I had been buying insurance via this broker for about 8 years. This year, I had two small claims, which they were rejected by the insurance companies chosen by UKInsurance net. The premiums were constantly going up, every year no fail, but when it came to me claiming on those policies (2 roof tiles, and a little leak under the sink), it had taken one month to get any reply from their associated third parties. After 8 years, I had finally taken time to sit down and find a much better and much more professional broker and had changed all my properties to them. Its your choice of course, but I would not insure any of my houses through them again.
Dealt with Ross Watson who was excellent. He arranged improved cover for a significantly lower premium than Towergate who had trebled my premium since last renewal. Very efficient service.
