I've been taking my car to Atamian for 11 years. They always do a great job and have a great atmosphere if you're waiting there for your car to be fixed. They also partner with Enterprise so you can rent a car for affordable prices if need be. I trust Atamian and will always take my car there.

Atamian Honda is great! I got the 2017 Honda Civic Sport a year ago today. I worked with two people in the process of getting this car. One of them was Jerry Malone and the other was Jason Aponte. I can tell you that it was quick easy and affordable. They helped me maneuver through the financial aspect of it and even helped me protect my vehicle. I saved thousands by dealing with Jerry and Jason.
The service part of Atamian is just as good if not better. I've used Atamian over the past year for all scheduled and preventative maintenance and I can tell you from my experiences, every time I go in to Atamian Honda, the staff ( Paul, Sal, and Mike)have always been honest, friendly, and accommodating to my needs. Grade A service that in return has earned my confidence and my business.
I was able to get an appointment for an oil change for an hour after I called. Service was very good and I was in and out within 45 minutes. The service consultant, Paul, was friendly and provided excellent information on the cost of the different services.
The sales department was great! I am happy with my CR-V. A few weeks later I noticed that only half of my rear window defroster was working, and my A/C occasionally would blow warm for a time then go back cold. I brought my car back to the dealer and told them of the issues. They made me pay $100 for them to even look at it, and then refused to fix anything. They claimed the rear window defroster worked "good enough for a used car." And the issue with the A/C is a known issue with my type of vehicle, so it would be covered under an extended warranty. They still refused to fix the A/C because again they said it worked "good enough." I bought my car from a Honda dealership because I assumed I would get quality service, I have never had an issue with any dealership like this before. I will never purchase another vehicle from here again, and my few friends that have purchased vehicles there in the past will also not be returning after I told them about my experience.

Hi! We had a honda civic that had its check engine light on. Our car was still under the manufacfurer s warranty so we did nothave to pay amything. It was very well taken care of by the Atamian Honda. Especially, the staff was very friendly. On top of that, they have shuttles running for the ride to go back home after dropping off your car and before picking up your car. My experience with Atamian can be described in one word. Brilliant.

This would ve been a 5 star review because I was very happy with with my sales experience here but not so much with service. I ve only had my car for 2 and a half weeks, absolutely brand new 2020. Noticed I had a small crack on the outside of one tire while putting on wheel locks and thought to myself, I couldn t have done that. Only a little over 200 miles at this point. Unfortunately, I didn t get a tire warranty, but I was hoping they d be a little understanding of the situation. I ended up having to buy a new tire to replace it, just two weeks after purchasing a brand new car...didn t have to pay for the installation (was still a chunk for the tire) but was still extremely upset. I asked if the crack looked like something I could ve done and the service member said that it looked like something the road would cause. Even if that was the case, I ve barely driven the car and I m not driving like a lunatic. The tires couldn t withstand that for two weeks/200 miles without forming a crack? Was definitely a huge disappointment. I wish I had taken a closer look at the tires before I took It home. I just assumed it would be in perfect condition given it was brand new, but i guess you can t assume. Either way, whether it was formed from the road within 2 weeks or was there prior to taking it home, both scenarios and the outcome absolutely sucked! I will mention that all the staff I spoke to/worked with were extremely kind and helpful in other ways. And I m genuinely not one to give bad reviews, but I really wish they could ve been more accommodating for this. How nuts does it sound that I had to purchase a brand new tire 2 weeks after purchasing a brand new car?
UPDATE: the director reached out to me a day later to help me out with the situation and get me a refund! I appreciate this so much. Shows that feedback is taken seriously and I can be taken care of. Thank you Scott!!

I wish I could give them zero stars, but alas I have to give them at least one. I've had two MAJOR issues with this dealer.
The first was with the service department. I brought my car in twice while it was under warranty with what I thought was a transmission issue and was told both times that the transmission was fine. 6 months after the warranty expired, the transmission failed and Atamian refused to honor any warranty despite the fact they twice missed the problem.
The second issue was with the sales department. We negotiated a price on a new car with a written quote valid for 24hrs. We went back a few hours later and were told that they would no longer honor the quote.
I will never again go to this dealer for anything. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!

My son was purchasing his first pre-owned car and worked with sales rep Vickey Perez. I was called to bring in the plates of his old vehicle and run a few errands while he was at work. I was super impressed with the level of service Vickey provided, especially since the kid had never walked through the multi-layer process of car buying. Vickey sent him reminder texts about getting his new insurance policy--there were a few snags with the insurance company, but Vickey kept me in the loop all day and I was able bring the car back for her to take care of the registration and inspection. Vickey makes "adulting" a lot more enjoyable!

I would avoid this dealership at all costs. The management and sales people, especially Gabe Ramey and sales manager Tarik Slaoui were especially disrespectful, racist and sexist. Their prejudiced and condescending behavior toward me was shocking and left me very upset. Again, this is fair warning, especially if you are a person of color or a woman, do not waste your time here. These two individuals were beyond rude, taking every opportunity to berate me when I asked basic questions. DO NOT patronize this dealership.

After going to 5 Different dealers on Saturday me and my son-in-law stopped in to Atamian Honda we meet a salesman named Ben A. I can't say enough about this Salesman he was very freindly,informative, Listened to everything we had to say and answered every question we asked.
While we were discussing features and price my son-in-law decided to buy the vehicle and to my surprise he discussed financing (my son-in-law was already approved from his bank) and how easy it would be using there financing and how smooth it would go. They told us that the car would be ready on Tuesday and to my surprise Ben called on Monday and said the vehicle is ready for pickup on Monday (Presidents Day) we showed up and yes everything was ready car was registered and inspected and they contacted the Insurance was all set also....OUTSTANDING!!!! Cee Veth is an excellent sales man, very caring about his customers, and will do whatever he can to make his customers happy including coming in on his day off. Went in for routine maintenance (oil change/transmission flush). Took about 1.5 hours to complete, but Atamian has a comfortable waiting area so time passed quickly. Oil change price is very good compared to many places. so I'll be back

Would be 5 stars but my car buying was more or less decided before I set foot in the dealership. Narrowed it down to a 2015 VW GTI or a CPO 2011 BMW 328. Made the choice I wanted a GTI, so got a truecar price and found that they were the best cost. Walked in, showed the slip, signed papers after they located a vehicle the next day and took the car home a day later. Kyle Willett was my sales guy. Friendly, easy to talk to. Ray, the finance guy, explained the extended warranties. At the end of the they are there to sell but they aren't pushy (remember every sales person is different, not the dealers fault completely).
