Animal America Pet Resort Review

Updated review: I heard from the general manager and am pleased with how they handled the situation of my dog catching a bug while he was there.

Poor customer service left me without a reservation and no other dog boarding options for Christmas for my dog. Now I scrambling to find last minute boarding.

Our Cairn Terrier is treated with love and attention whenever we take him for a Doggy Day Camp outing. In fact, all I have to do is say to him "Do you want to go to Doggy Day Camp today?" and he immediately starts wagging his tail and heading to the front door of our house. I'm most impressed with the personnel that care for him and the other dogs. Bobby, Laura, and Janet are stupendous and my wife and I always know our dog is in good hands. I regularly recommend Pet Resorts of America's Doggy Day Camp to all my friends and contacts in Nashville. One couldn't find a better spot to take their dog.

Pet Resorts of America is an excellent facility. It's the cleanest in the County (I've been to ALL of them), the staff is friendly and attentive and best of all, my dog really likes it there. That says the most to me.
My most sincere thanks to the staff for always making my dog feel at home when her family is away.

This place is great! Great caring staff. Always takes excellent care of my kitty, Leo. I use them several times a year. It is always excellent.

DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE! My parents dog received Severe chemical burns and had to go through months of treatments to get better. It required multiple skin grafts and having her hospitalized for weeks. She had several surgeries and at the end of the day my parents spent nearly $5,000 to get her better. A dog died there the first week of June 2014 due to being left outside in a dog run in the heat. Pet Resorts of America did NOT help us cover any vet costs. My parents had to cover all the Vet, Animal Hospital, and multiple surgeries out of pocket. I can't believe this place is still in business and should be shut down!! If your dog has had a chemical burn or has had issues please post it here so others can see!

First class facility with first class service. We were from out of state and we felt very comfortable leaving our fur babies there.

The employees at Pet Resorts always take excellent care of my little dog. When I go somewhere that I can't take my dog with me, then I always use Pet Resorts. They always follow what ever instructions that I leave for his care. He never comes home stinky or dirty. The facility is clean and never smells bad.
I also like the fact that I can make my reservation on-line or by phone.

They always take good loving care of our animals when we are out of town

The friendly staff are always happy to greet our dog and cats. Good prices, and we like having the option of add-ons like extra walks for the pooch. The best service is the BATH before coming home! Well worth the extra. The kitties get to board together and hang out in the kitty play room. Upon first boarding our dog, we got email updates about her progress which was awesome because we were nervous leaving her in a new place, not knowing how she would take it. She always gets good report cards, which tells me she is comfortable in this place with the staff. Recommend.

I left my two small dogs here last week while I was on vacation. The staff is so friendly and caring that I didn't worry about them being there at all! I especially love that they send you an email from your pets with a picture so you can see them while you're away. It's great to be able to leave your babies and know they will be well taken care of!

Our puppy, Dixie, has been going to "camp" at Pet Resorts of America for a couple of years, and she loves it!! Highly recommend.

The staff are very hostile and rude. Did not feel safe with my pets in there care. Staff need to learn how to speak to customers and patients in a better tone. Felt very uncomfortable. Would not recommend to anyone.

My dog had an amazing experience doing the board and train program. She is much more well-behaved and confident. I already have another boarding appointment booked for her!

Our air conditioner broke down on us so we were forced to find a comfy spot for our puppy. Neither of us had experience with picking a place to board a pet, but we found that Pet Resorts of America got favorable reviews. My wife and I could not have been happier with the care that our pup received at Pet Resorts. This was the first time that he had spent the night away from us so obviously, we were very nervous. However, he is just as happy as could be. We also appreciate the grooming services - the luxury bathing package is a miracle! Pet Resorts will definitely be on the agenda the next time we have to leave our fuzzy child overnight.

Shadow seems to love Pet Resorts - he always comes home worn out. We originally checked it mostly out of convenience (close to home), but thankfully we like the people who are there during the day. There aren't any bells & whistles, but... it's dog daycare. I do wish they were open a little later; sometimes it's hard to get across town in time at the end of the day.

Great grooming and pet boarding service! I have been a loyal customer since 2009 and the service provided by the staff is A+. Annette is the best groomer ever and I always feel totally comfortable leaving my dog in her care. The service is well worth the drive across town for me, because the staff is so very attentive to my pets needs and I appreciate that very much! I highly recommend Pet Resorts of America and would not take my dog anywhere else.

Wow. Just wow!! My dog had hot spots when I dropped her off. They continued to get worse while I was away but the team at Pet Resorts offered to drive to the vet for me to pick up medicine, found her an e-collar to protect the spots, gave her treats to take her mind off the sores, cleaned her where the spots started to bleed, gave her over the counter medications they had on hand (with my permission of course), and put wet clothes on her neck to make them feel better. And gave me up dates the whole time. Great team and great service. Thanks to Kim and everyone else at PROA!!

Very impressive, new and clean facility with excellent customer service. My dog needs to lose a few lbs., so I will definitely take her back when I can!

I appreciate the Sunday afternoon pickup as a lot of places are closed. This is my first dog so I am new at this but your facility appeared to be very clean and my dog, Reese, was very happy for his 9.5 day stay. He enjoyed the visit from a friend, so thank you for allowing that to happen. I am also glad that you do not discriminate against certain breeds for insurance purposes. I like the online registration,too. I would definitely recommend your business and choose you again.

Our dogs have gone to this Pet Resorts for years and always come home happy and relaxed. I tried another place here in Nashville recently because it is closer to our house-was not happy with it-the big dog came home anxious and with a bladder infection! The extra distance is worth it.
The have had many of the same staff members and groomers for a long time. I feel that they are attentive and genuinely love animals. Would recommend to anybody looking for a great place to watch their pets!

What a wonderful experience! I boarded my two dogs there, one of which has some anxiety and is very nervous. They informed me she was very shy at first but she warmed up to them and loved her group play time! When I picked them up they were so happy and obviously very well taken care of (and smelled great after their baths). The luxury bath was definitely a good choice for my golden retriever/hound mix. I always hate leaving them for any period of time but I am very glad they had a safe and fun place to stay! :)

We have been taking our bernedoodle puppy to the Dog Day Care Center for several months and the experience has changed him. He was friendly, but rather shy. Now he is much more outgoing and a friend to all dogs. Most importantly, he has learned to cope with all types of dogs and their personalities because there are all types of dogs at the center. The facilities are clean and the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. More importantly, the staff are kind and caring toward all the dogs. Our dog hates to leave. We also took advantage of the grooming services and were quite pleased with the results. It was his first groom and he came out just like we had hoped. Unfortunately, that groomer has left and not replaced. We have been assured that will happen and hopefully, that will be soon. We have not used the boarding facility but if it is like the Dog Day Care Center, I would not be hesitant to use it. In general, we have been very pleased with the facility and will continue to use it resources. It is great for us and for our dog.

While visiting Nashville we wanted a place to take our 11 month old English Bull Terrier during the day and loved the idea of him getting some obedience training at the same time. Bobby (the trainer) was patient, kind, knowledgable, and extremely helpful! Our wild and willful Darth Vader (his name says it all) came home every day happy, healthy, and better behaved thanks to Bobby. Everyone we met at Pet Resort was pleasant and attentive to us and our dog. We also had our Maltese groomed and he looked charming :) The facility is fully monitored by closed circuit TV and was exceptionally clean -- no discernible pet odors and the floors were spotless! We recommend Bobby for training and the Resort for short term or extended care. We will bring our dog(s) again whenever in Nashville -- you should too!

I felt at peace leaving my dogs there. They did a great job.

This place is a wonderful place to take your dogs. They treat them so well and genuinely care. Our dog is a bit of an anxious mess but the staff are always helpful and patient with him. Would definitely recommend. My only complaint would be that the hours aren t that great, especially on Sunday.

We had such a difficult time needing to leave our 4 month old puppy, however Pet Resorts of America could not have been a better choice. Bailey really loved her first time in a pool experience! From what I was told she was quite the natural. The people here are very nice! We are looking forward to puppy classes. We are also bringing her back for a stay in September. This place is just a wonderful time for the pets and the best choice we could have made. Thank you so much!

I'm so so happy I found this place. I've recently had awful experiences with another boarding company (holding meals, neglect, etc.) and I'm very careful about where I take my 1 year old pup. The employees at Pet Resorts were very patient and sweet about all my questions and all the things I wanted to bring with him. According to his report card they sent home, he ate all of his food well and played with the other dogs well. I was so happy to see how worn out he was when he came home, I could tell he had a good day. They even wrote a list of all the toys and treats I brought with him, which I really loved because we've "lost" toys and food he was dropped off with. Pet Resorts of America is so quality without being overpriced. We'll bring Jax here only ft om now on!!

We love their daytime puppy camp and the staff is amazing. We recently did boarding with them and the accommodations were very nice and the staff was friendly but their ala carte menu made me physically ill. It's totally a corporate thing but I could easily double the cost for what's included at many other boarding places. $1 for a treat. $8 for your dog to interact with other dogs for 30 minutes twice a day. The list goes on...buyer beware. I would give the staff and the day camp 5+ and the corporate price structure a zero.

Marshall is always happy and running in. Nice to have safe place for our non traveling family member. ( if he wasn't a very car sick puker, he would travel too)

My dog enjoyed her time here with the staff! The renovations they have done to continue to improve themselves and accommodate the growing clientele has really shown off their professionalism. We enjoy using Pet Resorts!!

I love Pet Resorts of America. From the front desk staff all the way to the trainer, Bobby. Both of our Boston Terriers have boarded there, and came home happy. The support staff is so loving and caring with our Bostons-I completely trust everyone here. Bobby, the trainer, worked with our male Boston on the 2 week board and train. Napoleon is a bit stubborn, but with us implementing what Bobby taught him has helped. Bobby is such a nice guy, he follows up and emails you with updates. I really love this place for my pets/fur babies.

They were great. I was able to see the facility to ensure that i was comfortable with him being there and I also received an picture of my dog to me the next day to see if he was doing ok. EXCELLENT PLACE!!!

I have been taking my Great Dane to Pet Resorts Doggie Day Care for over a year now. The facility is very clean and the staff are great. I have been extremely happy with the care he gets there. He is excited to go there and he comes home exhausted.

We were reluctant to leave our dog Maggie anywhere since we had not been away from her since we adopted her 9 months ago, but a friend recommended Pet Resorts and we decided to check it out. Maggie had a great time and we got some very valuable advice from the trainer, Bobby. We are signing Maggie up for training and some boarding!

Jessica was amazing! She did soo good with my Kitty sugar. I;m sure you can imagine, but giving a cat a bath, and then shaving all the long hair off his body is quite a task. He looked soo good when i took him home. He use to shed so much, i had to follow him around the house with a vacuum cleaner. Not any more, i take him to Pet resorts about twice a year for a full grooming, and i could't be happier. They really know what they are doing!

My Cheatham County rescue dog, Cookie, has been going to Pet Resorts for her grooming needs for the last six years. The groomers do an excellent job. The entire staff have been most friendly to me and very kind to Cookie. I highly recommend Pet Resorts.

I recently use the groomer Jessica for my dog Austin. He is a Siberian Husky so you can imagine the issues I have with shedding. She did an amazing job in getting rid of all of the "extra" fur. My house has been hair free !

This was our first experience with Pet Resorts of America. We are relocating to the Nashville area and needed to board our dog site unseen. We dropped off our 70# dog on Sunday and he was hesitant to go to his run. I had to walk with him to get him to go to the door that lead him to the runs. We returned tot he facility on Thursday to "break" him out for a day trip. He was happy when we picked him up and we had a great day. When we returned to drop him off, he happily walked through the front door and walked back to his run without a problem. This is something that has never happened in 3 years. 5 days earlier, I had to walk him back and this time he went willingly. I was thrilled. When I picked him up on Tuesday, he waited patiently for us to check out and he wasn't pulling to leave the facility. The keeper that took care of him, came up front and told me about his stay and the activities he enjoyed. Bolt's body language tells me that he truly enjoyed his time at Pet Resorts of America.

We did not hesitate to leave our Buster in new hands. Jessica immediately loved on him and Buster took to her without hesitation. Jessica did an excellent grooming job. Buster has a few special needs and Jessica was very careful and considerate of those needs. Thanks Pet Resorts of America for taking care of our furry baby.

I take my corgi mix here once a week when I have long work days. The staff is sweet to my pup, who can be a handful when riled up. My dog is absolutely exhausted when I pick him up from playing all day. The staff even dressed up their campers for Halloween and gave me a photo of my puppy as a pumpkin. It was a cute surprise. This is probably one of the more affordable doggie daycares in west Nashville and their hours are super convenient. I d recommend it for anyone who has a super active dog.

My dog has been going to the Day Camp since the new addition opened in 2013 and it has been the best experience for him. He cannot wait to get there in the morning and is exhausted when it is time to go home. The staff take wonderful care of the dogs and make sure that they all have fun and get plenty of exercise.

I had a similar experience boarding. They took wonderful care of him and the facilities are excellent. Highly recommend.

Expensive, but they take great care of our fur-babies when we're away!

The new groomer Jessica did an awesome job grooming my border collie Louie. I was a little nervous at first having someone new do it but she did great. I would highly recommended her.

Very nice place for boarding your pet. They offer separate area for senior pets. Reasonable price.

We have an older Golden Retriever who requires special treatment and daily medications. Pet Resort's staff has taken excellent care of Gracie during those times we have to go out of town. We also used their groomer during our last stay and she followed our instructions to a "T" - and did an excellent job. I recommend Pet Resorts - they will provide your Pet Family Member with the care you request.

I brought my two small chihuahuas to stay for 6 days. i thought they were going to a safe secure and clean environment. when we came to pick them up and pay the rather expensive fee, we expected them to be healthy. they started coughing less then 24 hours after we got them home. we called the vet and got an an appt. we took them in and found out what kennel cough sounds like. a deep hacking break your heart type of cough. we treated them with steroids and antibiotics. it has affected them similarly to humans. after unsuccessfully getting rid of their cough. I am trying a strong cough suppressant. if we are not successful, then it will be time for X-rays and blood work. The pet resort paid for the care when the general manager was there. I understand the resort is under new mamagemend and may need time to answer all their calls.

I was pleased with my first boarding experience with Pet Resorts (2 dogs over Christmas). Staff were friendly and professional and rates were reasonable. Dogs came home healthy and clean.

I would be even more attracted to Pet Resorts for boarding if the dogs were together with other dogs during the day. They offer a short playtime for a small fee, however it seems to pale in comparison to the all-day daycare which is included in the higher price of some other facilities. I appreciated that the General Manager contacted me after boarding requesting feedback. He informed me that a new building is underway at the facility which will allow for day care services. We look forward to trying that out!

We love the pet resort! Our labradoodle has stayed there many times, and I always feel that she has been well cared for. The people there really love dogs. This was the first time that we had her groomed and it was a great experience. I love the way Jessica cut her -- she looks like a labradoodle and not a poodle which was what I wanted. I'm going to start getting her groomed there every time she stays.

Dropped my Shepherd off today on a sunny 90 degree day in May..to find out that the pool he loves so much has yet to be opened...due to the cool nights???? Lets step it up Pet Resort!! Its hot outside and we pay to use your pool to keep our bigger dogs happy and cool.

I have a 12 yr old great pyr who is terrified of storms. And a 4 yr old working dog great pyr.
They both do so well here. I have been bringing the older one there for yrs! I trust them they do a great job!

I always leave my dog there when he needs boarded. I always get him groomed there, too, because it's the only place he comes back looking exactly how I asked he be groomed.

The new groomer, Jessica, is awesome, too! I was nervous to have him switch groomers because I loved the old one so much, but Jessica did an amazing job!

I used to live in Bellevue, so Pet Resorts of America was close to me. I moved to Berry Hill which is a good 20 minutes away or so, but I still take my dog to Pet Resorts because I know he will be groomed well and I just feel safe leaving him there.

Great Place!

Expensive, but well worth it. The facility is clean and well appointed and the staff is awesome.

Staff was outstanding and our three dogs were well cared for. They were very attentive and called us when they had questions, as one of our dogs is older and started to have some problems unrelated to being boarded. We really appreciated the care they provided and the dogs were very happy there!

Doggie Day Camp at Pet Resorts of America has been an absolutely amazing experience for my dog Chuy. This review is more gratitude than review. I am truly grateful to Bobby, Janet, and Laura for the great care they give to my boy. I drop him off in the morning and have no worries that he's getting everything that he needs.

My pet Shadow absolutely loves this place!!! He was smiling from ear-to-ear and exhausted at the end of the day. I love that he came home with his report card and it was posted on our refrigerator, LOL!

Linda loves her job and it shows! all the dogs loved her and that's a fact. when I came back to pick up my dog she was covered in head-to-toe with mud because she was out there with them once there was some sunshine and by the looks of it it's obviously they love her.

Shadow looks forward to coming back I know it and it will be our doggy day care here in Nashville. I highly recommend pet resorts of America try them you'll see why!!!

My pup Bill goes to Pet Resorts of America on Charlotte at least 2x/week - he loves it! And he comes home exhausted so I love it too! :) The staff is super nice & always tell me how his day went.

I've got a dog who is pretty much scared of everything (except other dogs). I've boarded her at Pet Resorts on several occasions. Once she jumps out of the car, she all but drags me to the front door. She's obviously very happy to go inside. When they take her back to her room, she doesn't even look back to say good bye to me. I know she's in good hands at Pet Resorts of America!

Great staff and cali is always exhausted after a stay

I have a very energetic, playful pup! He loves coming to Doggie Day Camp here and I love it to!! I feel great knowing my dog is having a day full of play time with others. He gets his energy out and gets to socialize with other dogs.

This place was really great. I hate my dog, but they did a really great job taking care of her anyway. Charged us a very fair price. They honestly quoted us more, but decided to have good customer service instead. Would recommend to people who actually like their dog.

I had Jessica groom our miniature schnauzer and our golden doodle in December. I thought she did a great job on both dogs and we will be using her again this week. We board here as well and the dogs are always clean, happy and healthy when we pick them up.

Been Sage's home when we vacation or have a trip and the staff loves her. She loves coming home but loves to go there for her vacation.

We "book" Rosalita at Pet Resorts a few times every year, and usually ask that she be groomed. It's convenient to get her back home already clean with a handsome haircut, and the groomer has always done a great job.

My dog, Gracie Lou, absolutely loves going to "school" everyday. My favorite part about doggy day care at Pet Resorts is the fact that my dog, a year old Lab mix, comes home exhausted and well-behaved for the night. It seems near impossible to get all of her energy out, but ever since she started going to day care, it hasn't been a problem! The staff is always so welcoming and personable. I was very nervous leaving Gracie at day care for the few days, but they quickly eased my fears. I couldn't imagine taking my dog anywhere else. I would, and do, recommend Pet Resorts doggy day care to anyone who has a furry bundle of energy in their house.

We have used PRA twice now, and have been very satisfied each time. The staff is very friendly and professional; obviously they have a great deal of care for and patience with the animals. Pepi seems to really enjoy his play sessions from what the staff has said. We are grateful to have such a trustworthy pet care facility so close to us on the west side. Keep up the great work and we will be visiting again soon!

We have used Pet Resorts several years for boarding and grooming our dog and always with consistent excellent service from their employees. They honestly care for your family pet and are appreciative of their customers. The facilities are always clean and provide a safe environment for your pet. I can highly recommend their services.

I have lived in Nashville for two years and have used Pet Resorts to board my two dogs probably a dozen times. Overall, I would say I am very pleased with their service. The staff seems very affectionate and enthusiastic about my dogs. And they always come home exhausted. My only real complaint is the add-on prices for anything extra. Be it an extra walk or more playtime or even giving medicine, Pet Resorts does not miss a chance to make a few extra bucks. I have lived in other cities, where my boarders included these services for free. But with that being said, Pet Resorts is still, by far, the cheapest service I have found in Nashville and I definitely have not been disappointed with their service.

I watched as my dog was held down choked by a staff member because he couldn't figure out how to work the collar while controlling my dog. The screaming and yelping of my dog was too much the handle. When i confronted the manager she admitted that perhaps it was possible some of her part time staff needed more training.
If you love you pet as much as I do, letting your pet be choked by part time employees is too big of as price to pay for cheap dog day care.

I travel often with my pets, and it can truly be a task in finding a great place to board them that is comfortable for them, provides great care and attention, grooms them if they need it, and has optimal pricing and hours of availability Sunday through Saturday. Pet Resorts of America provided that service for me and my pets while on travel to Nashville, and I appreciate it. I was even able to not skip a beat and have their medicine administered.

My dog Chandler had a great extended-stay over the holiday season at Pet Resorts of America. When I dropped him off I knew he would be in great hands. The staff is so welcoming and they go above and beyond to ensure exceptional service. When I returned to pick up Chandler, he was very excited to see me but I could tell that he did not want to leave Pet Resorts! Thank you so much for taking care of my Chandler! Our sweet boy Joey LOVES going to Pet Resorts of America. He is so tired after playing ALL day! The staff is so wonderful and nice. You can tell that they love their job. I wouldn't trust anyone else with Joey.

An extended out-of-state trip required me to find a place to board my 1 year-old Boxer, Jack. My internet search led me to Pet Resorts of America. Since I was to be gone for two weeks, I decided to take advantage of the chance to also have Jack undergo some basic training. Head trainer Bobby was very thorough and personable, and I was very pleased with the results of his training. The care he was given by the staff was also first class. I recommend Pet Resorts of America to anyone, and I'll be taking Jack back when I travel again.

They did an amazing job taking care of my buddy baloo!! Anne and her team were awesome and so friendly.

My young Great Dane absolutely loves going to doggie care here. I love it too cause she comes home sleepy and sleeps for the next day. Bobbie and the staff here are great. My pup usually has separation anxiety when left with anyone else however she can't wait to get in there and start playing with the other dogs.

This is a wonderful place for doggy day care. Bobby is great with the dogs, and a fabulous trainer as well. All the staff are welcoming and friendly, and really make you feel like they care about your dog and how her day went.

Best of all, when I pick her up, she has had such fun all day that she is exhausted and sweet all night long!

Our dogs go to PRA whenever we go out of town. They really love it. It's the first kennel we've been comfortable with. Both of them get to stay together in a nice-sized run. They run in, and I think that's a good sign because they usually pull away from the door at places they didn't like.

We got our little guy groomed this time, and it was a perfect grooming. I find myself snuggling him a lot more because he's so soft and clean.

We really enjoy Pet Resorts of America.

The only thing I would like to see different is longer hours on the weekend and no "half-day" fee if you pick up after 1 p.m. on Sunday since they don't open until 1 p.m.

I am always super worried when I board my dog, because he is super shy and scared of everyone. Your staff was absolutely amazing. From the second I dropped him off, I knew he was in good hands. I've never seen him take to someone like he did to Emily. When she brought him out today, he was wagging his tail and was actually socializing with the other dog that was there as well as the people in the room. I will be recommending Pet Resorts of America to my family and friends and we will most definitely be back. Please thank your staff for me, for putting my mind at ease and for making it such a wonderful experience.

Have taken our dog Hachi there several times and always a very positive experiance. I know the owners and they are, as they say, "good Christian folk". The indoor/outdoor runs are great. Dogs can either sleep in temperature controlled indoor part or walk through a doggie door and see all their new friends in the outdoor part. Very clean and dogs are walked twice a day. All staff members are obvious animal lovers. Big thumbs up!

My 4 year old Pit Bull is slow to warm up to people but the staff is very patient and they make her feel at ease. I travel quite a bit and I wont board her anywhere else. I hate leaving her but I know she is in good hands at Pet Resorts of America.

Great job all round. We felt very comfortable leaving our Cavaliers with the staff at Pet Resorts. Their groomer has 25 years experience and talked us through the entire process before we took our dogs in. The end result was just what we wanted and at a very reasonable price. We will be back! Top marks!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! Marley, my 1 1/2 yr. old lab mix, has never stayed away from me very much. But recently I took her to Day Camp at Pet Resorts for 3 days, and by the third day she was running hard and pulling me by her leash to get into Camp to play with her new friends, human and canine. The staff has a real passion for what they do. Marley has not played with other dogs much, so I didn't know how well she would socialize. From the first meeting, Bobby made me feel at ease and reassured me about Marley staying there. Bobby not only manages Camp, he is a trainer and therefore very tuned in to dog behavior. Each day when I picked up Marley, Laura and Janet would give me specific details about Marley's improvement in socialization, who her best pal was, who she ate lunch with, etc. I took Marley by for a short stay the other day, and even though it's been 2 weeks since she was there last, the staff welcomed her and called her by name. Marley absolutely loves going there, so that in itself speaks volumes to me. I highly recommend Day Camp to anyone wanting a fun and safe place for their canine family member to stay and play.

Our dog, Dexter LOVES this place! He gets so excited when we arrive - he runs right to the door, tail wagging. Just mentioning Bobby's name gets him excited! He always has a great time and is worn out when I pick him up from playing with the other dogs.

The staff is wonderful - they all know Dexter so well. It is obvious how much they care about our pets!

We love the care and attention Piper gets at Pet Resorts' Doggy Day Camp.

The staff seems genuinely interested and enthusiastic about all the dogs there and Piper loves it. She is an 8 month old Australian Shepherd and taking her there once or twice a week has done amazing things for her social skills, personality and need to run and play.

We highly recommend the staff and facility.
