The staff was totally horrible! Me and my companion, sat across from a table that was cleaned for 30 while we ate. The hostess and other staff had no get up and go about themselves, along with my awful burger; which fell completely apart while eating it. After any horrible experience like this, I believe in doing surveys and advising upper management about my experience. I contacted the survey number at the bottom of my receipt and left a message. Unsurprisingly to me, I still haven't received a call back after two months! It's OK, because I will not return to that location, and very skeptical about any other Applebees!
