Terrible of Apple to send out software updates on ...

Terrible of Apple to send out software updates on older (more than 6 months old) iPhones to slow them down. I hope the company does suffer a lot from this act. It s greed and Apple will Start loosing customers due to this. First they deny all claims of slowing iPhones and then they say it s to preserve my 7 month old iPhone 7 batter that has had a Smart Case on for the entire time! Not everyone gives a sh%# about the newest and greatest IPhone! Get your stuff together or I m out, Apple!

The store showcases all the latest Apple products. The store itself is nothing to brag about, but the surrounding building area is impressive.
Still, nothing else to do there. Don't expect the same experience as you would if you have visited Googleplex and its surroundings.

Last time I went to the Company Store they had generic products (water bottles, keychains, clothes) with Apple logos slapped on. Definitely damaging to their brand. It's not worth going out of your way to see.

Nice store, but way worse compared to before the remodel. It used to be larger with much more apple merch. Now it's just typical Apple store items with 2 shelves of t-shirts that you can only buy there. It used to have quite a few items that you could only buy there.

Hey Apple ! Feeling frustrated . I m Apple all the way, but I m beginning to feel like maybe you are out to make our lives more difficult. Please help us !! by not adding more steps with new iOs update (11.3). Now we have to confirm delete on text messages after not having to do it for so long! Please if someone from Apple can help me and others understand the logic here. I work in mobile all dev and taking away existing features isn t good.

I know I can t be the only one that is frustrated by this iOS feature enhancement . At minimum in Settings allow us the option to control this by turning confirm delete on/ off. Don t take features away thinking they are improvements only to prevent those who seem to accidentally delete, don t make the rest of us suffer. Can you please add that to the next sprint release ? I hope to hear back on next steps or plans . Thank you

Our family stopped by the infinite loop Apple store during school visited. my wife has question about her iphone (6) keeps dropping calls and reseted few times with no positive result. 1st (Apple) employee sent us to other side of display table to look 4 an apple tech. 2nd (Apple) employee sent her back to the original display table for the same (Apple) employee, 3rd (Apple) employee advise & informed my wife that (quote) "We dont have a tech in-store"! I was wondering... Isn't this an Apple store? Weren't the trained (Apple) employees at every Apple stores to help & provide customer sevice for those who owned an Apple product? I should have taken an image of (Apple employees) their looks on the faces when they realized, she's not buying... (my son did bought an apple t-shirt and she paid for it $35 during our stop at this apple store) Maybe this wasn't an apple store I'm not sure any more!
This place is for people (Apple Fans) who's comes to spend money. So do not Expect to receive a quality or minimum customer services since there's zero on-duty apple tech in-store. Really bad answer! (To those who works for Apple and Apple stores.

I love Apple to a point. Portable-slimmer-ever-thinner laptops have less connections. Thus u must buy more and more cords & connectors. Arrghhh. 2lb laptop and 3lbs of cords/connectors/battery charger. In the end, its still 5lbs that I lug around. Then u forget a connector somewhere ... and you are back to running around with your head cut off trying to find another one.

I had a terrible experience with Apple Infinite Loop. 2 visits both unreal:

1. When I went to pickup the phone I had ordered, the agent told me to wait as it's going to be a few minutes and went away. Fine. A line was forming so I had to move out of the way (one aisle over). After waiting for 10+ mins, I caught the attention of another guy who said my phone was waiting for a while. Not a big deal yet but then he went on to say, "You wandered off, you're not supposed to wander off as these come out pretty quick!" - WTH? I was one aisle over, he made no effort to look for me or call out my name and then he had the audacity to tell me that I had wandered off and that I'm not supposed to do that!

2. The phone I picked up had a problem with the TruDepth camera which disabled the Face ID. I went to exchange it the very next day (< 24 hours). The agent (another one) first wasted a few minutes of my time trying to fiddle with things and checking with his manager on what he can do. Come on, it's a phone I picked up just the previous evening! Finally he agreed to swap the phone for a new one. Then he threw in another wrinkle. Since it had an employee friends and family discount, I could only return it and my friend had to re-order it. He then gave me a very unconvincing explanation of policy and fraud prevention etc which I totally did not buy. Now I have to have someone take the pains to order it again for me (possibly losing one against their limit) and go pick it up once again.

All of this for a phone that I'm paying 1200+ bucks for! What a terrible experience overall. Apple, I'm a fan of your products but you can't take your customers for granted!

It's worth a visit at least once, but be warned that you can't buy any actual Apple products here other than souvenirs (T-shirts, mugs, etc).

Prices are tourist trap style. but I guess if you do come here you probably travelled a long way away to check it out so it's probably ok to make a few purchases for bragging sake.

Get in for a visit through a friend who works at Apple. They can get you and show you the main area... and invite you a meal in their cafeteria. That's as far as you can go since everything else is off limits to visitors.

The main lobby area has displays of the numerous awards Apple won over the years.

The best place ever! My dad took my family and I there.(My dad works at Apple) It was so beautiful! I felt so relaxed and free in the open space. i advise many people who have never been there before to visit this place.
