I took my Mazda CX9 Grand Touring here for a lower control arm recall and a passenger airbag inflator recall. My service advisor was very friendly and helpful. After I picked up my vehicle I noticed a pretty bad brake fluid leak. I notified the service department and after losing my cool on the phone I got the vehicle towed in. Turns out something just needed to be tightened and my service advisor was very understanding and professional, even whike dealing with my attitude. Pretty good place.

Went in knowing what i wanted. James and ken worked with me to make it happen. Cant say enough good things about these guys. Stayed late to get me in my car and will absolutely recommend coming here if you are ready to buy a mazda. Talk to james or ken both solid guys not pushy, very patient and they genuinely want to help you. Mazda of orange is the place to go. If i could rate them 10 stars i would.

Most pleasant car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Kelli. our salesperson, and Pat, the finance person, were helpful, personable and professional. There was a total lack of pressure and we never felt compelled to buy. But buy we did after the fantastic deal we were offered. Kelli took her time after the sale to make sure we were acquainted with how to operate the many features the Mazda 6 has to offer. She also made it abundantly clear that if we had any further questions we were only to ask. The car is a delight to drive and we suffered no buyer's remorse. We wouldn't hesitate to either buy another car from Mazda of Orange or recommend the dealership to anyone who is thinking of buying a new car. We are now the owners of two Mazdas, a 1990 Miata, bought new in 1990 and our new Mazda 6. Great cars and a great dealership!

Service Manager Sarah is not only exceptional in her knowledge of Mazda s, her customer service and ability to manage her team is one of the best I ve ever seen. Sometimes mistakes or miscommunication happens. Sarah not only addressed all concerns, she went the extra mile to understand my vehicle, even calling past service departments to get my service record and to anticipate needs on the horizon, giving me a rental for my trouble. She even stayed late to arrange a pick up that would work with my work schedule. And even as I was leaving that night, I saw her stay longer to help an unplanned drop in customer in distress. She very well could have said they were closed but she went the extra mile to calm the driver and get her back on the road driving safely.

i bought 2 cars in 2014 and went back a couple of days ago and traded in my old car for a new 2020 cx5 . loved the car, salesman ivor helped us a lot. very knowledgeable not pushy. finance managers also gave great service. overall 5 star rating!!!!

Horrible experiance! I waited 3 hours for my car for an oil change. Then waited 15 min to get it driven up. It was frustrating because I saw it the whole time parked. When I spoke to some about it the guy was really rude. When I took it home I heard a weird noise that it has never made before. I called right away but they were closed. When I got home we my boyfriend noticed 5 lugnuts were loose! One whole wheel! We could of gotten in a huge car accident! Never going back!

CORRUPT DEALER!

CORRUPT DEALER!

My fiance bought her car from these people and I will say that they took advantage of a first time car buyer and should be ashamed.

1. They told my fiance that the 2016 CX-5 didn't have an alarm system and that the panic button on the fob from Mazda was to find the car. In the process, they put on the dealer accessories page on the contract a rockledge security system... for $1,000! SERIOUSLY?! WOW. That better be plated in gold. This system has caused so many issues with it. Here is the BEST part. Per the Service Manager on the phone, she said the owner of the dealer group also owns Rockledge security company!!!!! WOW!!! CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Must be nice telling people the Mazda security system doesn't work and make another $1,000 per car. This should not be allowed and hope Mazda is notified of this.

Anyway....

2. We went to install a Mazda Mobile Start system (from a dealer in Colorado) and the panic alarm would go off everytime! I wanted to reach back out to the dealer to get a refund and support and they washed their hands of the issue and referred me to the Rockledge place. I opened a case with Mazda Corporate to see if they can help and then I did finally talk to the Service Manager on the phone (after a few emails back and forth) and she said that there could be an option to have us get a new module that is compatible with the car. Great... so now we paid $700 for mobile start and now we have to have another dealer in CO install this module for another $125-200?! No thanks. Keep in mind that during this process, I was told to unplug a connector from the security system's black box and it would work. Now we were driving around with a series of wires unplugged and that was a "great solution" for these people. Really?! So a one year old car has an issue. The fun part now is that the security system we paid for doesn't work .Yes, the mazda one works but not the point (SO IT WASN'T A KEY FINDER!!) $1k was spent and now it's null and void.

3. I asked the Service Manager for a refund... even half of our money and she said the GM would have to make the call. I sent them an email this morning and no response yet. I am happy to update this review pending the outcome.

I brought in my Mazda 6 for the 15k service & door sash molding recall and the check in process was quick. I was dropped off by a shuttle service. My advisor was courteous and quite helpful. When my car was ready, I requested to be picked up by the shuttle service but I waited for over an hour. So I called to cancel the shuttle service & instead had my husband pick me up. My only complaint was to have at least given me a courtesy call to let me know that they were running late. As always when I picked up my car, it was washed and the interior vacuumed. A service I always appreciate.

Absolute worst place to buy your car!! I can't tell you enough how many times these people messed up! I went in telling them I was already financed through my credit union and Desmond insisted that he could get me a better rate so they ran my credit not once but 8 times!!! So now I have 8 hard inquiries on my credit score! Not only that but they promised incentives when I finally went through my credit union and I never got them. When my car needed to be serviced for the first time we were promised by Desmond and his manager that they would wash my car and fill it up. When my husband asked about it he said something like oh we didn't get it in writing! I will never buy a car from here again! Nor will I refer anyone here! I wish I would have gone to mazda in Riverside where my mom got the best customer service!!! If I could rate this place lower I would!!

I took my Mazda 3 in for its first service recently. I will preface this review by saying that I have since spoken to the service manager (Steve) and he assures me that my next visit will be much better because they are shaking the service department up.
Appointment at 10am - didn't get helped until 10:45. They said our alignment was out base on their new machines. OK. So we ate the $120 alignment suggestion. I paid for all of my service up front when I purchased the car because the sales guy said it was a great deal. Now I am locked into this mess. Once inside we waited another 30 minutes for the service cashier to "find" us in the system since we had prepaid.
We got a call around 2:30 saying our car was ready. We waited until 3:40 just in case and still ended up waiting another 45 minutes for them to find or wash our car.
I called to complain and was sent to a voicemail. After a week of not hearing back I called Mazda Corporate. I finally got a call from Steve and he apologized and promised it would be different next time. We will see and I will update this review when that happens.

These are the worst bunch of people i have ever met. New buyers please ask them about rockledge alarm before you make a deal. The price you are quoted will never be the same bu the time you reach finance. They are cheaters. Never believe their finance guys.

I was told after a month of sale that my loan was not approved. Were you guys sleeping all these days? The finance guys say that they dont know the pricing and ask us to reach out to some one in sales again after goimg into the finance room. Are you not working for the same dealership though. Big bunch of cheats always inflating the prices and rates.

I call them for question some one in finance picks it up and says harshely that i dont know who served you. Guys could you please put in my details in the system and search about what i want?

The service at this dealership is horrible. I bought a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from here and had problems with my navigation screen after 2 months. I took the car in 3 times and each time they told me they fixed the problem, but the issue is worse than ever. It would take 3 minutes for them to check their work, but instead they send me out the door with a malfunctioning car. The worst thing is, everyone you call you get transfered over and over until you end up on a "managers" voice mail. Guess what, they never call you back. There are plenty of dealerships around, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Eric and Luis always do a good job as service advisors, informing me in timely fashion regarding the service ticket and explaining what the repairs entail (both cost-wise and technically) and providing support via Lyft or loaner vehicle if the repairs take more than a day.

I've never had a good experience at this place. The salesmen don't know their products well at all. Maybe it's because they sell Fords and Mazdas... two completely different makes. There's nothing more aggravating than when I know more about the product that THEY'RE supposed to be selling. The lady answering the phone is clueless. And I can never get a hold of a salesman nor a manager. I've purchased 3 cars in the past year and it wasn't from here although I walked in there every time I was ready to buy. You need to step up your knowledge base, customer service, and your follow up with prospective customers.

Fast, easy and fair! A 5-star internet sale manager named Julie Frisch - make sure you "ask" for her!

Had my deal before walking in and I was out in less than 2-hour and that included a test drive (again) around the block for a final inspection, getting the additional accessories installed, car wash, fuel tank filled-up, a stack of financial paper work done with a wonderful guy named Bernard, and lastly, a vehicle equipment walk through with Julie Frisch before we drove home. Oh, and the first service will be on the house :-)

Thank you, Mazda of Orange! You made internet car shopping a piece of cake :-).

Had to do a major repair after delaying it for 2 years and some routine maintenance. Spent a lot of money but I was given a discount to ease the pain. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that someone reconditioned my hazy, yellow headlights which was never discussed. Plus, the car was washed and vacuumed.

I took my car for an oil change and routine maintenance on Saturday. I asked to have my brake pedal checked because it squeaks when I press it. For the 1st 2 days, the pedal seemed not to squeak, but now it is starting to squeak again. As I was driving home on the freeway, the low tire pressure warning came on. I don't think that's ok after taking my car for an oil change and routine maintenance. I think they do a multipoint inspection, which includes checking tire pressure. I was concerned about that.
Aside from that, the rest of the visit was alright.

Amazed. This is one dealership which really TRYS to screw you over on a deal. After negotiating for a day we come to terms and so i say alright ill put a deposit down and fly over tomorrow to pick up the car (i live out of state), to which he responds "nope impossible we are a first come first serve dealership" and im thinking ok so you know im in another state and you expect me to fly there tomorrow in the hopes that someone doesnt pick up the car 5 minutes before me?

So then i offer to pay the full price of the vehicle and pick it up the next day to which he then informs me of the most outrageous "dealership fees" i have ever heard of in my life to go on top of the agreed price. Sit down if you are reading this. $1499 Fee for removal of the security system PLUS TEN PERCENT of the car's value in financing fees. This was a $25,000 car, which means they are charging $4000 in dealership fees. Still in shock here over this scam of a dealership. Be Warned

For the most part, I have had a great experience with these people. As a matter of fact, I'll be taking my car in for service again in a couple hours. So be good or I may have to update this nice review...lol! In all seriousness, I've had great buying experiences there and I've had mostly good experiences with service (only complaint would be an occasional long wait time but hey...that's life). I think I'll bring my dog with me this time and walk him around the area to kill time and make the dog happy...too bad there isn't a nearby park. Oh well. Anyway, I've read some pretty serious accusations in some of these reviews...I've not had any such issues...ever. We've bought two vehicles from here...both experiences went fine.

The part that was so irritating was that on the email it had all of my cars info and when I showed it to them they said it was a typo. I don't like when people have to lie to lie.

One of the worse Mazda dealer in the area..especially the the service department! My wife brought the Mazda 3 for oil change and ended up paying charging $500+for services.. nail on tire $24.95, bad break pad almost rubbing meta to metal..$249.95 at 26k mil with mild driving for god sake!, must do 4 wheel alignment due to rear tire wear $129.95, break fluid getting dirty, $139.95, cleaning fuel injectors, $149.95....all these at 26k mile. This is like a freaking major service..promise my wife for 10% off since they push for all these expensive services..., when she pay...number don t match up.. give less than 10% off... oh sorry we missed calculate..and the car not even wash properly!! Windshield full of grease, like someone rub it without using water!! Last time my wife bring back the car, it came back with a ding! No proof it s from them, but check yelp review, sure enough, these guy are dinging customers car left and right!!! Google!! I m not sure how you get 4stars for these guys..the are 0 star..and never go back and will NOT recommend them...some need to report them to Mazda corporate...

I bought a Mazda 3 @ Mazda of Orange last Monday night. Joseph Holmes was the salesperson who helped us. He exceeded my expectations in every way. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. He made buyihg a car a very pleasant experience. In addition to the time at the dealership when the initial purchase was made, he followed up with me to see if I had any questions about my new car.

I will reccomend Joseph to everyone I know!!

For everyone who says to run away from this dealer...

For everyone who says to run away from this dealership, my only addition to this is the word Fast. Run fast! They lied about the warranty on my car, and I didn t read the fine print since there s like 50 pages of it. When I confronted them later, I was told it was my fault for not double checking the paper work. Legally they re right, but ethically they suck.
They also tried to talk me out of writing this review stating that I should just move on and not put negativity into the world.
That tells me that all of these One Star write-ups are making a difference! If you ve had a bad experience with this dealer, be sure to report it!

The staff is nice. However, every time i take my Mazda CX7 to be serviced. There is always some kind of issue that comes up on our vehicle that needs some kind of servicing. At first I attributed it to the age of the vehicle (2008); however, our last visit destroyed my trust in this dealership. I just spent $800 on a fuel injection issue. As soon as i picked up the vehicle the airbag light was flashing. I expressed my dismay with the Service Department, and they said that it was a different issue that required diagnostic with an additional cost. After spending another $120 they find out that it was a simple issue with a disconnected wire. Very suspicious. I'm simply not going to be using this dealership anymore. Hope the information helps someone out there.

loved going there, only thing I hate is every time I call, the receptionist is so unprofessional seems like she is always in a bad mood... finance dept. is HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH.... I called for four days and no one seemed to know what was going on.. I guess only sales people is nice and professional I guess because they have to sell so they HAVE to be nice.

Sarah P my service advisor pointed out the rodent intrusion in my engine block and provided recommendations how to correct. I'll be bring my mazda back for 30,000 mile service.

I recently purchased a Mazda3 from Mazda of Orange. Joseph Holmes helped me out and really tried to make sure I was satisfied with my trade in and purchase price of the car I was obtaining. I would recommend him as he knows what he is doing. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the tire pressure sensor went off as soon as I drove off the lot, which perhaps may have been introduced by the rain but regardless, you expect them to fill your tires with the correct amount of air and because they gave me two sets of keys, one which did not work. I had to come back and pay for the battery. It was a cheap fix but you also expect them to make sure the keys they are giving you work.
