My aunt was actually the one who booked us here! And she was so happy for me and my family as we have been selected as Ascott's "GUEST OF THE DAY". In which we received special privileges. We personally enjoyed our stay.

Room - very relaxing! Nice view! Well lit. Carpeted floor. The bed is very comfortable! There's minibar.

Room amenities - complete toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board and iron (no need to request for one since there's one in the built in cabinet!), safe box, comfy slippers, robes. Great wifi connection!

Breakfast - they offer breakfast buffet! And they have strict rules when it comes to attire.

Amenities - they have pool, gym (even a store for swimwear!), barber shop, spa, jewelry store!

As soon as you stepped out the hotel, Glorietta 4 is there! Very convenient! The hotel staffs are very accommodating. Excellent customer service!

Stayed here for just under a month back in June 2011. Loved it and the staff were very attentive. Would love to return one day.

Location is excellent and near T3 airport.
I love the gym.
However, it's facilities is a bit old. And we always have to ask for water to be send to our room.

We have always cinsidered Ascott Makati our staycation place. However, servoce has been very disappointing during our stay in March 2019 and most specially this this Holy Week. We requested yo have the room made up and after 2 hours of followup reply I get is they can clean the room but linens and towels will not be changed since they have run out of supply. I could not believe that this hotel could be so crass as to say this. Dont they plan for peak days?

The best location to go to Glorietta Mall. The rooms are getting old yearly but they are clean. Be careful if the check in time is late. There was no welcome fruit, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and fans out of control. When I was guided to the room, I had a TV on for some reason. The staff is generally friendly. Fitness gym studio lessons are free and enjoyable (previously ZUMBA was paid) and fun. There is also a pool. Breakfast is rich and delicious.

One day is not enough to give my opening in that beautiful place.

A ditch in the green mountains and green waters, the water flows all the year round, there is no cows and sheep to graze, and often monks come to wash their hair.

Wearing it and its prices are reasonable .. And there is more luxurious and better than it

The Ascott Makati is one of the best hotel residence in Metro Manila. It is in proximity of most of the important places. The transport from and to Ascott is also very good and efficient. The service provided by Ascott is one of the best experience I have observed. The room service is timely and efficient. Also the breakfast provided by them has variety and taste both. So it is overall awesome experience.

I stayed in an executive room, but the room has 4 beds of 3 beds and the facilities are very good.

All of their staff were very accomodating and the place was really nice.

Excellent location, cleanliness, the hotel is treated very elegant, but I was late in checking in, and the reason was that I did not confirm the reservation for them, knowing that I had a certainty, but everything is correct And there is a shattaf water in the toilets, may God bless you

Great location and warm service. Fantastic gym, including squat racks and good free weights section. Rooms a little small and bathrooms have shower (No bath), but better on balance than other premier hotels in Manila.

The staff are lovely, professional and helpful.

All you needed are there except for halal food, however you can get from outside. Few arabic restaurant are closer to the hotel, just ask the hotel staff and they will help you to get taxi.

Beautiful hotel and amazing hospitality. Facility has a great fitness area, pool and tennis court. If you are in Manila this is a must stay hotel. Food is amazing and customer service is top notch!

It was a great place for me!
Though I have come to the Philippines many times until now, it was first time for me to stay at this hotel.
I should say residence not hotel . But you can enjoy room cleaning service every day.
As commented by others, the facility looks deteriorated. Exactly this accommodation seems to have a long history. However the room size is amazing!
I loved this place as my place during my stay.
And hotel staff are very friendly.
Just one thing, the reception is always busy.
You need to wait for your turn with standing in the queue. If you have a plenty of time, it would not be a big deal. But if you have a tight schedule, their reception service speed may make you irritated....

The Locations is very good and walking distance to Greenbelt, downstairs to Glorietta and across the street from SM. I personally am not a fan of Makati but this hotel really is well located. I stayed in a 3 bedroom and a 1 bedroom exec suite for my stay. The 3 bedroom suite is extremely old and although best attempts to refurb and paint, the showers, bathroom really need a better overhaul. The layout is also confusing with a labyrinth of rooms, you can easily get lost. 1 bedroom is far better up to date, clean and cosy. The mattress is very hard, would help to get a topper. Morning Breakfast is not that great, poor quality but comes free with the room. Front desk is very good, especially Mela. She is outstanding customer service, a true credit to your hotel. I would stay here again if I needed to be in Makati.

What is the most beautiful places I ve ever seen for miles by two fundamental things that prevent this hotel from achieving four stars
The rooms are fantastic with one exception: no matter what setting you have the thermostat on which ironically is in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius the air temperature is at a steady 16 unsustainable degrees - Freezing cold
The restaurant downstairs at breakfast is a chaotic mayhem of isolated serving stations amidst a jumble of tables making it very difficult for circulation and annoying in terms of how you start a day in Manila
And then reminiscent of the song Hotel California where you can check-in but never leave the queue for the checkout is always seriously long and slow -
Not due to the staff who are excellent but to the system which is antiquated and outdated
It s no surprise that the company like capital land of Singapore would operate this hotel with a flair for style and a complete shortcoming in terms of technology and structure
It can all be smoke and mirrors for some people but for those of us on business travel this hotel is no longer an option

Well I know that sometimes the third world country has the best service and the Asian countries always proves me right. It's the most amazing stay I have had in Philippines. The service apartment had all the kitchen utensils ( more than) what I needed and as I am a vegetarian , I could cook my own food. Morning buffet breakfast was also really good. The staff needless to say are really helpful and cheerful. The rooms are so huge like a mini playground

The room I checked in was clean and spacious.
Food in buffet tasted good but could be better and choices could be more.
Room service was very horrible.
Employees' attitude/service was a nightmare. They were either unaccommodating, unwelcoming, apathetic or rude.
During our stay, we could hear banging/pounding sounds from above like occassionally there were stuffs being moved or renovated.
For a 5-star hotel, it's not worth your money (unless they change employee attitude)

Everything is beautiful in this hotel except the staff of the hotel entrance beggars and annoying their voices when you enter and exit and there is no scrutiny of who enters and exits and I heard about this observation but unfortunately I saw something very very offensive

I love this hotel.very nice staff. If you are looking for a place like home bt a great hotel, Ascott is the best pkace for you. Close to malls, supermarket, restaurants and everything u are looking for. Highly recommended!

The best serviced apartment in the metro. Every area is clean. Staff is so courteous and attentive.

Rooms are clean and well cooled. Towels and linen are clean and smell good. Location is superb as it is just next door to the best malls in the city.

Very good place to stay, near shopping malls. Very good service and apartments got everything. But we pay quite expensive, so next time if come back have to check for better price. Ascott good quality.

What kind of hotel doesn't initially provide towels in their bathrooms or takes repeated calls to the front desk to answer? In addition to problems checking in, WiFi service where your room number needs to be altered to log in (which was undocumented) and the room showing its age, this is a really poor showing for an Ascott hotel, and not what I've come to expect from visits to other Ascott locations.

The room i stayed was very spacious and they had a lot of complemenary. Who dont want freebies?
The staff was very nice and accomodating. When i call the reception, they answer promptly and politely. Mind you not all hotels have such courtesy. So im impress with them. It's not easy to work in hotels but these staff seem happy working here.

Stayed for two nights in a two bedroom suite and loved it. It is very convenient, specially with their washer and dryer that allowed us to pack and travel light.

Bathroom fixtures need to be upgraded, but old one is functional. Also, there is no dish washer - would have completed the mix.

Overall, will surely consider going back and staying.

Great hotel in the middle of Manila surrounded by big shopping malls. Spacious rooms, clean, AC, straightforward check in & out, very friendly staff. Outdoor pool on the 6th floor, gym. Whenever stood in Manila, go to Ascott.

Are you serious? A 5-star hotel charges more than 10k php a night for a suite room and serves with a sink smelled sour and with obvious food waste?

Super clean and luxurious furniture , and delicious breakfest with an awesome swimming pool , workers are nice and friendly and the building is on top of a mall , best hotel in manila so far .
