Dear fanboys, please do care before buy any products from Cupertino Apple store because you will suffer a lot if you are not a US resident. I bought an iPad Pro 10.5 and I never ever able use its FaceTime and still I am fighting with Apple to replace it. I will post here the case if and device details then I can save many from troubles.
