is a criticism in general to Apple regarding security:
They look like the serenade of Venice, a barracks attitude. I will never voluntarily purchase an Apple product.

A higher quality apple store with the same let down service.. it seems that they were put out of their way to answer a question.. so it's typical

I have had several opportunities to visit your store located in the Chandler Fashion Center, in Chandler, Arizona. Each time I have visited I have had exceptional service, even when they have had to tell me I am out of warranty. I only wish I had the funds to purchase an iMac. One day I will be back to do that. Until then, I will enjoy my MacBook Pro, iPad and iPhones. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Apple life.

It is not Apple's biggest or most impressive store, in fact it is quite small and discreet but what makes it unique in the world is that there is no other that sells official Apple products, you can find t-shirts, thermos, pens, notebooks , and some more things, all the time they are changing and the service, as in all Apple stores, is exceptional, the fact of being the official store of the Apple control center also gives it a special touch, you have to visit it some Once in your life.

Do not waste your time. You can see the building from the outside, nothing to highlight and nothing will happen if you don't see it. The store is an apple store like any other with a gift store, if you can call it that, it's a shame. 4 T-shirts, a bottle of water, a pen ($ 35 each) and a grandfather's diary. Shame on we go ... The Yahoo one at least you have a much cooler souvenir.

Disappointing

Always love coming here! It's an inspiring place to visit. From a garage you can see that in Empire was built a company that's truly changed the world.

Very interesting to shop and install Apple. The virtual tour (by tablet) is very creative and even fun. Anyway, it is a must for anyone visiting the Silicon Valley.

Great store that has a lot of hidden gems like Apple-logo water bottles, pens, notebooks, tshirts, etc.

Lobby has indoor trees and store sells tshirts, what more do you need?

The Apple campus was cold uninviting and a Walled Garden. All they had was the Apple Store to take your money

I have been receiving automated calls from this business for a week. This is a deplorable practice for a legitimate business to engage in.

It is almost impossible to park ... you have to find a place in the Chinese neighborhood behind the Infinitive loop ... And then inside it is not as well supplied as you would expect from an Apple Store in Cupertino ...

It's great, but the Apple store is really the only thing accessible. That is one for the bingo sheet though.

They make iPhones and Macbooks. Apple store located here that isn't too busy. Nice big parking lot if you like walking in circles or learning how to drivw.

There are some goods that can not be found in Visitor Center, I was told by a clerk at the Visitor Center store. If you are going by car, then stop by.

Get some cool T-Shirts only sold here. Other swag apple gear available too. Be ready to spend some money.

It's pretty small compared to other Apple stores. Service here is average. Parking is always difficult and sometimes you have to use the overflow parking service. Definitely not the best Apple store. I've been to many in different cities and countries. However, there's a few suveniers that you cannot find at any other Apple store, like Apple T-shirt, mugs. Not many kinds though.

It is a "must visit" because there is literally nowhere for you to visit in the HQ. Maybe the canteen counts? Apple definitely needs to build a giant Apple Store at the new Apple Park, or somewhere close by.

Most of the times when I was here I can feel the staff are nice but the time when I picked up my purchased product online, I couldn't believe they didn't give me a bag to carry with, rather told me I could purchase a gift bag at $10 cents. Well I could purchase one, but it was not that necessary once I put everything in the car, AND i didn't have ten cents, AND, I didn't need a gift bag as it was for myself, AND, I didn't understand why they couldn't offer to give me a bag when I spent almost $1000 on the products. Anyways, without arguing anything (I felt amused and speechless), i held the products, my purse, car key and phone with both hands walking out of the door... A few staff not busy but standing right in front of door, smiling to me, and said "thank you". I had to push the door open with my body.. well that's not a very big problems maybe. I am a fan of Apple and I can bear with any kind of treatment.. It was an amazing visit.:))

I sow Tim Cook and it the biggest Apple Store in the world and Samsung sucks

Awesome place. Buy an exclusive Apple shirt and take pictures with the Apple sign to get the most of this place.

I loved that when i called the corporate office to enquire about community outreach programs the SAME "operator" forwarded me to a recording that hung up on me (three times), she actually hung up on me 2 times, and the other 4 times I attempted to reach someone within head quarters (specifically one time a different operator, one time a supervisor, and the last 2 anyone in the office besides her) I was laughed at, mocked, and forwarded to houston texas. Thanks apple, I was a loyal customer before you guys started the iPod, now i work with children diagnosed as Autism and you can't even treat me respectfully. I bet if I was buying another 2000+ computer i would have attention. I am so embarrassed to use your equipment, even worse I'm embarrassed for apple employing such a hateful and seemingly incompetent person.

I don t understand why Apple, company listed in Fortune 500 takes help of Third Party as their service providers.

They take your device for 5 minutes in hand and tell theres no problem in it, denying the actual user s experience.

I was in Reliance resQ Varanasi for my battery related issues in my iPhone 6, my thirty minutes visit there showed me only 1 customer satistfied out of 4.

Staff are very indiscipline, monopoly reflects in their conversation. A berozgar employee of B2X was also there who has got a job in Reliance resQ only try to convince customers that there is all ok in their device. If not ok, they tell the charges that a person cannot bear, very unreasonable and inappropriate.

Apple surely needs to do something about this orherwise I am getting this game to the next level.

One employee was very rude and she couldn t answer any questions. I think they need a lot more training.

Great Apple store, sure beats going to Valley Fair, Palo Alto, or Los Gatos!

Horrible experience at Apple Store. Staff returned my device 40 minutes late, had not completed the requested repairs, and somehow had bricked my device. I went in for a screen repair with a fully functioning phone. They stated that my screen was aftermarket and caused a problem (false, we purchased the phone brand new from an apple store and have never replaced the screen) and that multiple new screens were not working properly (also false: they returned the phone with the cracked screen in the exact form it was when I showed up at the store, I don't believe they could put small pieces of glass in exactly the same location). They changed their story repeatedly, and also never completed a requested battery replacement. When they handed the phone back to me, it wouldn't turn on and they told me it just needed to re-charge. I went home and charged it for hours, and it won't turn on! They completely bricked my device.

Enjoyed the store but really packed out because of all the apple fans wanted to go see the mother ship.

Unfortunately not being able to enter there is not much to see (tourists can only access the store) but it was still nice to be in that precise place where so many technological revolutions began

I do not like how apple is making their iPhone plastic. I miss when apple made iPhone like the 5 and 5s and because it was glass. I am done with apple and moving to Samsung. apple is now dead like Steve Jobs wish Steve was still here he made the best products.

Apple made great products, but the quality keeps going down since Steve Jobs' departure: I have to perform countless "force quit" for Apple's native applications, hard reboot using power button due to hanging OS, faulty keyboard/touchpad on the new MacBook Pro of my colleague, etc.

Had a nice lunch sponsored by an old friend. Enjoyed a brief tour of a few buildings. Was a nice day.

You won't get further than the lobby, but there is an Apple Store with "HQ" exclusives. Not to miss if you're an Apple fanboy.

The store is quite small compared to the other ones but it has exclusive apple merchandise. Staff is friendly but the shop it's often busy.

As an Apple user and customer for about 20 years, it is disappointing to write this. I constantly receive solicitation emails indicating I should pay for iCould storage since I am using the full 5GB of allotted space for my iCould backup. I do not want to upgrade, and want to use the 5GB allotment without constant notifications and emails urging me to upgrade. I called apple this evening, and the representative after checking on multiple options indicated I cannot opt out of email solicitations. The system will always send emails when you are at or near the limit. This is a very poor customer experience for using your iCloud service. Email filter going up now.

One fine day I will come to that place this is my aim from childhood and I love this place

Not really much to do here. Apple store here is a let down with a few exclusive shirts but limited merchandise and smaller than other stores. Not really worth the trip other than the exclusive novelty of visiting the Apple campus.

I went to the Apple store in the Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, PA and had a wonderful experience. My technician was Brandon and he was remarkable. He took his time to explain everything to me and fixed my phone. I went on a busy Saturday and never once felt rushed or unattended to. Thank you for excellent service!!

I think I do not trust Apple anymore. I have MacBook Pro 2016 which I have gotten repaired thrice since I bought it around a year and a half back. In May 2018, when I submitted my MacBook in Orlando for repair, nobody could apparently trace it for a month and I had to contact VP of customer care through LinkedIn to get my mac back. I was assured with a written email that nothing apparently is wrong with my mac and I shouldn't worry. I joined a college in August and saved important data on my mac. It was working fine till September first week when it rebooted frequently suddenly.
When I contacted customer care through call they assured me nothing is wrong and no need to back it up, I was just told to follow steps of the tech advisor. As I followed his steps my mac suddenly crashed and stopped booting up completely. I requested them to get repaired as soon as possible and save my data. But I was told that they can't guarantee data recovery and next available appointment was a week later to the nearest store.
I think its wise to switch to windows, at least I won't get false promises for $2400.

Very disappointed with Apple. Have bought many thousands of dollars of Apple products from Mac Books to IPads and IPhones. My camera went out internally on my IPhone and they want me to spend more of my money on another IPhone. Stand behind your products !

The store is the same as all the others, to tell the truth very small. It has some merchandising products that are only found here, pens, t-shirts, mugs. In short, nothing that if it were not the historic headquarters of Apple. Recommended a stop to fans only.
