stock.

a 5 star experience overall. There is only one dealership in MA worth buying a Honda from. Atamian.

I bought my car here (2018 Accord Sport 1.5T) here in May. The sales experience was alright. Stephanie, the internet sales manager was great. Very responsive and helpful with car prices. The in person experience was so-so. It was fine until the sales and finance guys pretended to not know about promotional interest rates that were blasted all over the website. I get that businesses need to make a profit, but customers these days are informed and don't appreciate being treated like idiots.

I've since used the service department 3 times. Twice, I brought the car in for a manufacturer defect. The last time for my first oil change/tire rotation. My experience here has been great! Everyone I've worked with has been very helpful. Chris Peck, Paul Phifer, and Mike Letizia are all good dudes. I've used the shuttle each time and it's very convenient for someone who works near the dealership.

I cant say enough about the service here, they are great! We walked in needing to be at an amount monthly and they did it and got me in my car I wanted! I highly recommend Atamian!!

This is still too early to write a review about the car that I have bought from Atamian Honda, but overall experience was excellent. Dan was very helpful during the process, and he did work with me throughout the whole process. The purchasing process was painless, and went without any issues.

I had the best experience here at Atamian Honda in Tewksbury. Other dealerships I've gone to in the past few months didn't help me out with the situation I was stuck in, where Darith Nhem, the sales man I worked with, got me the best deal possible for the new 2016 Honda Civic EX. He was very easy to talk to, polite and honest. I plan on working with him, and leasing cars from him for as long as I can. The finance guy, Ray Leduc is also very easy to talk to and works hard to get you accepted with the banks! Also, Stephanie Lemus from the office is the person to talk too! She's great. In all, I highly recommend this dealership, Darith, Ray and Stephanie! They'll get you the deal you're looking for!

I was recently in the market for a new lease and Atamian Honda made it an enjoyable, easy, and timely experience. Ben Atamian, the sales rep, was very knowledgable about all the models I tested - AND he worked with me to make sure I ended up in the vehicle I wanted instead of settling. There are plenty of Honda dealerships closer to me than Atamian Honda Volkswagen but the experience was worth the 45 minute drive and I would do it again!

1st oil change& tire rotation..expect a hour..tech called with 30 mins. Notified me of nail in rear tire, $35 later plug and go. Otherwise $200ish. Thank goodness..thanks alot see u at 11k

Great experience buying my 2019 CRV. Salesperson was very courteous and knowledgeable about Honda vehicles and answered all my questions.

We took the CRV out for a test drive and he explained all the new technology and safety features of the vehicle. The vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

The sales process was easy and the vehicle was delivered to me quickly and again we went through all the features of the entertainment system, cell phone connection, Android Auto,.... very thorough delivery. I highly recommend Atamian Honda.

Great service department. Always friendly and approachable. Have been here a couple times and dealt with Sal at the desk-- always a positive attitude! The new service center and waiting area are super nice. Starbucks coffee machine, plenty of seating, cookies.. the 'every day' service prices are better than what other Honda dealerships (and really any other service shop) in the area offer, even with coupons. All around great experience!

I have purchased 5 cars from Atamian and everytime my experience gets better and better. Most recently, Ben Atamian helped me get into the 2015 CRV, which I had been wanting for over a year. Ben and his team worked hard to get me the exact model I wanted even despite some financial setbacks... he knew I didn't want to settle and he made sure I didn't have to. I've got to say that my experience with Atamian Honda was a 5-Star. From the time I was greeted buy my Sales Rep Darryll Valcourt till after the delivery. I came inlooking for a SUV not really what though. After talking to Darryll for a few he helped me realize that the CRV would best fit my life style. I was given a 90 minute time frame for a recall and a check. I am always expecting a longer wait! After seeing my car pull out of the garage after 90 minutes I was impressed! A half hour later no one came up to the waiting room to get me so I went down. I was on my way! 2hrs later!

Ray was professional and courteous. He provided recommendations for my CR-V service and provided his phone number if I had any questions once I left the shop. All went smoothly with the repairs and the car runs great.
