A nice and very large, if dated, hotel. The staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean but could use renovation; the current layout prevents them from putting in anything but small TVs. Views are nice, but a lot of heat comes in through the windows if the curtains are open, and the A/C struggles to keep up. WiFi works acceptably, but costs money unless you book through hhonors. The TV signal is terrible, constantly cutting out, and the in-room menu system doesn't work; this is unworthy of a hotel on this level.
Mix, the on-site restaurant, is decent but overpriced even for Anaheim. There's a food court that's part of the convention center complex, and often nearby food trucks, that will be a better choice for most guests.
