The worst honda dearler around, Honda dearler can not compare to Toyota dearler. I felt like most Honda dealer salemans are lazy and unprofessionals, especially the advisors. I call all day the operators kept taking my infos down and have the advisor call back, but they never did, ignorance. I visited this dearler years ago, the salesmans stood by the window just starring not coming out and ask what can i help you or nothing so, i just left there

I found the sales department to be loud and chaotic. I did not buy from this dealer due to the pressure from the sales manager. I went in only to test drive and they kept pushing me to fill out paperwork.
Installed 4 tires (Yokohama Avid Touring-S) on 2015 CR-V. Each tire price is ~$30 more expensive than from the competitors - Costco, Townfair Tire, Tire Rack. The most disappointment was -- NO free roadside hazardous protection.

Extremely nice staff. I went for an oil change and found out my car had a recall for passenger airbag. I told them I didn't have time and would come in another day, but they fixed it anyway in under an hour.

I was very happy with the sales experience and the ease of getting into a new lease. It was time to renew my inspection sticker and I realized I had an expired registration sticker. They never registered the new car. Hours on hold with Honda I finally find this out. A year later I m lucky I was never stopped and towed.
Thank you for the response. I'm familiar with how changing over plates work. The issue was that the plates were put on the new car and I paid for registration but this car was never registered with those plates.

I had a great experience at Atamian Honda with John Desrochers, he gave me a deal that three dealership couldn't bit. I went to the dealership in Burlington and the sales person told me that John was giving me a great deal that they couldn't give me. Also, went to the Honda at Lawrence and they said the same. Last place I went was to the Honda in Boston and they couldn't either.

We had a very great experience with Atamian. We received a very competitive lease quote through email communication. It was the best quote we had received for a 2019 Honda HR-V EX. We walked in the door being greeted with firm handshakes by Miguel. He sat us down and immediately got the car ready for a test drive. There was no price haggling or games played. They gave us the promised price with not even $1 added. Miguel was an AMAZING salesman, super friendly and knowledgeable. Very personable guy, highly recommend him. We had previously gone to Autofair Honda in Manchester, NH and that is a place I would stay FAR away from. They promised a great price and they texted us before our appointment saying the car was being brought up and prepped for the test drive. When we arrived, the last one had just sold (convenient timing huh?) they then tried to up-sell a different vehicle. We walked out, furious and headed to Atamian where everything was as we expected and their new dealership is gorgeous!!!

There used to be a review from awhile ago that described the type of employees that worked here. It was accurate. Atamian employees are not even the "B" team, they're all the "C" team at best.
This place is easily the worst dealership in the Metro Boston area on every front but one, price. I bought a '12 CR-V here for $700 less than the mighty Boch wanted. They had the one I wanted at a price I couldn't believe. They tried to make it up by attempting to low-ball my trade for an insanely low price. I almost (& probably should have) walked-out right then. I have no problems negotiating, but it was just insulting & I'm used to fighting over $500 but this was thousands below even their own Black Book from their website, never mind KBB.
In the end, I did get the exact deal I wanted but I dealt with complete incompetence & unprofessionalism the entire time (including after the sale). In the future, I'll pay more not to buy here.
Unless you want to get screwed over and lied to, avoid this place if you can. I never recommend this place to anyone. Absoulte garbage!

Found a used CERTIFIED odyssey on line at this dealership , came in to look at it. At first the sales man said that the 150 point check has been done and this vehicle is ready to be certified , but i had to pay for the certification, even though it said certified on it. when he saw that that turned me off then he changed his story and said that if we make a deal they will include the certified status in. Why must you use such tactics ATAMINA ?
After we made a deal went to the documentation office to sign papers, i asked the guy i wanted proof saying that i am buying a certified vehicle. At first he said the certified status will show up after i register the van. When i insisted on proof He gave me a booklet without any signatures or proof to indicate the certified status. When i asked for more proof he became agitated, and rude. at one time he left the office to talk to his manager, as he stepped out he said that F***** guy ( meaning me) as my wife and 10 month old daughter were siting there. I thought that was unprofessional.
Before leaving the lot with our new car i noticed rear tire very low. asked sales man to put air in it, he said service department was closed for the day and asked me to stop at gas station and put air in it. I just spent thousands of dollars on a vehicle with a flat tire and my 10 month old daughter is riding in a van with a flat tire. Thanks ATAMIAN. Came back next day the tire had a bulge in it. had to give me new tire, so much for the 150 point check they performed. Just think i drove with that tire the day before on the highway with my wife and 10 month old daughter in a vehicle that had a bulge in the tire. Thanks a lot ATAMINA HONDA.
I walked into the dealership on a Saturday morning looking for an Odyssey. The agent Leo was very polite from the beginning. The main manager Tarik is the key dealmaker. He helped me finalize the deal on Sunday despite me almost walking away twice. Tarik is the ultimate deal maker and understands the psyche of customers. I went in to get a recall fixed on my Honda Accord. Chris was nice enough to explain to me how the recall worked and what they would be doing. He noticed a light on in my car and also explained what it meant and the cost of everything at their dealership. Although I declined to fix the issues at that time I appreciated how knowledgeable he was and not being pushy when I declined to fix the issues that day.
They are con artists to the MAX! ALL their Advertised prices are FALSE! they REFUSE to follow the Massachusetts Attorney General's LAW about Documation fees, Which clearly STATES (If a dealership advertises a car with a price then doc fees MUST be included in the price). *you can find the law on MASS.GOV* When confronted with the LAW they had no shame or remorse for conning people. They sell their cars for 1,000s more than the ACTUAL value of the car. If you go there being 100% financed with a bank or credit union they will try to convince you to go with them and come to you with what they call "better" numbers (which is NEVER the case) DONT FALL FOR IT!
Moral of this review, DO YOUR RESEARCH before going there. Know the Massachusetts Attorney General's Law. Do your research on the ACTUAL VALUE of the car your looking into buying. DO NOT PAY a destination fee (for a car they have on the lot and was brought to them and traded there) or the prep fee they will track on (the car should be 100% ready to leave the lot)
You shouldn't be paying them to do THEIR JOB (THATS ATAMIANS JOB) NOT THE BUYERS JOB.
I have personally reported them to the Attorney General's Office, so they'll be hearing from them REAL SOON!!! I CAN'T STAND PEOPLE THAT HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY!!!!

I had similar experience with some other people here, my friend and I went for a test drive, the sale rep was nice, and once we started to negotiate and we didn t agree with the price, the manager was called in to handle the situation. And it s the experience I will never forget, the manager aggressively asked us where we came up with the price and forcefully to show him on the computer, we felt we were treated like someone who couldn t afford to buy a car there, and it s not like in a private room or anything, it s in an open office area. I hope someone would read this and be warned. If someone from this dealer asks to call them back to elaborate further, you should know by now who are the bad eggs in your team, and you should know how to handle the neogiatipn professionally.
PS my friend ended up buying an Oddessy from different dealer.

The internet sales people were nice, the sales person Joseph was nice and professional. BUT then the finance person Terek came over with his strong arm attitude and immediately started spouting off wrong information and trying to intimidate me and my granddaughter. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. At the same time Terek had been loudly strong arming another customer and demanded he go home and get his car title while he kept his significant others there. I've never seen such tactics and I have seen a lot. Terek was combative right away when he came over to us, and did not acknowledge anything the sales people already said or knew (agreed upon fees to be paid, etc.). Then he shouted at us and put out a very high number and when I said that's way high, he stood up and laughed and waived us off. This guy has to be costing them sales, because this might work with people who are easily intimidated and he preys on them, but it won't work for many others and those he is chasing away. I would avoid this place if I were you, especially if you don't want to be intimidated by a very real stereotype of a hateful car salesperson.
