Food was good as expected but service was fantastic.

Always favorite place to visit. Hostess a little overwhelming. Makes me uncomfortable almost every time I visit

This place have been here for almost 30 years. Its a much needed hometown bar. expect nothing more.

I took a chance on eating at this particular Applebee's because I had been hearing bad things. I'm glad I took that chance. The food was really good, and the service was superb!! I THINK the waitress' name is Sonya. She is great and made the visit worth it.

Their plates are old and looked dirty. It totally ruined my whole meal.

Food is okay and it's always really cold. You can't enjoy your food when you're freezing.

The atmosphere is so dull, the servers are lifeless and boring as hell. This is my 3rd time in 3 weeks coming... I gave them 3 chances.... Damn I'm disappointed. I'm going to send some Mexicans to help y'all out.

Bar tender is slow.....I ordered a burger with no onions and they still put onions on it. She was so busy running her mouth when I was ordering, she probably messedl it up.

Terrible service, disrespectful and unprofessional manager, 5/15/16 between 1pm and 2pm, we waited too long before our order was taken. We finally got our drinks and waited for our food, food arrived and my plate was seriously chipped on one side, food should never have been served on that plate. I asked the waiter why is my plate so chipped? She asked me would like your food on another plate ma'am? I said yes please. A few minutes later another waiter walked to our table with a anther plate with my food and the original waiter in tow, the food was placed on the table and she walked away leaving the original waiter, there was no apologies offered. Before I had a chance to say thank you to our waiter my husband said wait it's worst than the first one! I looked down at my plate a say a very disgusting looking plate with black marks all over and chipped all around, by then my appetite was gone, I did not want an exchange, I told the waiter to take it away I want noting else. She felt some kind of way I guess, she said it's not me it came from the kitchen. I felt like the second plate was sent out in that condition to send a message saying you think the plate was chipped I'll show you cipped. Here's chipped and dirty
I was going to sit quietly while my husband and children ate their food until someone who identified himself as the manager came to our table and said I apologize for the situation it's my fault but if you have a probkem don't take it out on my server take it out on me, all in one sentence in a very angry and loud tone drawing attention from the other guests and embarrassing us for not being happy with their lousy serice. A shouting match began between manager my husband and I.
He should be ashamed of himself, he shouldn't manage a fly let alone a restaurant. He has no conflict resolution skills. In my opinion he should have brought the second pate himself with an apology.
No one should be served in a plate like this ever.
We walked away from the table leaving all the food and drinks.
The situations could have been handled very differently, but the people in charge have nothing to loose they don't care, that was nearly 100.00 down the drain,, but with their no class attitude the food might end up on someone else's plate.
No wonder the place was almost empty.
Will never go back to that location. We went to the stone crest location and had quit the opposite experience.
There should be a no star option.

Good was Luke warm, had to send it back to be microwave. Food was also soupy for a stake

Me and my daughter had lunch and got our grub on.. Got a chance to eat my favorite dish (well done steak with blackend shrimp and parmesan sauce) with the garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Was definitely not disappointed!!

Very bad, server forgot to put in our food and drink we sat for an hour. Place was a mess and radio station inappropriate.

Long wait to be seated and long wait for meal. They claim to be understaffed right now. They always have the right section of booths closed off and say that the seating is unavailable. Waitress did not pay attention to details and leaves a lot of things out when bringing the food to the table. Also she would walk right by the table and ignore us when we call for her a lot. Really bad experience the last 3 times in a row. Applebee s use to be good so don t know what s happening here.

Food was great! I don't understand why I can't place an order over the phone after 10 PM, but can do the same thing online or in person

I have been to 2 AppleBee's tonite for dinner an the service at both locations was terrible unworthy of Tiffany route bartender with nappy hair at the location in Lawrenceville Memorial Drive location will not seat Yu as long as other customers are waiting for food... Not a Good Look at all

Always packed. This is always a last resort for me if I forget a special date n always end in disaster

Sat for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Ordered wine and did not receive until half way through the meal because they did not have clean glasses. Then, brought the wine out in pint glasses. Received the bill and nothing was offered so we asked for the wine to be removed due to the terrible service and the manager said no. Terrible customer service!!

Food was nasty.. And the waiter had the worse attitude

They currently have a 72 on their health food score. Just ate fries and had to send them back bc they were cold.

Applebee's is one of my favorite places to eat. The food selection is varied. Dine in is available.

Went yesterday and I must say being a former regular whoever the cook was please keep them. This was the best my food has ever been.

I went there to watch the Super Bowl I couldn't because I used to go there have a great time and Super Bowl night all the time every year but this time the whole staff change I mean all of employees I was just sitting there to order something they ignore me completely and they're going back and forth talking among each other making fun of the way I look anyway it was horrible experience used to be my favorite on my birthday and for Super Bowl for every occasion I used to go there to spend my money even when there was Denny's across the street I love Applebee's all I said God forgive them.

Tonight was all you can eat Ribs,chicken,shrimp for $14.99 .I haven't seen this kind of good deal in a long time.

Server was awesome. Kitchen staff leaves a lot to be desired. Always such a long wait for the food to come out. Don't get me wrong food is great just will die from old age waiting for refills.

Horrible service manager arguing with customer cold food took forever to get there just terrible all way around never going back

They have great waitresses with great attitudes and good is on point sanitary AWESOME

The place is very pleasant even the waitress and the food was excellent and oh my God the drinks are wonderful

Adam G is one of the best servers I've ever had anywhere. The whiskey bacon burger was awesome too!

Service is terrible. Nobody greated us and we sat down with another party ahead of us. Someone finally came out and told the other party there would be a "hold" of about 20 minutes. They asked what that meant and were told that they were doing a shift change. After hearing that silliness we walked out. The place was not busy, with that garbage going on who would want to spend their money or time there. This happened about 4:45 in the afternoon.

Quentin was my server he was very personable he offered great recommendations and service!! The food came out hot and quickly, and the bartender made great drinks.... Thank you!

Had to wait forever to get seated, no one was attentive, the server ignored us once seated, he never gave us refills. The food was not hot or good at all. My steak was overcooked and super tiny not 6oz more like 1oz. Tacos were cold as well, the cheese on pasta was not even melted. The waiter walked by us multiple times and would ignore us never stop to check on us. This is the 3rd nasty Applebees we have experienced will never come back again to any location!!! Would give a 0 if I could.

Management sucks. Very rude and needs to be replaced asap! Please dont eat here @ night! Slow service. However my waitress was wonderful

Applebees in the hood! I was extremely disappointed with this location. The service was adequate, but the manager was rude and disheveled when he came to our table to address an issue we had. The servers were in the bank of the restaurant loudly discussing the issue we had. Just unprofessional. The food was fine. Our server was pleasant and helpful. Just the while atmosphere seemed unprofessional and that is putting it nicely.

The bathroom very nasty. I never see this in a restaurant.

Very disappointed with the poor customer service and the meal I paid for.
I placed my oder online and requested no bacon in my macaroni and cheese. There was bacon in my macaroni and cheese. Took order back in and politely let the cashier know I ordered my macaroni and cheese with no bacon. She then says it doesn't say that in the system, but the receipt that was attached to the bag said no bacon (86 bacon in restaurant lingo). She was very rude. Also, I paid $20 for the meal I wanted and received a small (supposed to be 8 oz) steak and three broccoli. I will never order food from here again.

Great place to eat with friends. The staff was good at their job. The drinks were mixed just right... The food was hot and delicious. Overall, I had a great experience.
