My name is Denise Morris and I just want to tell you about my experience at Andrew Chevrolet on Saturday November 26, 2016. I had the most AMAZING customer service I have EVER received while purchasing my 2016 Chevy Malibu. My AWESOME member care specialist (the title I gave him because of how he was there for me the person not just to sale a car) Lucas Musil was warm, informational, funny, personable, working for me not the dealership, and compassionate. He made sure that the car purchased was everything I wanted and more. He and the Sales Manager Stuart Sinclair worked their buts off to make sure I was happy. Before I left the showroom floor, I knew how to use every new gadget in my new care and felt like they were as happy for me as I was for myself.
