The women's bathroom is currently covered in vomit toilet and floor. The wait is hectic and the waiters weave is too long without hair nets. I am not against weave but I know those bundles are shedding! Overall we are about to pull off and go to Stonecrest!

I wasn't very hungry, so I ordered an app sampler w/spinach artichoke dip and queso dip w/chips, and a green bean side. Everything was delicious and a happy distraction from meat.

Fun atmosphere food is good.. But, the entire, I mean THE ENTIRE BUILDING needs to be redone.. This location is over 25 years old and looks it! It has made that company more than enough money to afford a refresher..

Service was slow and food was mediocre. The staff is young and it shows.

Wish I would've read the other reviews before I went to this place. They are slower than molasses in there and they could care less. I waited 1 hour for my food. The bartender was horrible she acted like I was bothering her or something just by sitting at the bar no courtesy or hospitality at all. Avoid this place at all cost do not spend your money here

Manager was nice enough to make up for out party's soup bowls being half full. Thanks!

The service here is terrible. The manager that was on duty at 10pm on 06/10/2015 is incapable of making a decision. People, don't do it.

Hate this place! I banned them a year ago for slow service and horrible food. Well guess what?! Same thing different year with full waitresses added on this time

My experience was really bad. The food was ok. I ordered a Michelob Ultra when the waitress brought it to me it was not cold. She brought me beer in a glass it was flat. The waitress Stephanie was very apologetic. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience. But it is the last time I will go to that Applebee's.

They might as well just be a nightclub. Music great. Drinks ok. Food subpar.

So.... FIRST OFF I CAME AROUND 2am! AND IT SAY ON GOOGLE MAP THAT THEY CLOSE AT 3am! SO I DONT KNOW WHY THE HOMOSEXUAL GUY IS GOING TO SAY WHAT SHE DOING ? WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHAT IM DOING IM COMING IN TO EAT APPLEBEES. IM JUST SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED IN THIS STORE! I CALLED COOPERATE AND THEY STILL BARLEY DID ANYTHING. THE STORE MANAGER OF THE STORE CALLED ME AND SAID SORRY. WHICH I KNOW WAS NOT A GENUINE APOLOGY BECAUSE IT SOUNDED LIKE HE DIDNT CARE. NO RESPECT NO ORDER REPLACEMENT FROM MY LAST ORDER BEING MESSED UP BY THEM JUST ALL AROUND A HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT AT. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS APPLEBEES!!!!!

Them 4$ margaritas and 2 4 9.99 apps are the reason I am a regular lol

We came in about 9:30 & it s currently 11:03 and we haven t received our food as of yet! We didn t get seated until 10:55... This is awful!!!!!!!!

They are unprofessional and rude i was at a table for 30 min and never was seen

If you dont mind a roach or two then it's A ok but if not then don't go...only found out 1 day upon me getting a to go order and saw them crawling by the entrance

They should take "Bar" off of it's name. I dislike Applebees but I needed a quick place to watch the game. The bar is terrible at every one I visit. I really try to avoid Applebees if I can. The staff was nice and the restroom was clean. All u can eat shrimp was good, hot, and fresh.

The staff was fast and the food was good. I had a great time and the waitress was attentive to my groups needs.

If u want to get blasted go here drinks are on point

This was the best service I have ever gotten in an Applebee's!

THIS IS NOT AN APPLEBEE'S! This place needs to be revamped. The first restaurant I've ever walked into to find an armed guard AT THE DOOR. This is where the ratchets go to hang out. Much more of a club atmosphere than a family restaurant. I was beyond disappointed. We never even got seated. If you're just visiting, as I was, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!

For one the floor and walls were nasty,the host took forever to Seat us so we went and sat at a booth when the waitress came she had an attitude from hell because we had said in her section when she finally took out order the appetizer mozzarella cheese sticks we're cold even though I order the 6 oz steak they mistakenly gave me a 10 oz steak which was extremely tough the only good thing I experienced was the Frozen Daiquiri it was the bomb

The service is always awful.... And I wait a long time only to receive cold food and watered down drinks.

The restaurant was clean and orderly. The food arrived in a timely fashion. The table condiments were low. The pepper shaker was empty. The server bought the oil and vinegar as I requested, but asked if I was finished using them for another table to use. The only complaint when leaving, it had taken a long time to checkout. The server didn't explain the self check out steps when paying with a card. Then there was a long wait for change to leave a cash tip.

Short wait...service was decent...drink special was awful

As usual, we had a very tasty steak. Thumbs up Applebees!

I always enjoy my meal at Applebees
... however this visit there was a table of ladies sitting behind us complaining about everything. But i commend the waitress for her attitude and get calmness.

Applebees half price appetizers & drink specials are awesome. My friends & I always go after 10pm.

The female employees don't have any professionalism and no enthusiasm.

Only because of the server Adam G he made the experience great. I have never had service like the one he has provided at this location before. Any other time my waiter is dry and rude. He is an great asset to this location. My food was still hot once it arrived to my table and not once did I have to look around from him or wonder where my waiter ran off too. I will be back thanks to him Customer Service

I typically sit at the bar but never have an issue. The bartender during the midday is a bit dull, but attentive. He does sometimes forget I use a lime with my dos Equis after my first one. But no biggie.
This restaurant location is never busy during the midday, and only slightly busy during dinner peak, which is nice. It's never overly loud nor cramped.
The food is as good as you can expect for an Applebee's. I haven't had an issue with waiting nor cold food. Quality is lacking, but that's an overall franchise issue. Not a single locations fault, usually.

if had 0 stars would put it so let me tell you so the service is very bad so we were at the table our server was siting down eating and as well as the other staff and what really mad me mad is the owner of that location which is the manager is also siting down eating while we were in need of service we sat down at the table at 6:30 did not leave location until 8:00 almost forgot the were playing around and running around the restaurant not to also forgot to say that cooks were yelling to their top of their voice but i have got to say the food was good but still it was only 3 servers really doing their jobs will not be coming back here again

I Liked how sutle the music and atmospher was nice music food and served on time.

Went on a Friday Night, the day after receiving an advertising e-mail advertising a special. Waited 15 minutes to be seated, then when the server came to take my order and I told her what I wanted, I was told they had just stopped serving the special. It was ONLY 9:00 PM on a Friday Night. They were going to be open for several more hours. I was very hungry and had been planning on eating that special all day. I guess the msnagement was counting on the customers being very hungry when they are seated and expect them to order something different. Hopefully I did the unexpected by walking out, even though I was famished. But the restaurant was packed, so the management probably did not care to lose just one single customer. This is not the only Applebees I have received exceptionally poor service from. I am done with Applebees and removing my email address from their email list.

Tables, chairs & floors were dirty. Service was slow. And to top it all off every staff member was not wearing their masks incorrectly or not at all.

The food was burnt and management (Gayle) was even worse! If it weren't for Demetrius, our experience would've been a complete disaster!

Service sucked abd they weren't even busy. I dont eat meat but when the food finially came out it had chicken on the pasta. People who came in after me had eaten and left. I paid for my alcoholic beverages and left.

Slow, disorganized, ghetto. Only reason I didn't give it one star is because the waitress was very nice, apologized for the wait and the food was good. Though, that probably had more to do with the fact that it took a hour to get it

Terrible service and slow staff are an understatement. Food is barely warm when it arrives to the table. I m starting to believe this I how all Applebee s run the locations in Georgia. Will never be back.

This was a mess! My aunt came in town from North Carolina and wanted to take me and my little cousin out to eat, tables was dirty, we had to ask a million times for them to whip the table off. They had the orders all wrong, we told them and they still brung it back wrong to us. Food wasn't that good. It was cold. Never again will I come here

I went in with apprehension. I saw the 76 health score and the 73 on the previous health score. I turned around and drove to another location. Applebee's in general are going down especially this location. I also see responses from corporate, management, the owner(s) and the employees.
If they don't care about their store then neither do I.

1. Our spinach and artichoke dip was burnt and hard on top so we had to get another one

2. My brocolli tasted horrible

3. We ordered 2 alcoholic drinks and only got one. (Didn't have anymore souvenir teeth for the Halloween theme drinks they had)

4. We were charged for drinks that we didnt order.

5. We weren't provided any silverware when we sat down until after our food came out. Then when we did get them the host grabbed them with his bare hands around the area where the utensils go in your mouth

6. We didn't receive any napkins until we left with to go plates

The only good thing about the visit was our waiter.

Services and experience was great, music a little loud. But the crowd there seemed to enjoy it guess they were use to it. But over all not bad.

Came here a couple of days ago and Ashley was my server she was great it was a large group of us and she took care of us all in a big way. No one order was wrong, and she even took care of the tickets correctly when it was time to pay. She interacted with us she was so cool. I wish there were more waitresses like Ashley. When I come back I hope to get her again. Great job Ashley!

Horrible experience! 4:30 pm on a Monday. The "lady" At the bar ignored because we weren't ready to order when she was ready to take our order. Didn't even looked at us when we talked to her, kept walking ignoring us and sent someone else to take the order. Pasta and ribs took over one hour to be ready. Ghetto people all around, very unprofessional, we needed drinks and were ignored too. Will not go back to this place ever. It should be renovated and hire people that aren't chit chatting about their personals lives instead of working.

The worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. The waiter and manager were rude took over a he to get the food only after saying something 3 times . Food came out cold Manger said give them their drinks so they can go NEVER AGAIN

The staff was totally horrible! Me and my companion, sat across from a table that was cleaned for 30 while we ate. The hostess and other staff had no get up and go about themselves, along with my awful burger; which fell completely apart while eating it. After any horrible experience like this, I believe in doing surveys and advising upper management about my experience. I contacted the survey number at the bottom of my receipt and left a message. Unsurprisingly to me, I still haven't received a call back after two months! It's OK, because I will not return to that location, and very skeptical about any other Applebees!

I haven't had Applebee's since 2012. No matter where I went, the food was always bad. Ordered Carside to Go because someone gave me a gift card. Ordered dessert and bread sticks. The Skillet apple pie was horrible. The cake was cold and hard as a rock. I only ate the hot apples and ice. The bread sticks were ok. Horrible presentation of food. Friendly service. Applebee's has been chopped...again.

Worst service ever will never returned to this horrible place again

Horrible this place will have your intestines inflamed and give you food poisoning.
