Customer service is unprofessional. Contacts being eliminated from the Icloud is one thing, but not being able to resolve this issue is within 49 hours, and counting is unprofessional. I'm embarrassed to be an Apple Customer.

Bought an iphone 7 and in the first two hours it broke. The pixels on the screen were flashing green and then it shut off forever. Not having a phone for a day while I get another one was not the biggest problem though. The big problem was that my icloud got corrupted and I lost half of my pictures and videos. The team at this office spent hours on the line with me and then suspended my icloud for a week to look into the problem and try to "restructure" the data. All they managed to do after the week was bring back four crappy photos I deleted. I lost most of my videos from my semester study abroad trip I just got back from, so that sucks. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I used to think Apple was the high quality phone provider, but my mind is changing. The apple store I bought the phone from said this was not the first case this happened to someone. In the end I did not get an apology and I asked the manager of that apple store if she could give me a discount for this super crappy product that erased part of my icloud, but I never got anything so I still paid the full $800. They even messed up the exchanging of my phone after it went defective because I recycled my old phone 5s. The extra taxes that were originally deducted from my recycled phone being considered a "coupon" value towards my purchase but it could only be considered a "gift card" when they swapped out my defective phone, thus more money to pay when Apple messes up.

I will say the people I talked to on the phone here all seemed nice.

Dont expect to get a tour . Just take a photo with the sign and also visit the gift shop.

Probably I'm the biggest fan of Apple products but I can't afford any of the products, but I still love it from the bottom of my heart. Apple the best in the world.

I always stop in at The Company Store when I m in the area. I can hardly wait for the new store in Apple Park!

The only place in the world that sells Apple t-shirts

A very small, but quaint Apple Store near the entrance of their 1st office building of Apple HQ. Here, you can buy everything you could normally at an Apple Store, but also merchandise and apparel that can't be bought anywhere else, including t-shirts and cups. Be aware: these are also very expensive, like $30+.

Dear fanboys, please do care before buy any products from Cupertino Apple store because you will suffer a lot if you are not a US resident. I bought an iPad Pro 10.5 and I never ever able use its FaceTime and still I am fighting with Apple to replace it. I will post here the case if and device details then I can save many from troubles.

never been there ... but contacted by phone due a a wrong delivery of my goods to their address ... treated me very rude on the phone .. no one even bother in check the fate of my package ... I think Apple human resources have to give a good big clean to their operators. well at least it was a poetic justice .. my package contains a chinese android phone ... :(

Everything but the parking is great. Visitor parking is a nightmare most days. Even the valet guys give up and ask you to try your luck.

There are a few Apple logos on campus, but none on the big entrance. There is an Apple store, but nothing special.

Congrats on having a piece of equipment that saved someone's life. The Apple watch was a great tool that was NOT sold by doctors and it helped someone out. As long as you tone down the "nosey-ness" of your products and protect consumer privacy more, you will go far.

if you are not an employee, then you will not see anything special here. an office center, with it a small store where, among other things, you can buy as a gift cups, pens, diaries with an apple as a gift.

Less of a big deal than Apple Park. Still worth visiting for the different merchandise, but it s actually a pretty small store. If you re in Cupertino already and you want to see two Apple locations, definitely stop in and look around.

I really can t underestimate how small this place is though. Most Apple retail locations are huge compared to 1IL. Be prepared for it to be crowded. You might want to try coming at a less busy time if it s too bad.

It is a nice and freeky place to visit if you like technology. They sell t-shirts, pens, and all Apple equipment. Its offices are very colorful but you can only enter if you know someone inside and invite you. In the parking lot there are several stations for charging electric cars.

On 8/10/2015 spoke with an Apple Tech at the 800 number. He was courteous, and very knowledgeable. He set up an appointment for us at the Apple Store in Roseville, (apx. a hour away), for that evening. Unfortunately we arrived apx. 20 minutes late. The store was PACKED! However, the staff treated us extremely well! We were seated at the Genius Table. Within 7 minutes, Patrick came over and introduced himself. He was definitely a Genius when it came to my IPhone 6 and the blue death screen. Within a very short time we were on our way out of the store with a new phone and smiles on our faces!

Well, just to take a photo in front of the new headquarters, well, it's just a business, there is really a missing area in the loop for access to visitors. He could develop a "museum" area with the history of this emblematic brand.

When I visited three years ago it was unique. They mainly sold gadgets (t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, pens, etc.).
I visited it at the beginning of September and it was a unique disappointment. Similar to all the other apple stores in the world, they sell four shirts and two pens. A pain !!!!! Bring it back as before which was better

There are fewer products, and the price is better if it is not so touching

Forcibly ripped out all the useful ports in my macbook pro and replaced them all with USB-C, including the magsafe, as well as removed the headphone jack from my phone. Would not recommend.

The iPhones sold here just cause tons of frustration.

Everything is excellent with the products of this great company.

Apple campus is awesome, visitors can walk around and use cafeteria when accompanied by host employee.

I will be writing a hard copy to apple about imovie but I need to say this is beyond ridiculous! imovie keeps freezing up on a project that I have to get done. Not only is it pushing all my other work back having to redo this project but it is far beyond frustrating!! The project I am working on is ONLY 7 minutes! I talked to apple care for about an hour and they eventually told me I had to do the project over. I took that one on the chin and said to myself fine! I did this whole entire project over and 4 seconds into finishing this project, it freezes!!!! So i decided to go to an apple store in cherry hill nj. The guy tells me its my camera. I said how is it possible that it is my camera when I had this same problem on my mac book with a totally different camera. He seemed completely clueless leaving me with no good answer to why this is happening. All he said was that this happens a lot. Well hello!!! Apple fix the problem then!!!

So today I looked on some blogs to see if anyone else had this same problem and there it is about 100 different people are having this same EXACT problem.

This is very embarrassing. I truly love working with mac and saved every penny to funny get one and this is my result, a clueless apple employee standing in front of me without a single solution.

I need this to work and never give me a problem again!!

I was hoping for more of the location than a normal Apple store like the one on every corner.

The place that started it all- well till the Spaceship is built. Has a company store that is only open 9-5 M-F. This store is the only place in the world that sells Apple apparel (including online). HIGHLY worth a visit. Great place to run by (but not on the campus, they get touchy about that).

If you are Apple fan, this is where you want to go. But no many goods and no guarantee have stock for anything you want.

Bought a pair of Air Pods on the premise that if they were lost or stolen I could track them down. They get stolen and Apple refuses to do anything even though they can see that the serial number that belongs to me is tied to someone else's phone and now I cannot track them.. excellent customer service. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars here and will never buy Apple again.

iPhone 6/6S/7 = same dang thing

I feel no difference you're just making improvements to iPhone 6 that's what it feels like.

Day 2 iPhone 7 in my hands I feel no difference for real...I feel my old iPhone 6Plus does same thing pretty much.

Customers that already have iPhone 6 shouldn't buy 6S or 7.

I have owned Apple products for almost 10 Years now, and I have noticed a steady decline in customer care.

My Macbook Pro(2014 Model) that at the time was $3000+ and with Apple Care, recently the battery started to bulge. My apple care expired this Year, and I never used it. The issue is, I reached out to Apple Support regarding this issue, and they stated to go to a local apple store to diagnose. I did, and even after informing them of the expired Apple Care, they are still charging me $300 to replace a defective battery that will damage my $3000 macbook pro if not repaired.

This company makes billions in profits, and cannot part with a few hundred dollars to appease the dedicated customers of their products! I feel they care more about their share holders, and pocket books, rather than the customers that buy their products and create their profits!

I can see a shift in the market, where consumers will move away from arrogant companies, that think they are immune to competition based on a loyal fan base!

I absolutely love my apple devices, and very excited to get the new iPhone X, was really cool being able to go see where Steve jobs started out of a garage and just a few minutes away is the whole apple infinity facility. The reason for the 4 stars is there is no place for visitors and guests to tour around :/

Horrible prices, products not worth it. Parking lot extremely dangerous with employees racing at highway speed through crosswalks. The $100 charger from them completely fell apart in a year and 5 weeks exactly. Very poor craftsmanship.

Nothing to see here. The outside of the offices could be that of any office in the world. There is also an Apple Store, which you can also find elsewhere, except that they sell Apple branded goodies. Good if you want to be a walking ad.

Definitely not the dedicated and honest company it once was.
