I have never had a bad experience with Applebee's the service is always good prices are good food is great

One of those places you have to go to every now and then to enjoy yourself

I'm so not impressed with this location. I ordered the 4 cheese macaroni pasta dish that comes with chicken tender and bacon on top of it. It is supposed to come with a bread stick. I ordered an additional one. When I pick up my order I see a bread stick in my daughter's meal. Her meal did not come with a bread stick. Also there was no extra one that I paid for. I tell the girl I didn't get my extra bread stick she brings me one. I tell her I need my extra one because I don't want the one that is sitting in daughter's meal and she wants to argue that my meal does not come with one. I told her to go to the so because yes it does and I want 2 fresh ones because I'm not taking the one out of my daughter's that has been arbecue sauce on it now. She catches a attitude I get my bread sticks. SMH...I have poor service and I even tipped. Why even ask for a tip on an order that you are picking up.

Table and sitting area was dirty when we arrived but they say yes there anyway. Waitress came and wiped the table down but only with a dry paper towel. Food in our seats for the previous guests. We ordered 3 appetizers but only 2 came out. The last one came out with the food. The kids meals were brought out on hot plates. She would ask questions then walk if before we could answer.

The experience was great (The waitress was perfect) until the end as I was leaving out. The greeter had the nerve to ask was I going to leave a tip (without looking on the table).. When I asked her to repeat herself she said "Oh..nevermind" ..that was an insult to me..

Ok, I'm ashamed to admit I occasionally go to Applebees after work. You know what you're going to get at Applebees. Microwaved entrees and drinks made with syrup. It is what it is... don't judge me.

It has the Applebee's fare that you would expect and the presentation was good. However, the bartender was working alone and could clearly use more help. The urban music that was playing was quite loud....sort of a party atmosphere more so than a restaurant.

Gross. The pictures show unappetizing the food really looks. So unprofessional looking. Half eaten chicken tenders, ketchup on fries, a picture of some woman's hands showing off her cheap costume jewelry. Plates are so messy, when you receive them from the kitchen. Unprofessional waitresses

I ordered a well burger,the was not well I didn't know until I got home,will never visit there ever again!!!

Food was good, just a couple appetizers mozzarella sticks and boneless wings, and the game was on that's all I wanted. Service was a little slow, the waitress took her time stopping by to check on us, but that's a small complaint.

They took my money over the phone then once I got there they didn't have my order but they got their money from my card now I have wait for 8 or10 days to get a refund wow

So we were celebraing my job promotion by taking my family made out to dinner use, we werw very hingry after a long day of moving. Went to APPLEBEE'S WAITED an hour for Four COLD DINNERS, when there was supposed to be FIVE hot dinners ..she left us with no drinks, then 15 MINUTES inti this COLD DRY overcooked food she told us that my sons would need to order a different meal. ."oh we don't have the Pub Philly sandwich. It's out."
Then she explain "THIS happens All the time just order something else" they said. By this time, there was a waitresses and a waiter Easan or other... our family dinner RUINED.We, had sat there waiting for my youngest son meal. We were so hungry when we arrived but this ruin the appetites as well. We asked for the manager waitress said,"he said he's too busy but we can comp your sons meal. I said, we would really like to speak to the manager", ling story short no manager . We refused the FREE FOOD.paid the, $95 and left.

The waitress was very polite and upbeat. If it wasn't for her, I probably would of left. Many of the customers seemed frustrated from what I obsereved. Food was not being brought to the table timely and when it was served, it was cold. In my opinion and observations, this was by no fault of our server. My fries were old and cold. Fries have to be the easiest thing in the world to make, but anyway. Apparently there was a french fry issue because the people I was with ordered fries with their meal and they were brought out about 10 minutes after part of their order arrived. Most people like all their food served at the same time so they can enjoy their meal. Fail! I also noticed a man walking around and talking with peoples food in his hands as opposed to going straight to the table with it. That's just a little bit unsanitary in my opionon. Another Fail!

I ate there earlier the food was not good I had boneless wings so hard the only thing I did enjoy was my water

The drinks there are sooooo WEAK!!!!
And the food isn't the best...smh

Ask for CoCo. If your meal is wrong she'll fix it fast with no complaining no attitude.

It wasn't good like it normally do. The bourbon chicken was horrible.

How to know Applebees. The quality of the food is okay.

Host was not pleasant, food was terrible, then the manager (Tyler) was RUDE!!!!

The waiter we had took at least 10 mins to even come to the table to greet us, then after taking our drink order he took another 10-15 mins to come back and asked for our food order, which bless it, he struggled with remembering and explaining the menu to us.. Still with no drinks. They weren't that busy. We noticed he had two more tables that he barely was checking on. Another 10 mins go by that we haven't received our drinks nor seen our waiter. We stopped another waiter passing by to ask the bartender about our drinks. The 2nd waiter brought our drinks out to us and checked on us once more before we even saw our original waiter. By then the manager came out to ask about our food order because he rung in separately when we could've gotten the 2 for $25 deal. She helped us with that and apologized for the wait after we explained the situation. This is when we found out that he was new to the restaurant industry, so our anger lessened just a little bit. The manager and the waiter came out with our food and she discounted us on our meals for the inconvenience. That was the only positive experience that night. I appreciate her effort in trying to turn our dining experience around. Please make sure that the young man shadows one of your experienced waiters to get some help and experience. Bless it.

I've had more bad experiences than good ones at this location. You'll find yourself waiting all day for some attention at the bar. In house training is constantly needed. Proportions of food is steadily declining. While prices increase! I usually (call in) get my food to go.

Good food, the called my order in advance while I had friends in from Charlotte. What should have took 10-15 minutes ended up being close to an hour.

Didn't follow up on my call after speaking to one of the managers on Sunday, here it is Tuesday with no response.

I'm not surprised, this is how we treat each other in our own communities. This doesn't happen in more affluent areas. It's a shame!

As I walked in I noticed they scored a 76 C on their health inspection in Jan. I was like okay this is Feb hopefully they will score higher. I'll give them a shot!! Well, we were seated at a dirty table. The guy says, let me wipe that off for you. I'm thinking, ummmm yeah!!
Appetizer came out cold(boneless wings)!! Had to ask for them to be heated. Entree was cold. At that point I'm like forget it. Give me a to go box. I'll use my own microwave. The sweet tea was good. LOL

Terrible service by server Courtney (male). It took 20 min for the drink orders and another 15 for the food order. Been here over an hour and still have no food. They wrrent that busy when we came in. People who came in after us have received there food. The worst experience.

We were seated after waiting a few minutes and given menus. I noted the time, and waited for our server to come take our drink order. 5 minutes later we were still waiting. That was a bad sign for us. We left and went to waffle house. I wish I could give them 0 stars...

The vibe was nice. I guess I went on Karaoke night and I enjoyed that but the service was terrible.

There appetizers we're good. The entree that I ordered tasted like a jar of pasta sauce was opened and poured over the pasta. The chicken was really good, not over cooked out hard.

Just like the slogan "neighborhood bar and grill" if you don't live in a 2 mile radius don't waste your time. The bartender saves seats for regulars that arrive 45 minutes later. The bar patrons are rude because you're not a regular. All at 6pm. The food was great!!!!!

Excellent and delicious food, I liked the mood this spot has, and the workers were friendly. I will definitely come back in the future.

Worst service on memorial drive never ever go there again period!!!!

Awesome drinks and prices and the steak is A1 service was great aswell.

If this place is awesome I love Applebees. And a great location.

Do not go here , Therw was roaches on our seating booth behind us when we were sitting down. I told the waiter she told me she didn't want to hear it .. We ended up moving ourselves to a table and while we were eating a roach was crawling on the table.

Good fresh/hot food served. Great location inside the perimeter. Short staff though. Initially we were told it was a 10 minute wait to be seated at our table. Turns out to be 30 minute wait. 15 people were waiting to be seated. Understaff, our waitress was gregarious, brought food out pretty fast (5 minutes). The restaurant rating was low though (73/C), hostess was friendly but, weird acting ...(kinda like she was in a daze). Decent music playing over house speakers at a low level (where you can still talk to your guest without shouting). Free parking. Memorial Drive location. 4 Stars for short staff.

Food came out fast but server wasn't very informative when I was ordering my food.

I'm not a fan of this chain. I went here because it was my Pop's choice for his birthday. The shrimp bowl was really good but the drinks didn't pack a punch . Unlike most restaurants there was no birthday song or cake

People call this place the hood but the food is always on point. I have never had to return a dish. Even when they have the dollar drink special, they do not water down their drinks. It is always on point. If you need a place to be comfortable, chill and just enjoy yourself with friends..go..

This Applebees stays open later than most and To-Go orders are allowed. Stays pretty crowded. Foods are Delish.

Waitress was good. The food was ok. The drinks were good.

The food is always nice. I placed a to go order. I tipped the nice lady with the blue hair. However, she didn't put any eating utensils inside of the bag.

God service by Joey. Very friendly and polite. But, the restaurant rating is 76-C!!!

Ordered thru their website, what a nightmare...Great tasting spinach artichoke dip. Perfectly cooked steak, plenty of juicy shrimp. Sat at the bar and had a drink special then a cold Beer. Need to simplify their online order system!

I go here to get the brownie bite only. I'm not a big fan if Applebee's. There is nothing wrong with the food, but I would pick a Ruby Tuesday over Applebee's.

The food is terrible, Bourbon chicken not cooked almost raw, the shrimp cold and the garlic butter was brown. SMH! Then the sorry. maanger wouldn't even come out the back to address the issues. NOW we know why their is only 6 tables being used. Everyone knew not to eat here. SO sad!

The service at this location is very slow. Our waitress was nice but we had to ask another waitress for our to-go boxes, and the hostess for our check. The bathroom was very nasty. The floor was wet with chunks of tissue everywhere. I would not eat here again mainly because of the bathroom.

Took my little cousin to one of our fav restaurants and we got the $14.99 all you can eat shrimp, tender and riblet platter with fries.... I also got the $1 martini(very good). Only thing I didn t like was that waitress was also the bartender and she hurried me through my meal so that she can cash out and go home. Her customer service was decent but I hate that rush feeling while eating.

Ok. So first....i order a margarita and it comes in a fishbowl..then they inform me that they have no martini glasses...IN THE WHOLE RESTURAUNT! Keep in mind the SPECIAL is the margarita with shaker for multiple pours....ijs... our server was ok. Very eager. Attentive. Got our entrees fish and chips was great...except the fries were old and stale. Fiances burger was soggy....oh and i never got my coleslaw....Not a very good experience.....shouldve went to stonecrest.

And an update!!! Tried them again last night and the waitress told me the bartender ran out of glasses and shakers....again they then ran my card 5 times saying it didnt work...but im on the phone now with the bank and it went through....all...5...times. Im not understanding the level of idiotry in this establishment. Furthermore there was a dead drunk patron outside on the ground....like the ambulance and fire truck had to come...
...this place is the worst!!!

Our waitress was a little ghetto but over all it was a good trip. They stay open till 1 am on week days and till 2 am on weekends. A nice little night place to eat.

The food was decent. Staff could use a little home training but overall a good meal
