The product that Haffele sales spec does not fit our door

Interested in hafele products when I visited the exhibition booth at JCC a few years ago. And recommend this product to my clients.

But today after seeing testimonials that prove the sales and distribution process is not quality, I am afraid that I have recommended the wrong product.

The product isn't wrong. But the distributor's delivery system is worrying. Because what buyers expect from this product is safety, comfort and SURE.

A great place to buy all the essential parts for our house. I love the innovation and the variety. So far the service is good.

We bought more than 100 million prices for Haffele goods for resorts in Sukabumi because of their good reputation, but it turns out that the sales are money-making and the products specified for us have a lot of mistakes:

Example 1: the maid's room key is more secure than the guest room key.

Example 2: A 30kg door hinge is specified with a 60kg door hinge.

Example 3: The door closer is jamming so fast that it sounds on the highway outside.

Example 4: Lock cylinder is spec without hood! This hood then we have to buy separately.

Example 5: Thumbturn is less than one, then because the sales personnel have "moved companies", in the end we are forced to buy Dekson's goods to cover Haffele's shortage of goods.

Example 6: Haffele's goods do not arrive at once, they arrive a little, oddly and confuse the masons in the field. We spent special extra supervision to install Haffele's stuff.

Example 7: The sales team said they would send a technical team to set up the items above, but three months later, the sales team always canceled their appointments and still didn't come.

You've been warned: Buying Haffele wastes money and wastes time.

Management is nice and friendly. The workshops and offices are clean and orderly.

Crazy price! Speculation only! Not something quality! Or the sales manager wants to cheat the customer.

Hafele's new showroom is very well designed. Various kinds of hardware and fittings are shown as well as examples of their application in various designs. All items and their applications are interesting and inspiring. Great! Highly recommended to visit.

We bought over Rp.100mil. worth of their product for our project and was very disappointed as their sales team specified the wrong product for our door ironmongeries, and their delivery bills are different from what we had paid for.

We had to check, double check, and triple check all of their specifications, invoice and deliverables and it was very time-consuming. Good product, but the service is VERY BAD

Very good showroom concept. Nice people in the office. Social media and youtube also looking good. Official store at marketplace also worth to visit and shop. All the good vibes.
