One of the best aquariums to check out in the country. So much to see so get in early. Also catch a 3D movie. Great for a rainy day in New Orleans. Recommend for all families and kids to experience this amazing aquarium.

The aquarium was nice! There were no sting rays you could pet (covid) and some of the exhibits were closed down (the macaws were gone and renovations were being done) but good for small children

Great place to bring little ones on a rainy day. Our 18 month old was in his element. Plenty of open, safe space for him to roam without us having to worry. So much for him to see and play with. Expensive, but worth it. Kids under 2 are free.

Beautiful and amazing experience. This is a nice family friendly place to visit with hands on interactive experience with some of the local aquatic animals. This place is a must to visit when in New Orleans and is also in a great location to other attractions.

The aquarium was nice and interesting but it only takes about an hour and a half to go all the way through it. With the prices they charge for tickets you would expect to see more. You also have to pay $10.00 an hour for parking and you have to walk a good ways to get there. Nothing to walk under when it's pouring down rain. We drove from Hattiesburg Ms to NOLA, thank goodness the aquarium wasn't the only reason we went.

Its cool

Wonderful aquarium with lots to do and see. Animals appear happy and the staff is very friendly. The price for non- members is crazy high, so get ready to drop some $ if you have more than two people.

This place is great fun for the whole family. The staff is friendly and they are nice to be around. My favorite part was the sculptures made out of trash from the ocean which really allows the viewers to see the effects of pollution.

This place is awesome. Two guides in particular, were amazingly knowledgeable. You can literally spend your entire time there in the aviary section. Make sure to visit the stingrays as well. New Orleans residents get free admission on certain Wednesdays, a great day to bring young kids, as it isn't as busy as weekends.

Aquarium is really nice. However the price is super super high! I would recommend lowering the price of food, lowering the price of the pictures, and really why is the gift store pricing so high! Kids loved the visit but the price inside is ridiculous

First the only reason I gave 2 stars is because out of all of the staff we met 3 were nice. We walked in a little after 12pm and the female checking online stubs was the rudest individual in the entire place. They certainly take their job and position for granted. Be sure you request a map because we had no clue where to go or where anything was due to no map. The aquarium was ok.the stingray petting was our favorite part. I appreciate the nice people such as the young lady offering the picture packages be sure to hold your hand out during pics.:)
