Horrible experience at Apple Store. Staff returned my device 40 minutes late, had not completed the requested repairs, and somehow had bricked my device. I went in for a screen repair with a fully functioning phone. They stated that my screen was aftermarket and caused a problem (false, we purchased the phone brand new from an apple store and have never replaced the screen) and that multiple new screens were not working properly (also false: they returned the phone with the cracked screen in the exact form it was when I showed up at the store, I don't believe they could put small pieces of glass in exactly the same location). They changed their story repeatedly, and also never completed a requested battery replacement. When they handed the phone back to me, it wouldn't turn on and they told me it just needed to re-charge. I went home and charged it for hours, and it won't turn on! They completely bricked my device.
