I am disabled and traveled with a power chair. Everyone was extremely helpful. The rooms are nice. Bar area in lobby is always very busy. Conveniently located a few blocks from Disneyland. Shuttles running constantly. Helpful getting around without having to drive.

Conveniently located next dood to the Anaheim convention center it has pretty much all you need. Many rooms for events and conferences, bar, restaurants and great service. As busy as they are they still provide great customer service.
Friendly staff. Affordable options on restaurant menu. Attending a conference. Eating every meal out... Hard to find reasonably priced clean/healthy food around the area. Wanted to eat at Mixed but menu prices stopped us.
Friendly staff, great amenities, close to Disneyland and other great activities and shopping. Rooms could be bigger and more updated. Air conditioning wasn't as strong and mirrors had rust. Overall happy with my stay though!
This is my first time staying here at this property. It s Dingey and very industrial once you are out of the lobby. Refrigerator is old and not cold vending machines are out of beverages hallways are dirty. The staff is very nice. Also no trash liners in the room. Just overall disappointed and I am stuck here one more day.
The hotel is closely located to the Aneheim Convention Center and Disneyland. The entire staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was clean, spacious and well stocked with items such as water, shampoo and conditioner. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend staying there in the future.
The hotel was simple with the rooms' overall design. The blankets were cold to my liking. But, the elevator's automated closing system closes to early, when a person enters the lift. Dangerous...
Treated very disrespectful...came back to hotel after a long day at Disneyland ...when your security instead of asking if he could help us find our room, (we were having a hard time finding it)...he approached us and sternly asked who we were and what were we doing.... I understand security is important, but we were tired and I was having a hard time walking...we should have never been treated like we are doing something wrong.
Excellent service, taking care of every need. Amenities are rich and diverse. They seem very suitable for business and family travelers with numerous entertainment and meeting areas. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but nothing spectacular.
Very good, excellent! Staff was friendly, This hotel is centrally located near Disneyland. The hotel interior and exterior is beautiful. Had a great experience would definitely stay again.
Rooms were great and customer service was top notch. Bar food and drinks were solid not overpriced. Location is perfect for travel/convention center events
Not a bad place to stay, however this was my first stay at any Hilton & I can definitely say it's not at all what I expected. I always thought The Hilton was a nicer, more upscale hotel, but this was not. It is so outdated.. the rooms look like they haven't been updated since the early 90's.
One of the best hilton hotels ever...I love it...nice spacious rooms...great location near to Disneyland...excellent service...friendly staff...coming back soon
We stayed here for work and took advantage of the Disney Parks. The hotel is beyond nice! The grand entry and bar set the stage for a great trip. We were upgraded to a gorgeous room overlooking the Disneyland castle. The nights that we weren't in the park, we were able to watch the fireworks right from our room! We ended up going back again the next year!
Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. However due to the sheer number of people staying overnight for Disneyland and the number of people attending one of the work events, it was a little difficult to get the help I was looking for. Clean and spacious hotel, great food and concierge service. Highly recommend for first time visitors.
Great hotel close to Disney. Have been here many many times over the years for work but also have taken my family for fun. Great hotel for both options. Nice pool with a splash pad area.
The Hilton Anaheim is a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Parking expense is a little hefty IMHO, but c'est la vie. The fan in our shower didn't work or had no way of being turned on which was weird, and the shower head was not my favorite. Beds were comfortable and they give you a nice number of pillows. All in all, would come back.
I m very frustrated with my experience at this Hilton. Along with many other inconveniences during my stay, the one I cannot get over is the fact that the rooms DO NOT include microwaves. Very minor detail but for the amount I paid and the high reputation this hotel chain has, I would expect such a basic amenity. Parking is expensive, TV is small, random credit card charges.. Again, for the amount that I paid to stay at this hotel, I cannot believe all the troubles and inconveniences I have had to endure.
Yes.. i will be back.. i was at the Hilton Anaheim.. for the mann show.. it was fantastic.. lots of celebrity in the building.. the food was so good.. and healthy. A great place to celebrate your birthday/ wedding/ what ever you want to do.. just have fun.. great customer service. They where very fast.. ..
Room was spacious. The only downside was the walk from the lobby to my room. It was a hike from the elevator. Rented a room for a business meeting and they shut the lights out when we were 5 minutes over time. It was pitch black, thank goodness we had cell phones to see.
Thank you very much for a very nice day! Even with the charge for on-site parking , the combined room cost was very reasonable, doubly so considering the neighborhood is very. And you're staying at the Hilton! It's a beautiful lobby. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a King Mini Suite. Thank you all very much, every employee was cheerful and helpful and it really contributed to my stay. I will be back, thanks again!
Great hotel, so convenient, felt very safe and secure, great team members, and lots of variety in the breakfast buffet, even potstickers. Has helpful on site shops (incl. FedEx) and a food court. Can be a busy place.
This hotel was so beautiful and clean. The rooms are very modern and the maids did a great job cleaning the rooms every day. It was a luxury get away and would go there again.
Very Expensive Hotel With Very Poor Quality Rooms. Your Room Is Very Unlikely To Be As Shown In Their Photos. Windows Made Popping Noises The Whole Time. Refrigerators Do Not Get Cold. Dirty and Dated Rooms. Parking Is $21 a Day If Self Parked And $25 if Valet.
Our room was clean and close to the park. However we booked through hotwire and it was written that breakfast and a gym and internet were included. we got here and were told that the internet was not free, breakfast wasn't actually included, and the gym and pool was $14 to use. When we called hotwire they just shrugged and said "well we just said there was a gym in the building we never said it was free." So we got tricked into staying here and it's a bait and switch. Be prepared to be overcharged for everything other hotels consider basic amenities.
Our room was very clean and had comfortable beds. Our kids loved the pool and kids slide. Amazing location within walking distance to Disney or right across the street from the Toy Story parking lot. This will definitely be our go to hotel for future Disney trips.
Great alternative to Disneyland Resort hotels. Priced a little higher than other neighborhood hotels, but worth it. Room was spacious, decor had been recently updated. The breakfast buffet is huge and of high quality. Location is an easy walk to the Disneyland Resort.
Low room standards. No fresh air (windows cannot be open), old bathroom, everything is pretty dated. Bottled water in room costs 5usd, light in the room is manually controlled at each lamp (no ceiling lighting), ridiculous prices around big events... overall - the worst hilton hotel i ever saw. Just avoid.
The hotel itself such as lobby, was beautiful! But service was terrible, and our rooms lock was broken, our "deck view" was not a private deck like lead to believe. It was a large cement slab that went between rooms that had absolutely no view other than the other rooms. Elevators were crowded almost every morning, we stayed Thursday-Sunday. I am a Hilton honor and got not one thing for it(note that we go on anywhere from 2 to 5 trips a year and go at least four days at a time but sometimes stay up to 12. So we spend a LOT) I've stayed at a LOT of Hilton hotels this is the first that I was unhappy with. We won't be coming back to this one. Very disappointed. I don't mind spending a large amount when it's worth it and we get amazing service but this was outrageous.
A nice and very large, if dated, hotel. The staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean but could use renovation; the current layout prevents them from putting in anything but small TVs. Views are nice, but a lot of heat comes in through the windows if the curtains are open, and the A/C struggles to keep up. WiFi works acceptably, but costs money unless you book through hhonors. The TV signal is terrible, constantly cutting out, and the in-room menu system doesn't work; this is unworthy of a hotel on this level. Mix, the on-site restaurant, is decent but overpriced even for Anaheim. There's a food court that's part of the convention center complex, and often nearby food trucks, that will be a better choice for most guests.
This is for the spa services. Was able to get a same day appt for a massage and facial. Juan was very professional and my massage was very relaxing! I had an hour to kill before my facial, so I hung out in the pool. Locker room and pool area are standard, nothing too fancy. My facial was a super nice treat. My skin feels brand new! One criticism though is that all the towels smell weird (like feet and baby poo).
This is a very well-managed resort-type property. It has a lot of rooms and a lot of guests, but it also has a lot of very well-trained staff to take care of them. Everyone was perfectly friendly and courteous per the best Hilton tradition. There is no Executive lounge, but they do offer Happy Hour specials to compensate. Breakfast vouchers can be used at the coffee shop too. The gift shop is spacious and well-supplied with sundries and food. There is a FedEx, lobby bar, nice restaurant, coffee shop, and even a food court, although the offerings there were not inspiring. Breakfast, however, was amazingly good. The front desk and parking area always had a surplus of attendants, and there was even a dedicated bag storage area. The room was spacious and in perfect order. There was a dearth of wall outlets, and the desk outlets were awkwardly placed, but otherwise the room was excellent. This is a great choice for anyone at Disney or the Convention Center, and good for anyone visiting Orange County.
This is the best named brand hotel near Disneyland for the price. Hotel is well maintained and operated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of selection. We stay here regularly when visiting Disney.
This is a good, but not perfect Hilton property. The location is convenient to the convention center, but even though it's close to Disneyland it's a bit too far to be considered in walking distance. The hotel does not have a park shuttle, so your best bet is to take the public bus that picks up right out front. The lobby is massive and hosts a bar and restaurant as well as a Starbucks and a few other stores. The rooms are fairly spacious, but are definitely in need of an update and are certainly not fancy in any way. Arguably the best part of this hotel is the view of the park, especially in the evening when you get a great view of the Disney fireworks show.
Some what disappointed in this property compared to others we have stayed in. Our daughter was having allergic reactions to something in our first room. We thought perhaps dogs or what ever chemical was used for fumigation. Regardless, we were kindly moved to another room. Our second room was in much need of renovation/repair. It had a noticeable slope to it; so much so that the furniture doors drawers kept opening. All the people were really nice, friendly and helpful. The front hall, lobby and restaurant are nice as is the location and access to outside amenities. Sorry, won t be back here.
Very nice and clean hotel . The bar scene is lively and plenty of people to talk to . They only thing I didn't like was that the bed didn't have a fitted sheet . It was a sheet over the mattress pad and then another sheet with a comforter COME ON MAN ....
A great hotel. I have stayed here in the past. However, an FYI for those looking to stay here May 1st-5th, 2019, there is a large group of 3000+ high school students staying here for a convention. I just wanted to give fair warning so you were not caught off guard.
I stayed here last year and loved it. This year my room is next to a maids closet and looks like a neglected room. Hole in the ceiling, chipped bathtub, missing lamp. Going on night 3 and still cant the issues resolved. Asked for a manager to call me and no call. Was told engineering aluld be up.right away, still waiting.
Nice property and staff was helpful. Their food quality wasn't the best (preferred to eat off property) though and navigating through the hotel can be a bit confusing. Also, they don't have a club lounge. There are other hotels that have better selection and food.
This is going to be my permanent hotel when going to Disney. The shuttle was right across from the hotel to bring you into the park and went until 12:30am. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great options.
I'm sure the resort is fine - However, their customer service is AWFUL. I have an email confirmation that states - Cancellation policy: A one night's deposit is required at the time of booking and is refundable if a cancellation is received 3 days prior to arrival...... I am cancelling with 45 day notice and spent 25 minutes on the phone the first time, Not Yelling.. and then they hung up on me when asked to speak with manager. Second time on the phone with them, made it to a manager after 20 minutes, then a third person, at 30 minutes. After 10 more minutes on the phone with Ms. Debbie (Who was FANTASTIC) - they finally cancelled and stated a refund would take place in 5-7 business days. So it took 1 hour and 5 minutes to cancel a reservation and receive a refund that should have been less than 10 minutes. They need to fix their systems to prevent this in the future.
For a place that is supposed to be a luxury hotel, the rooms were basic and outdated. The bathroom situation was awkward, the "king" bed was actually a bit small and had the smallest pillows I'd ever seen. The room included a TV that didn't get basic channels and a broken coffee pot (I was there for a conference and morning news is part of my routine). The only thing louder than the AC was the children in the room nextdoor that we could hear through the paper thin walls. Oh and the extra charge for the gym facility made me feel like they were trying to discourage people from using it. The redeeming quality was the staff. All were friendly and kind, remembered our faces and always greeted us with a smile. If you aren't already an elite hilton member, i suggest staying at the Marriott nextdoor.
Our heat didn't work the first two days; carpet strip with nails exposed between bathroom and main room; drawers wouldn't stay closed cutting off space between bed and dresser. Could say more but you get the picture.
The primary value in the hotel is the proximity to Disney. The staff are very good in lobbies and registration. Other than that it s an average property. My room is old and in need of a refresh. The carpets and furniture are worn and the closet is the smallest I ve seen in a hotel with some space taken up by the safe. They charge for late checkout unless you are diamond status. I m coming back in a few weeks and will definitely stay across the street at the Marriott.
It's a good hotel overall. I'm here on business and it's roomy enough for me. There are a lot of vacationing families at this hotel so it's going to be a bit busy. The convention center is also very close by so this hotel is in a convenient location for my needs.
We are Hilton Honors members and will cancel. The rate of $151 as advertised on Google is not honored by Hilton and the customer service on the phone is a nightmare. Sad to write a negative review but this experience was absolutely terrible.
Great staff and close proximity to Disneyland. Hotel is quite old and needs updating. Loved the shuttles to the parks just out front. We were over the moon for the food trucks out front during lunchtime. What a great experience. Try the Monster Burger truck. You won't regret it.
The hotel staff was remarkable; I can't tell you how fabulous the check-in staff was, and housekeeping folks. The woman working at the Disney desk was impressive too, although I believe she's a Disney employee and not part of Hilton. In any case, our room faced Disneyland, and the view we had of the fireworks was an appreciated surprise! There's a little food mall attached to the hotel, which was nice. The conference rooms were excellent for my organization's needs.
I appreciate all the attentions about the SPA team , the services are great ! I'll never forget my stay in there ! And all the team that makes Hilton are excellent, front desk, house keeping, but specially I wanna thank you Cecilia Hanckney for your attention and good service , you make my day . You got a five stars apologies! Never forget that. Jorge Urquizo.
Facility was impressive but Hilton failed at the details. Room wasn t very clean. Shower was outdated and dirty. Toilet paper was left nearly empty with no refill (also single ply and cheap). Starbucks on-site routinely had +30 min wait. Prices for anything room service were outrageous. Kids little water play area was cute but the adjacent bar/grille is closed off season . Hotel is convenient for Disney as the bus is right outside or you can take a 20 min walk. Guests of the hotel as still charged 21/day for parking. IMO it is outrageous to charge your guests to park (anywhere outside of Manhattan). They also will charge you $5 each for the little bottles of warm water they leave in the room with Mickey on the label to entice your kids to drink them. No complimentary anything.
This was our first tine staying at a hotel with our infant and it went very smoothly. The hotel even provided us with a "crib" for our baby. Everything was clean and easy to navigate. Check-in and out was simple. Overall a pleasure!
Great clean hotel, staff very helpful and informative. At the room rates hilton charge they could have the decently to include WiFi and a bottle of water, which they charge extra for.
Nice place and all but the fact that the free WiFi doesn t work makes me regret choosing this place. I can t even check my email with out having to use my cell data service. 1st day here out of 5 and already regret it. Just let me please have WiFi
I booked through Amex and received a $75 credit towards food and hotel amenities (but not parking). The breakfast came quickly even when we ordered quite early, since we were trying to get to Disneyland when they opened. The hotel does offer a shuttle to and from the park but we were confused about the schedule. Luckily the hotel is just a short walk away. Overall great stay!
