Our service technician Jacob was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable with his work. We had him inspect our AC unit after it was damaged by the hail storm. I asked a lot of questions and he was easily able to answer all of them. About a week after, we ran into an issue with our thermostat. This was not at all related the the AC inspection the week prior. Jacob, was prompt and was able to quickly identify the issue we were having. Our issue was quickly resolved and everything is up and running again. Thank you, Jacob for your great customer service! We definitely won't hesitate to call Arpis with any future inquiries. :)
