As an Apple user and customer for about 20 years, it is disappointing to write this. I constantly receive solicitation emails indicating I should pay for iCould storage since I am using the full 5GB of allotted space for my iCould backup. I do not want to upgrade, and want to use the 5GB allotment without constant notifications and emails urging me to upgrade. I called apple this evening, and the representative after checking on multiple options indicated I cannot opt out of email solicitations. The system will always send emails when you are at or near the limit. This is a very poor customer experience for using your iCloud service. Email filter going up now.
