Server was very attentive and he replaced our chips due to the saltiness of them. Only thing I would recommend be better are the drinks. They were very watered down especially compared to what me and my friends are use to having at other bars/drinking locations.

They have a Fried Chicken Homestyle Bowl smh omg.... so good, Hearty, they have the best mashed potatoes!!! Loooove this dish I have to try the Other "Bowls" they have. I did pick up and was told 15 mins and for this location to be so busy, And on a saturday, 8pm ish, 15 mins it was! So Thanks!!!

Love It then an now they are terrible... I was there on my BDay alone an they treated like I was not there only served appetizers an my drink.

By far the worst experience. We order chips and dip. The chips were old and the dip was cold. One persons order came out 20 min before everyone else's. Then when my food came it was the wrong order. What put the nail in the coffin was when the food finally got there it was cold as well as if it had been sitting. It was just a mess. I asked to speak with a manager and was told she was busy it would be about 20 minutes, and I could right my name and number down. I paid for our meals and waited 30 min to let the manager know about the horrible experience and she just stood there. Shout out to the lady cleaning the tables ease dropping on my friends and I conversation. I would not recommend this location.

I liked my visit here. The only thing I didn't like is that it's berry loud here. The food and waiter was excellent. They also have 2 for $20 and 2 for $25.00 which is great for groups.

The worst place. I've ever been by far cold food lazy and ghetto staff.. even the damn management was horrible he was actually worse than the server they had to send my plate back 2xs and my friends plate 2xs and 2 things each 2 times each time that was way too much and they couldn't even make up for it properly don't ever ever ever waste your time and money in this horrible establishment and I wouldn't even call it that everyone from the host.server.cook.management need re training. ....

Slow service. Favoritism towards certain customers. Not fair!

From the moment I step into the restaurant it was poor service. I was not greeted , I had to ask for help. They told me a 20 minute wait I also asked for a booth and they asked if that was absalutly needed and shook there head. Well I was waiting for the booth and for my husband to meet me there I noticed they didn t greet anyone who walked in and didn t say thank you to anyone who was leaving. My husband got there around the 20 minute mark. He then asked how munch longer and they said 20 minuets and when I told them that was the case 20 minuets ago she was rude and just said yea it s a wait! Me and my husband got up and left!

Very nasty....had roaches crawling from the bar....not to mention the employees were in the back arguing.....but the bartender was nice.

Food came out quickly and hot. The new drink menu was also very popular

no stars, worse service, had some company from out of town and they wanted to go some where close, as soon as we walked in waitress had an attitude and said its going to be a 30 min. wait and saying its not her problem people called off there was other wokers behind her sitting at the table that she was venting to about us wondering why its going to take so long song the other wokers said they'll be alright.......really what happen to customer service, we asked to speak to the manager she was pretty nice but not really caring she found us a seat and also told us how many people called off this and that we don't care, we came to eat and watch a game.......we ate and left,

I love this place. Been coming here for a while and ive always had exceptional service.

I would give them 5 stars if it were not for the understaffing they do during rush hour! Food is decent but it's AppleBee's.. tables are often open but not occupied because of lack of servers. Drinks are decent and they offer karaoke on certain nights. Overall decent for a late night meal.

They promised to bring my food curb side and they didn't even after confirming I arrive. They then text back and said oh sorry we missed understood you and I had to go in what if I were in a wheelchair?

The gay bartender made me feel very uncomfortable.... Came here to relax not have some dude with long nails to try to service me......tried to quietly leave the bar.....then he still tries to be my server....... Very uncomfortable!!!!!

Good food and the waiter was friendly and brought our food out on time

Hostess not with the mostess. She kept overlooking people because she couldn't read her own handwriting. Food and waiter were what you could expect.

Decent food but service was lacking. I had to almost hunt my server down to pay the bill. This was during the day and it wasn't busy at all.

As soon as I walked in the Hostess had a attitude... She was looking at my child very wrong. And then I got the shrimp fett.. And one of the Shrimp still had the shell on it... I asked to speak to the manager and he was sweet about it... But the only time I saw a smile on the employees faces was when they had a box of newports... Horrible service and I will be contacting corporate about the attitudes... It's un exceptable

Great place. They have a wednesday special DJ and karaoke. I love their steaks and tye servers are friendly and humble.

The original Applebees. Nice bar staff. Take care of them and they will take care of you.

I went in there for lunch and sat at the bar. The bartender was nice very attentive she kept making sure that everything was okay the food came out promptly and I had a blue hurricane Long Island Iced Tea and it was okay not strong which I was hoping it was a little bit stronger. But you know with those food chains it's not like a regular bar. So the drinks are more on the weak side.

I see why there's so many bad reviews its said , how no one here takes pride in what they do. You can tell Management is use to always having these issues. My wife and i experienced not only over cooked food , but roaches running across the table. When the manager came out and seen the died Roach he said " it's just a baby" he didn't even remove the road from the table. That's all he really said to us then walked to the back. You would expect more from management but like I said, you can tell types of things like this happens all the time. I've been in management for about 10 years in all different types of fields . In order to continually have issues like this these people really don't care how does establishments are ran. Until something happens and it cost the company millions of dollars.

The service is cool...chilled atmosphere but the food could use some work. The chef has lost his joy of cooking....where's Chef Ramsey?!?

The most ghetto and unprofessional restaurant I have been to in a while. Our waitress was quite rude and obviously had some type of family drama going on because she was constantly seen outside on her phone. When she would return she would tell us she would be right back with our appetizers and was no where to be found for at least 20 minutes.
After patiently waiting for our appetizers and drinks we requested for a manager. The manager apologized and got us our drinks and gave us our appetizers for free. When the waitress returned she was quite confrontational to say the least.

Service was great. Waitress was friendly and courteous,as well as prompt with the drink orders and refills. Food was good. Atmosphere felt like a club scene. Music was club music and I guess upon request, was turned up to feel more like a club scene. Not our (my family and I) type of thing. But otherwise, everyone there seemed to be enjoying their night out!

I ordered a steak to go and it was abosolutely delicious!

Slow service slow waiters manager sucks didn't get acknowledged for 15 minutes and had to get someone to get the manager then brought my kids food out 10 minutes after my food was here their food was cold ugh never coming again

I had a good server at the bar area. Food was good. Drinks were a bit watered down but all in all, not a bad experience.

Horrible service!!! Ordered take out via the app and when it said our food was ready we went in to pick up at the bar and the bartender told us to go to the window in the back. When we got to the window not a soul paid us any mind. They actually just argued over who's job it was to check us out and the girl that was supposed to bring us our food said she was done. We waited another almost 10mins with no1 even looking our direction. So we left. How hard is it to just bring someone their already prepared food and take a payment?

Service was horrible...greeter set a us at our table, we sat there for 20 mins before we received water or a second hello. After we asked for a manager she came over with an attitude .... instead of listen and making sure our need were meet she left and we ordered drinks, and waited on a friend to return .we received our drinks and they were good but after that the manager came back after she had a come to Jesus meeting with herself.. trying to see what she could do for us (girl bye you and your attitude)my friend returned after 30 mins or so we ordered food and she ordered her drink which sit and the bar for 15 mins after she returned. My supervisor wings were not saucy and they were cold....Club sucked

Great prices with thorough service and awesome drinks. I must say, I didnt expect this great of an experience

They get a 1 star because there customer service sucks, I stood in the curbside to go window for 10 minute while employees walked past and did not acknowledge me. I been a here a few times and they run out of essentials items and wait till you ve order to say anything about it
