Really nice to see the Observation roof deck open for a view of the campus and Cupertino skyline. You get a great view of the sunset over the Blue Hills toward Saratoga. Plus, there is a neat Apple store on the ground level with souvenir items only available here and a snack bar. Great place to take out of town guests and Apple fans.

For real Apple fans a must, for less affine people, however, nothing special. The Apple Store on campus has exclusive t-shirts and a few other merchandising items. However, all to the Apple typical salted prices.

The worst decisions I have ever seen have been made by Tim Cook. He will ruin (if not already has) this company. Steve Jobs is rolling in his grave. Apple sucks now. I hate to say it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Very disappointed with the service recently! I have had 2 iPhone 6's have software issues in the last 6 months. Recently had customer service tell me I'm out of luck and had to pay for a new phone. Talked with 5 people at customer support and all told me different prices for replacement/repairs. Ended up paying for a new phone because I need one for work and I was charged 3 times from apple. Got that organized then had to pay again and my bank account got frozen because of the constant charges coming from apple. Took 28 hours to fix that then finally paid and got my new phone 2 days later. Biggest hassle I have ever dealt with especially from apple. I own 13 apple products and am thinking about selling it all and switching companies after this.

All representatives are very busy in their own world
I approached 3 different people and I was told we will send someone
I walked out after waiting for 30min. No one showed up

May be this store is expected to be a typical supermarket where just go n pickup what u need. Don't expect any help

Better buy from online than visiting this store

This Apple Store is almost the same as other apple stores. The only thing that's slightly different is that they sell apple merchandise. Don't expect too much from the apple merchandise. They only have T-shirts, pens, mugs, and notebook. Other than these items, everything looks the same as other apple stores.

ATTENTION with the refund! I had an iPhone 8 rated and entered everything EXACTLY as it is. Also the crack in the display. The cell phone was valued at 120-140.
Based on this assumption, I bought a new Iphone 11. In the past you could exchange in the store. Now Refund only online possible and therefore Apple takes advantage of that! They let you buy the new cell phone, then send the old cell phone back and after the new cell phone has been paid for, you get the message: "Sorry, no refund" I feel ripped off - If I had known this before, I would exchange the display for little money and would have continued to use the cell phone!

The campus is actually pretty small, you can walk around it, but there really is not much to see.

The only building you are ALLOWED in, is the Apple Retail Store, its smaller then a usual Mall Store, BUT they do have EXCLUSIVE Shirts that you can NOT get at any other store in the US!

They are short sleeve, and cost $35!! Overpriced yes, the quality was okay... but they are exclusive, tand a GREAT souvenir!

People were either Very Open and Friendly, or very closed, and minimal eye contact, even in the retail store...

OVERALL: It's great to visit if you're a fan boy, or have an inside friend that can give you a formal tour.
BONUS: The Upcoming "Spaceship" is super close, and something you can see from the main roads, I suggest driving around it!!

Please disengage your relationship with the NRA. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on Apple products since 1991 and am throughly disgusted that you refuse to distance yourself from the organization that is perpetuating weapons of war to be easily accessible to civilians. What if it were your daughter or son or wife? Just say no to the NRA!

Service was horrible. Recently purchased an i-Pad and paid monthly for support. Had some trouble with the device and brought it in to get some help. Waited in line and the guy at the front, think his name is Andy. Kept on convincing me to use the App or call in for service. Also told me to go to another location. He answered a few of my questions while I was in line and didn't let me into the store to get help. Apple service are notorious of being bad. They only want to make sales. They let people wanting to purchase in first. People like myself trying to get help, they try to get rid of. Stay away from Apple products, especially this location.

Amazing Apple campus offering most of apple products in the mechandize store, the place has good parking and can accommodate alarge number of vehicles. The people here are friendly and welcoming. The prices too are not that high end. I enjoyed a demonstration by staff here. Good work. I definitely enjoyed my time here. Someone should check this out.

- "Makes" crappy and overpriced Chinese electronics
- Really Bad customer support, they won't do anything unless you pay another $100-$200 for extended warranty. Even if under the warranty, it covers nothing except software issues, which you can fix at home for free
- Takes other peoples stuff and calls it their own (Eg: Tablets, it was first released by Microsoft and made by either HP or Samsung. Apple then released the iPad, and claimed design and invention of Tablets)
- Lack of Support for Windows, No support for Linux
- They can create tons of job in the US (mainly manufacturing), but they do it in China

If there is one Apple Store not to miss, it's The ...

If there is one Apple Store not to miss, it's The Company Store at 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, CA.. Geez, just the address is cool enough to make it worth visiting, but yeah, this is the only place to find lots of Apple-branded gear that won't be found in other "Apple Store" stores... ;) Be sure to check out all the cool architecture all around this address. Apple pretty much owns a very large extended neighborhood.. Little Apple logos and address numbers are on signs all up and down streets in every direction from here. Just what goes on behind each of those closed and secured doors? Why imagination, mad scientist research, and outright magic itself! Hey, you might even maybe get lucky enough to spot Steven Jobs himself walking around campus... And yes, Macs ARE SAFER. It doesn't matter why be it "security through obscurity" although there is nothing obscure about Mac OS X anymore at all, it's becoming ubiquitous in many sectors. The truth is, those viruses just aren't hitting Macs... and the black hats aren't really interested so much because they don't have an axe to grind with Apple, Inc.! Has Mac OS X ever suffered from a "Code Red", a "Nimda Virus", or any of the other multitudes of virus wave scares and corporate network security panics? NOPE! NOT ONE!

The only place visitors can roam around is outside...

The only place visitors can roam around is outside the campus and the head quarter store. Surprisingly, the head quarters store is acutally quite small and not that remarkable except for the fact you can buy unique Apple branded items like t-shirts, tumblers, and mugs that cannot seem to be found anywhere else. The service I experienced is your typical friendly Apple service you could find in most Apple stores around the world.

Many Apple fans around the world will probably love to visit but personally I'm not sure if you should go to Cupertino for that alone considering there is not much you can see besides the HQ store and the outside of the campus. Would be great if Apple could consider mini guided tours of their offices. I would certainly pay for that.

It is of my utmost regret that I updated my iphone to the ios 11.4, i was told that if i updated my phone restart issue would be fixed but after the update, it just made it worse. To apple, what s the point of having new updates every now and then when you still can t fix the problem and just make things worse. If only I could go back to ios 10. The ios 10 was mich better. It was much fasters and didn t freeze my phone. Wake up apple, please don t give an update when you will only damage the phone that was ok in the first place. Omg! I think it s time to say bye2 to iphone for good and switch to android if this problem in the ios can t be fixed at all. :(

Apple has totally failed me! I bought a MacBook Pr...

Apple has totally failed me! I bought a MacBook Pro Retina in 2013 which had a GPU hardware problem from factory, Apple made a recall campaign to fix all those MacBooks, the campaign ended in 2017, I missed it, I didn't know what I was experiencing was a hardware issue, I thought it was a software I installed or something, I called them, they wouldn t fix it unless I pay $750 for a hardware fault that they are responsible for!

I was planning to buy another MacBook Air for my wife, I told the senior supervisor on the phone that if they would just waive those $750 and honor that campaign, I'd place an order with them for a new MacBook Air right now on the same call (worth $1700+Tax), they declined, so not only do I not want to buy another Apple product now, I ve also lost trust in Apple for good.

I've always been a big fan and an ambassador to Apple, I convinced 4 of my friends to buy MacBooks, I've had several iPhones and iPads which kept failing on me btw, yet I never gave up on Apple! But just as much as I can be a positive ambassador for Apple, I can be a negative one too, spreading warnings to people around me about the kind of support and real hardware failures one can face in iPhones and MacBooks is not such a hard task to do, I'm personally switching to Samsung as soon as my current iPhone 7 dies on me, and trust me, it will.
