Great place to take family and foreigner relatives. It is very easy to walk inside, there are lots of signs everywhere showing the right way.
Many different kinds of aquatic animals, since marine life, mississipi river's and amazon's wildlife.
It is a little pricey, but worthy for those who like these kind of stuff.
The aquarium was a perfect activity for us on a rainy day in New Orleans. They have designed the aquarium with a love for detail and there are many interesting things to see. My highlight were the otters. Take your time to really observe the individual creatures, that is the best part.
One movie is included in the price of the aquarium and it is also worth to see.

I enjoyed my time here visiting this aquarium I really believe this is a good place for anyone to bring their family and you always have to go check out the Penguins this is my first time seeing penguins in an aquarium and they do a feeding every day I visited around 4 p.m. that's when they had their feeding that time highly recommended

Absolutely love it however don t take much time to see everything in there. And of course gift shop expensive. They do rent wheelchairs for those who need them. Sits aside Mississippi River so beautiful scenery out front. And walkn distance to major New Orleans/ bourbon street stores n restaurants
Great place!!!! Kids and adults really had a blast!!!# only thing is it was super hot inside. To the point of we used the hurricane stimulator several times just to cool off.
Grandsons 1st visit. Very intrigued by the whole experience. Hilarious, he's 14m. old, and while we were in the IMAX, he was shushing his mom and aunt for talking.
