Jon Pagsanghan from Arpi came to rescue today after my furnace went bust last night. The service I received was amazing and Jon went above and beyond to not just fix up my furnace and also explained to me how the issues I had can be mitigated and even walked me through it. This is customer service at its best! Highly recommended!
