Very nice store. You can experience all Apple products and buy exclusive merchandising of the brand only in this store. The staff is very friendly, true to the apple style. Negative points: this store does not have technical support, it is only sales. And true to apple merchandising products are quite high.

Did a short IT contract at Apple. Out of several buildings, liked this one best. There was a vibe in the air that hit in the parking lot that put a spring in ones step that was not there in the other buildings I worked in.

It is nice that Apple has built an Apple Store at this location so people can go buy Apple stuff from Apple HQ. Feel free to take pictures by the 1 infinite loop sign, but don't try going in the doors, if you are not a guest of an employee security will quickly show you the door.

Unlike other Apple stores, this location offers unique shirts and accessories you can only buy here! I'm not an Apple groupie but from a design perspective, this was the nicest Apple Store I've visited. There is a steady flow of people in the store but it wasn't overly crowded or difficult to get help. The staff was more helpful than other stores and can answer 99% of your questions. Note: This location does not have a Genius Bar.

An amazing experience! This store is a must-visit for any Apple fan! It's the only place in the world to buy an official Apple t-shirt. Please be aware, however, that the shirts are pricey, at $29 a piece. Regardless, if you're an Apple fan, you should definitely visit!

I can not praise Taylor from HQ customer service team for how he handled my issue. He was VERY informative and communicated why there was a delay and kept me informed every step of the way. This is why I will never leave Apple, they truly do know how to look after and treat their customers.

All things Apple. Aside from devices they also have a good selection of T-shirts. However when I went in to recycle my old iPad, they said I must buy a new device on the spot or I won't get any store credit. If I do it online though I can get credit normally. This doesn't make sense.

In summary, 40G$ annual profit Discordant customer service Unreliable repair options Incompetent genius bar employees Result: Changing company had phones to buy for my wife, myself and my 4 kids, it will be 6 non Apple product. Thank you for convincing me to spend my $10 000 of phones products elsewhere. My experience: Replaced the battery of my iPhone 6 Plus because Apple coded the software to get below 40% of CPU capacity when below 88% battery capacity. Problem with the upper portion of the screen after showing gray lines after sitting on a chair with my iPhone in my pants. Went to the Dix30 Apple store, ran some diagnostic test, told me it was a well known problem with the iPhone 6 Plus casing that could ben the motherboard. Offered me replacement of my iPhone 6 Plus for another iPhone 6 Plus without that problem for the price of the screen $195. I went home to back up my iPhone, restore it, problem persisted, took an appointment at the Ste-Catherine apple store and they said that it's not the procedure. That they should have never offered to replace the unit since they didn't see the problem instore when running the diagnostic test and the manager said that she has been working for apple for a long time and that they have to see the problem in -store to offer the replacement for the price of the screen $195 like they offered me at the Dix30 apple store. She said the offer is now only screen replacement for $195 like they should have offered me and that she is going to write in my file that she make sure they do not offer me the replacement anymore if I go back to the Dix30 Apple store. Over the top, she added that Apple is a green company and they would look crazy if they would send back IPhone in California on which they didn't replace the screen first. I have had nothing but problems with my 27 inch iMacs! First one Apple said to return before I started even using in, the second one ran into problems with all of the apps crashing and Chase Crd service was able to advocate for me and after over 6 weeks when it could not be fixed it was replaces! I am now having very bad issues with iPhoto crashing and being unable to send photos even one photo to Face book ! Apple is saying they will have someone from an Apple Authorized provider pick it up to see if they can fix the photo issues! Basically I am in a holding pattern and spent hours and have spent way too much of my time on the phone with Apple and am getting no resolution to the problems with iPhoto , spacing and a myriad of other issues and I am not happy at all! I still would never go back to a PC but would use my iPad and iPods ! Had thought of buying an iPhone but am holding off until I get some help if I ever do with the 27 inch iMac and its photo issues!

It s a very good experience if you have someone to show you around. I got a tour of the headquarters by a Vice President and it s a one in a lifetime experience. The offices are beautiful and the people inside are really kind and fun. If you re only going to the store, don t bother. It s a topical apple store, they sell 4 T-shirt s ONLY AVAILBLE IN XXL!! Apple fan.
