The best place for visitors who are fans of Apple's products. You can try all of their products there. The staff is really passionate and knowledgeable about the Apple items. Kids are also allowed so we brought ours and had a great time.

The Apple store next to the main entrance. Originally it seemed to be a shop for employees, there are products that can only be purchased here. It is quite different from what I saw in the latest guidebook, and there are few goods. T-shirts, come on and ask if you can try it on. Unlike the picture in the visitor center, there was something better here.
They really messed up this year with public and developers beta testers not being able to restore back up to new iphones. Let me place my brand new Iphone on display cabinet until ios 13.1 comes out!
Rather disappoing place. It's nothing more than an Apple Store next to the incredible Apple HQ. You can get a view of the loop from the rooftop of the store but that's all there is. No information on the incredible building! Just commerce.
As an Apple consumer since 1975, I was especially pleased to purchase my new iPad Pro at the company headquarters, 1 Infinite Loop....the experience was all I hoped it would be. The staff was young, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. The Apple magic was alive and well here! I had visited earlier and then returned to make the purchase a few days later. Sergio remembered me and the products I had been considering.. it was such a nice experience!
My wife and I went into the Apple Store in the Rideau Centre in Ottawa today. My wife's Mac Mini is very old and needed replacement. We found the only Mac Mini on display and were using it to assess its responsiveness compared with the existing computer (very old).
We were hesitating between the dual- and four-core models and were about to call an assistant over to place our order when another assistant came up to us and told us to get off the machine because she needed it to demonstrate something to another customer, presumably more important than we.
My wife and I looked at each other and walked out of the store. One lost sale within 30 seconds of having our money. With Apple tanking at the moment and losing its grip on the consumer market, I don't believe that it can afford to employ rude sales staff in its stores.
The Apple Campus is full of history and should be on every tech enthusiast's must see list. The new campus Apple Store is the only place to find Apple merchandise like shirts and backpacks.
At the Apple Store Infinite Loop one can buy the regular Apple products in addition to some exclusive merchandise (t-shirts, pens, notebooks and water bottles)
Quite normal Apple Shop where you can also buy Apple T-Shirts. Size and selection: With the T-shirts you should note that they are quite large. Better buy one size smaller. In addition, the selection was very limited to only 10-15 designs. The most sought-after designs were almost all sold out in the "standard" sizes (M and L). Customer service: The friendliness of the staff is good, unfortunately there is too little staff in the shop should you be there during peak hours. Price: The price is very high at $ 35 for a t-shirt, for which only small Apple logos can be seen on the t-shirts. But as it is, everything is expensive at Apple. Conclusion: If you are an Apple fan and are currently in Cupertino, you should definitely stop by, it is nothing special for everyone else.
There is no resale value for any items bought. They opened my 50$ iPad screen guard and told me they can't take it. Very dissapointed with apple after this.
