I loved that when i called the corporate office to enquire about community outreach programs the SAME "operator" forwarded me to a recording that hung up on me (three times), she actually hung up on me 2 times, and the other 4 times I attempted to reach someone within head quarters (specifically one time a different operator, one time a supervisor, and the last 2 anyone in the office besides her) I was laughed at, mocked, and forwarded to houston texas. Thanks apple, I was a loyal customer before you guys started the iPod, now i work with children diagnosed as Autism and you can't even treat me respectfully. I bet if I was buying another 2000+ computer i would have attention. I am so embarrassed to use your equipment, even worse I'm embarrassed for apple employing such a hateful and seemingly incompetent person.
