Nice cozy place to get a drink, play a game of , have a small meal & SING KARAOKE! The only thing I do not like about the KARAOKE is the songs have someone singing along with you & the words arent as quick as the song is. Otherwise-I REALLY ENJOYED MYSELF!

The food there was marvelous. I drove from Stockton because I kept hearing good things about them and it definitely was worth the drive ..
i will be back !

Cool place bartenders seem a little preoccupied probably because it's so busy definitely gets jumping in this place heard they also have fire food. Check em out. Only reason I give them 4 stars is I like to go to bars regularly and appreciate a more personal experience with the bartenders but if you go with a group of people and not alone or are a social kinda person you will love it. Plus I love to play pool and they don't have a table .

Oh my God......the food is to die for. I had BBQ Ribs, Mac and cheese and string beans.......so dam good. U gotta eat here!

Clean & airy with plenty of room to dance for enjoying the DJ's beats. $$

Bartender was rude Don't like him he shouldn't be bartending and the food prices they complain to the customers what they don't have because they were operating early when they should've stayed stocked especially with the most popular foods being served but the karaoke is and the security staff are polite and respectful with vigilance.

Well it was my first time and being from Louisiana i was pleasantly pleased with bartenders Allen and Chris. They were cool, professional and 'on it'. The guest were all nice and thanks for a great time. I will definitely visit again before leaving.

My food was great
Slow serves but great when i got to order.
Now Chris the bartender he go. As him to make u a Patron Margarita. He is going to cuss me out for this one but they go. And only two people order them.

Super good food. Place is designed more for takeout. It's very pricey. Not sure the food is worth the price; I'll have to go again and try something different .

The food and the ambiance is great. The staff is courteous. A very nice place to have a drink and get a meal.

Good place where one can just be themselves without all of the glitz and glam of a traditional club.

Great place for karaoke and dancing people are fun & drinks are strong if you like that

The bar and the grill are separate. The bartender was great with great service, all drinks are ordered thru the bar. The grill was ok at best with the service. Had to seat ourselves and walk up to the counter to order when there were 3-4 ppl in the back (no table service). One girl took a good 3-4 mins to tend to the counter (could use more structure and organization). She wasnt rude but wasn't super friendly (inexperienced in customer service). Our food took about 40 mins to come out (I'm guessing that is a ploy for customers to order drinks from the bar to make them money while we wait for the food). Another completely different girl brought the food out. The food was good, not great, not horrible. I ordered the garlic noodles with steak and shrimp it was flavorful, hot and filling. But the food menu is wayyy over priced. For that reason after traveling from the other side of town, I will not be a returning customer.

If I could give it ledd than 1Star that's what it was be Shakey business Peach Oliver a Big NO! You should not be smelling Burnt Oil when you open and no one should be sitting in the dark with nasty menues and no customer service Learning the business is everything this is what happens when you leave your patrons to air o we 30 minutes without ordering there food

Nice bartender and little food bar. Smells delicious but I missed the kitchen . A down home club. Sacramento on Southside. Hit and miss!

I'm not too impressed with my food.. the seasoning was there however I cant understand why there was salsa in my bake beans?! The onion rings were basic.. the peach cobbler has the taste however I think it needed to cook a little longer, the crust just didn't have that brown topping.. I wanted about 45 mins for my plate and when I ordered, there were some items that were on the menu that I was told, they didn't have. Good luck.. hopefully this helps!

The food is fantastic, wait was long but the drinks were good! ...as well as the vibe!

The lady taking our orders was very sweet, however, after waiting an hour an a half for food (after ordering), we went home only to discover the rice tasted like soap (it was my 10 year old who pointed it out). I initially ordered the fried chicken with rice for my kids. They couldn't eat it. Had to make a McDonald's run. Honestly I hate to write any bad reviews, something I don't do but seriously you have to be careful with how well you rinse the items you cook in. Someone somewhere dropped the ball on the food or should I say the soap... And if I'm upset about the matter it is because my kids waited for freaken ever to be feed. Should of just stayed home, saved my 80 bucks and cooked instead!!

The food at Shakey J's Bar and Grill is awesome. We will be back. Atmosphere was nice.

Food is good..I just don't like the setting. Gotta yell to the cashier your order. Who TF wants to go order food from a night club..uncomfortable
