Worth the money! A great place for a staycation in the heart of Makati's shopping district

You simply cannot hate this place. Although, it took us 3 hrs to check in. We where upgraded to suite and additional complementary buffet.

Beautiful place nicely renovated. Got a complementary upgrade to a stunning suite because it was our honeymoon. Great staff really classy hotel. Best location close to all shopping and restaurants.

Exceptional staff

I just found out that the review I submitted at Trip Advisor on February 2018 was not published.
We stayed Jan.18-Feb.3, 2018 and the hotel itself was excellent with nice clean rooms although I found out when we arrived that the studio unit did not have a washer dryer and these are available only on studio executive. Nevertheless we were very happy with the room, and its facilities offered especially the Zumba classes since I was able to continue my daily routine.
The staff are all good people, starting with Mr. John Reyes Reyna who replied promptly to my concerns before our arrival. He took care of my concerns and requests, especially my early arrival and room location requests. At the Registration area we were assisted by Katrina who was very kind and very professional. Almost everybody we met while on the way to our room greeted us with a smile.
Breakfast at Myron was amazing with many food selections and all of them were tasty. The staff are very polite. On our 2nd day going to the free breakfast the staff Michael who served us the day before already knew our coffee preferences. They anticipated what we usually have.
There were 2 Supervisors one is Resty and I noticed that they both were on top of all that is needed. At the entrance of Myron s restaurant Sharma made us feel really welcome and always drew a happy face on our receipt. Michael our host is also on top of our needs, he knew right away our preferences which include a bowl of mango. We commend all the cafeteria staff for their excellent service including Christine who is in charge of the gym and Marg the best Zumba teacher.

It's just off the Glorietta 4 exit, so you can rest assured that you're on the move. There is no luxury in the lobby or common facilities like other 5 star hotels, but the rooms are much more satisfying.

This place is amazing. Amazing service, rooms were well tended. I stayed st the penthouse suite which had everything you could ask for. I would recommend to friends and family.

More like condo accommodations than hotel. Combo washer dryer in rooms. Nicky furnished with pots pans utensils. Some small appliances like rice cooker

Great place for a family. Location just near the Airport so you will not worry about getting stuck in the traffic.

Great place for families who wants to have staycation on holidays

The hotel apartments are very beautiful and well-appointed and do not have a defect in the refrigeration rooms

Location is gold! Helpful staff but rude receptionist. Very clean & tidy room. Washing machine is not available in studio premier twin as mentionned in booking website. Absolutely recommend it!

Very convenient location in Makati business district. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Liked it so much I stayed there nine months! Really more like a long-stay residence than a hotel.

The 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms has plenty of space, clean and really nice specially the newly renovated.

I've stayed in many hotels and this is far one of the best hotels. A 5 star in so many ways.

The manager is very nice and accommodating, always ensuring her staff goes over and above. Great experience, highly recommend, especially for longer stays.

Friendly staff, spacious room and fantastic breakfast buffet. There is a super fitness center and a nice pool. There is not much of a bar so be prepared to go elsewhere to enjoy anything more than a quick drink.
Some of the fixtures are a bit worn and the building is showing its age but nothing bad.
The hotel is centrally located with a ton of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The only place to stay in Makati. Great rooms, facilities and plentiful buffet breakfast. Very helpful staff. Swimming pool open until late.

A unique place between two bedrooms and very safe for families

Hotel apartments are old and have a renewal of some apartments, its location is what distinguishes only in terms of services, there are others nearby that are better than it, but the price is slightly higher

Incredible service and such a great experience! We loved the buffet every day and were spoiled by the staff. They set the bar so high!

A beautiful and wonderful place for the location, comfort and safety, smoking is not allowed in all hotels in the Philippines and the fine is strictly applied and its value is 1000 dollars, but there is inconvenience from the large number of knocking on the door for service and you feel that they are spying on you and not for the service.

The Ascott is located above Glorietta 4 mall which is connected to 13 different malls. We were on the 9th floor, one bedroom with dining, kitchen & washer/dryer. View was nice and you can see the cars & traffic but you barely hear the noise. We felt welcome and safe here. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Accessible to several malls so shopping and food was easy! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The Hotel has a new fresh look coming from its major renovation. The rooms are bigger than other 5-star hotels nearby.

I was there for a week and my first time in Phil. Everyone was so friendly and nice. It includes breakfast and happy hour (free drinks and pupu of the day). The gym was good and I loved the room. Very spacious and neat. Although the in-room phone had an issue (was very static; couldn't hear the other person on the line), everything was great. I can't wait to visit Phil again.

Amazing place!!! The staff were very helpful and the rooms were great. Buffet selection was on point and location wise it was very good only seconds to walk to the shopping centre! Would definitely recommend staying here. Good pool and gym as well if you are a big gym person

EVERYTHING was GREAT!!!

Pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay! Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean including towels and beds the House keeping name Gina was very Helpful and friendly she always make sure that I had everything I need. we were very happy with our Location. plus, as we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see and do.

We enjoyed our stay with you and have no complaints about the hotel and praise the exceptional helpfulness of Ms. Gina.

I like the place. The staff are very nice. It's conveniently located in the center of Makati. There is a mall just below the hotel, so there are a lot of places to go to around for food and everything else you need to buy.

Extremely good accommodation and helpful team members. Only one set back is the restaurant, can not handle the amount of guests. Far to small and needs serious review.
