iPhone 12 pro max the best!

Very nice store. You can experience all Apple products and buy exclusive merchandising of the brand only in this store. The staff is very friendly, true to the apple style. Negative points: this store does not have technical support, it is only sales. And true to apple merchandising products are quite high.

Did a short IT contract at Apple.
Out of several buildings, liked this one best.
There was a vibe in the air that hit in the parking lot that put a spring in ones step that was not there in the other buildings I worked in.

We expected more from it. You can just walk around the massive building.

Nice little gift store after a short visit to Apple HQ. Bought lots of small goodies for my friends.

It is nice that Apple has built an Apple Store at this location so people can go buy Apple stuff from Apple HQ. Feel free to take pictures by the 1 infinite loop sign, but don't try going in the doors, if you are not a guest of an employee security will quickly show you the door.

There is nothing ... you can not see anything, the store just like the one in your neighborhood without more ...

An Apple Store ... Like so many others ...
But in the stronghold of Apple ... It is necessarily a very beautiful showcase ...

There is even an employee who washes the windows all day!

The store was out of color and size for what I wanted and didn't shop in the end.

I've seen better Apple Stores. A bit disappointing being at Apple Campus.

Unlike other Apple stores, this location offers unique shirts and accessories you can only buy here!

I'm not an Apple groupie but from a design perspective, this was the nicest Apple Store I've visited. There is a steady flow of people in the store but it wasn't overly crowded or difficult to get help. The staff was more helpful than other stores and can answer 99% of your questions.

Note: This location does not have a Genius Bar.

Enthusiastic staff. They sell (overpriced) shirts, mugs, and other unique items not found in any other Apple store. Worth a visit if you re an Apple fan.

Fast and excellent food. Remember that you need to sign in the queue.

Had a very interesting visit at apple. We learned a lot about the company history and culture. The food was delicious and we felt extremely welcome. Hope to be able to come again in the future

Apple data center. This is one of many apple locations where the internet comes from . Yes the internet for your iOS or mac devices.

For lay visitors there is only access to the Apple Store here. They do sell one-of-a-kind t-shirts in the store. Neat to check out briefly if you have plenty of free time. Not a must see unless you're a big time fanboy/girl.

Amazing place to work. The indoor trees in the main reception hall are magnificent. One of a kind that I don't see in other places. The Cafe offered variouty of quality food including half shell oysters.

iPhone user since day one, I am so disappointed in the direction apple is going.... Good luckI'm done with apple and shall never return.

An amazing experience! This store is a must-visit for any Apple fan! It's the only place in the world to buy an official Apple t-shirt. Please be aware, however, that the shirts are pricey, at $29 a piece. Regardless, if you're an Apple fan, you should definitely visit!

We had a lot of fun visiting Apple, and were amazed at the new building Apple is constructing.

This is a nice campus although they do not let visitors inside the loop, you can only go around the outside edge.

It's next to impossible to get in unless you work or know someone at Apple, but if you do, visit the legendary Caffe Macs. Otherwise, the company store can offer you some nice swag.

Tech company cafeteria where you have to pay for lunch.

I am impressed that Apple headquarters thinks this is the origin of Apple.

Good apple store.. The store guys are friendly.. Help in choosing the right product

Went to the store because we did not want to head to a mall. While we are on the Apple campus, the store feels a bit blah. It was so busy that we had a hard time getting any help. Not really a lot of options and smaller than other free standing stores.

The store hours sucks! It closes at 4PM on Saturday.

I was the only person here with a phone from the competitors. My friend was ecstatic at the exclusive shirts and merchandise offered here. As a visitor you can only visit the store and exterior areas. Still a cool place to go.

If you are not accompanied by an employee, you can only take photos near the store, and there are no special attractions to take photos

Very big campus, the buildings and rooms help to represent the innovation of Apple very well.

Best place to go shopping when you visited the Apple 1 Infinite Loop! Had a great afternoon and then bought some of the iconic shirts they are only available there!

I can not praise Taylor from HQ customer service team for how he handled my issue. He was VERY informative and communicated why there was a delay and kept me informed every step of the way. This is why I will never leave Apple, they truly do know how to look after and treat their customers.

Clean, neat, friendly people, the pre are the same as in any Apple Store

All things Apple. Aside from devices they also have a good selection of T-shirts.

However when I went in to recycle my old iPad, they said I must buy a new device on the spot or I won't get any store credit. If I do it online though I can get credit normally. This doesn't make sense.

Such a small store to boast being at the hq, people are generally snobbish.

The location is excellent. The main Apple store. Everything is minimalistic. Without pathos. It is worth to stop by and see. And still close at the gas station chevron is very tasty hot dog. By 1 $

The campus is very cool ! The new campus is more bigger and more amazing ! If you like architecture or/and technology, you have to visit the new campus (it s not really far from the first one)

Ok the store, ok the cups for 25-30 $ but the shirts have disturbing colors and sizes up to the maximum .... Boh!?

Campus Apple Inc. Nice campus, smaller than it seems. By cons it is very complicated to park nearby. There is an Apple store if you want to shop.

Super zen style campus. wish I could work here someday. but they are moving soon though.

Best computer company ever! Makes products simple to understand and you can actually use other products with the items already supplied.

My experience:
Replaced the battery of my iPhone 6 Plus because Apple coded the software to get below 40% of CPU capacity when below 88% battery capacity.
Problem with the upper portion of the screen after showing gray lines after sitting on a chair with my iPhone in my pants. Went to the Dix30 Apple store, ran some diagnostic test, told me it was a well known problem with the iPhone 6 Plus casing that could ben the motherboard. Offered me replacement of my iPhone 6 Plus for another iPhone 6 Plus without that problem for the price of the screen $195.
I went home to back up my iPhone, restore it, problem persisted, took an appointment at the Ste-Catherine apple store and they said that it's not the procedure. That they should have never offered to replace the unit since they didn't see the problem instore when running the diagnostic test and the manager said that she has been working for apple for a long time and that they have to see the problem in -store to offer the replacement for the price of the screen $195 like they offered me at the Dix30 apple store.
She said the offer is now only screen replacement for $195 like they should have offered me and that she is going to write in my file that she make sure they do not offer me the replacement anymore if I go back to the Dix30 Apple store.

Over the top, she added that Apple is a green company and they would look crazy if they would send back IPhone in California on which they didn't replace the screen first.

I have had nothing but problems with my 27 inch iMacs! First one Apple said to return before I started even using in, the second one ran into problems with all of the apps crashing and Chase Crd service was able to advocate for me and after over 6 weeks when it could not be fixed it was replaces! I am now having very bad issues with iPhoto crashing and being unable to send photos even one photo to Face book !
Apple is saying they will have someone from an Apple Authorized provider pick it up to see if they can fix the photo issues! Basically I am in a holding pattern and spent hours and have spent way too much of my time on the phone with Apple and am getting no resolution to the problems with iPhoto , spacing and a myriad of other issues and I am not happy at all! I still would never go back to a PC but would use my iPad and iPods ! Had thought of buying an iPhone but am holding off until I get some help if I ever do with the 27 inch iMac and its photo issues!

It s a very good experience if you have someone to show you around. I got a tour of the headquarters by a Vice President and it s a one in a lifetime experience. The offices are beautiful and the people inside are really kind and fun. If you re only going to the store, don t bother. It s a topical apple store, they sell 4 T-shirt s ONLY AVAILBLE IN XXL!! Apple fan.

It was a bit of dissapointing experience. Actually nothing to see and the store was below expectations, with unfriendly staff.

If you are around, you should go there. Take a picture in the Infinity Loop and buy some unique swags you can only find there.
