Professionals all around. I drove 60 miles to Orange County to purchase a Miata because local dealers were not firm on pricing. Got a great deal on the car and walked out happy. If you re looking for a new Mazda, this is the dealer you want to be at. Thank you!!

I was awkwardly approached and felt out of place when pulling up to the dealer. I have had my vehicle for a little over a year now and every single time it feels like I am interrupting an employees day by being there. I accidentally left an iPod in my car while it was being serviced, and within 1 mile of driving off the lot I noticed it was gone. When I returned to the dealer the man that I had my car serviced through mentioned that they take no notes of what is left inside the vehicle. Basically trying to assume no responsibility. Some of whom I'd assume was management scrambled around a bit and lady by the name of Ashley finally came up and said that she would call me if it turned up and that if it didn't they would reimburse me for it. After trying to call Ashley twice and the phone just kept ringing I gave up knowing she wasn't going to call. But now I keep seeing you email on my feedback and here it is. Treat your customers like gold. Even the ones you rarely see because they still have given you business and might give you business in the future. I would still like to hear back from Ashley on the matter since she didn't ever return my call.

This place is insane, the sales are pretended to be really nice, however, they try to rape you off. Sales people will always tell you that they don't make commission at their dealer, and they just try to help their customers find the best "deal" on the car. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. They are devils. When you buy your car, do your own research and compare different dealership. My own story, same model Mazda 3, they ask $440 as monthly payment, I got $338 at Punte Hills Mazda. That explains.

Mazda of Orange is great for service except this last service seemed to take too long, 5 hours waiting, I expected maybe 3 hours. Maybe they were short handed but all in all the service was good.

This dealership is awesome, they are more than willing to work with you on choosing the right vehicle. All their employees are super friendly as well. I was coming from a dealership that had horrible communication, I would drop my car off for simple services and not hear anything for days. They very much had the attitude of not wanting to do any work.

This Mazda on the other hand helped from the second I parked all the way until I was leaving. Would highly recommend at least checking them out if you re in the market for a new car or trade in. I know I m more than happy that I left my old dealership and found these guys

Great Service All The Way Around. Scott Wade The General Manager took his time came out to meet and greet me. Then he went over numbers personally with me along with David Johnson the sales manager. I was well taken care of all around and Paul Figueroa was a real professional as well even after taking 4 different test drives with me. I finally got a car that best met my needs. If you're looking for a new Mazda or Ford they have a great team over at Mazda & Ford Of Orange. Great selection of cars and awesome selection of Ford trucks!

I called to make a service appointment a few days ago. The operator directed me to a number, no one picked up, and the voice mail box was full. The call automatically redirected me back to the operator. I explained what happened and she directed me to another number. No one picked up and the voice mail box of his number was also full. The call automatically redirected me back to the operator, Laura (?). She directed me a third time to a different number. I m finally able to leave a voice mail with my information and phone number. It s been 3 days and no one has called me back. I just moved to the area and wanted this to be my go-to dealership, but I ll have to look elsewhere since they re too busy.

Amazing experience. I talked to every Mazda dealer within 50 miles, and Abe at Mazda of Orange rose an obvious head and shoulders above the rest. No pressure, just good communication and respectful interactions. As a first time new car buyer, I was very nervous about the whole process. I knew what I wanted and we cut the B.S. and went straight to figuring out how to serve my needs. I got frustrated with the multiple phone calls and emails each day from other dealers pressuring me to come in. Abe just answered questions, provided information in a timely and helpful manner, and made the experience feel like a positive exchange instead of a desperate grab to reach numbers. And... the car is amazing. I love it!

Deserves no stars. Rude and lazy salespeople. Would never recommend this dealer and I will never return. As we pulled up the floor was full of salespeople but they all just stood around while we looked for the car we came to see.

Do you feel lost in the fast paced world of today?...

Do you feel lost in the fast paced world of today? Does the modern world of the internet scare you? Then Ford & Mazda of Orange is for you! You might be looking for a car, and come across their ad on one of the myriad of websites they push their cars. You might get excited - call ahead to check it out, confirm the price, arrange to pay IN CASH, and then drive FIFTY MILES to get to them. The vehicle might turn out to be all you hoped, and the salesman might even take you back to begin what should be an incredibly easy transaction. BUT, never fear - they know how to keep things old school.

Yes, their finance managers will appear shortly, and summarily inform you that they have no intent of honoring the price you found - they'll even mock the ad when you show it to them! And they will inform you that you also have no choice about buying the $900 security system they installed! Lucky duck - you get to pay over $2000 more than the advertised price!

Or, you know...walk away, and teach them why the internet matters. Seriously - companies spend money on fixing their online presence - they could just hire better people, and make the entire process better. Hardest part is: my family needed this vehicle, and it really was perfect (at the right price). If they would honor their advertised price and agree to remove the equipment THEY put on the van, I'd still buy it.

But that's not gonna happen, because, as the manager told me, "we don't do this for the money!" Right...which is why you're trying to screw me over for an additional $2000. Stay classy, Ford & Mazda of Orange!
