I was referred to Atamian Honda by a greatly satisfied customer, which I found is hard to find with any dealership. With that being said I was off to a great start. I was met by a gentleman by the name of James Bouras (Jimmy), whom I have heard a lot of customers have had a great experience with. He was very kind and patient. Jimmy was very understanding of my current vehicle situation ( a falling apart dodge) as well as my financial situation. He did not push anything upon myself that I could not afford. He was very knowledgable about every vehicle I inquired about as well as very informative. Everyone at the dealership including the service center were very kind and helpful. The manager also met with myself to confirm that I was being assisted properly. Knowing that I had assistance in every aspect was very relieving seeing that I was just coming out of a stressful matter with my current vehicle. Jimmy was able to assist me with choosing an amazing yet affordable vehicle with no type of pressure what so ever. He even sincerely confirmed if I felt comfortable with the vehicle and most importantly the price. Which in all honesty was an amazing price for a 2016 vehicle. The service from the moment I walked into the dealership all till the very end as I stepped in my brand new vehicle was an amazingly great experience. I feel all dealerships should present such an experience for all customers. Atamian Honda truly was able help me without realizing how much weight they took off my shoulders. Jimmy and his fellow employees as well as management were nothing short of great people to work with. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. :)
