When I brought the car in Paul reviewed the work to be done and gave an estimate of the cost which was right on the mark when I picked the car up. He explained what was done and reviewed last page summary on the overall condition of the car. Very professional and pleasant and gave me his card if I had additional questions. Plus the car was ready when promised.
