Attended a conference here, the hotel was excellent but if you are not heading to disney land I would steer clear, everything was Disney themed in the area, and prices were massively inflated by proximity.

Loved my stay at the Hilton and for the price I paid, it was an excellent deal. they do charge extra for parking, usually $20/day, but through the deal I got mine was only $10/day. The hotel is beautiful, they have an inside pool, a cafe, restaurant, starbucks, a food court with several affordable food options, gift shops where you can essentials from, a beauty salon, they have Enterprise and Disney concierge to buy your tickets from, all inside the hotel. It is only walking distance from Disney. Also the view from our room was beautiful. All in all, everytime we come to Disney I think we'll be staying here

I had such great expectations from HILTON. After checking in to our room for my wife and sons birthday I saw a light fixture in the hallway about to fall out, our air filter cover door had a screw missing.
When I asked for a higher floor when checking in, I was told only higher floor available would be extra $50 a night because out of 14 floors only the floor that cost extra (14th) was available, come on!
THEN when trying to buy a $3 water I went to the 5th,6th and even 7th floor and to find all vending machines out of $3 waters???????? When I let the front desk know this, the guy tried to blame the vendor. (Wouldn't managment who is making a profit of "the vending guy" be in charge of making sure the vending machines are full so your customers can be satisfied?

Also dusting and high cleaning has failed!
How can they detect a fire or smoke when the sensors are so clogged up?

I won't be recommending Hilton to my family or friends when going to Disneyland. Sorry

This review is for Albert Santos from "Reservations". I originally booked a room online for a convention weekend, and I felt like it was overpriced for some reason. I asked him to help me out and he put me on hold multiple times to try to help me as much as he could. I couldn't believe how amazing his customer service was because you don't see that anymore these days. People going out of their way to make the customer so happy it blows them away! That's what Albert did! I told him my Mom works in the government, but she's not coming with me. My Dad is in the military but he's not coming with me. So he asked me all kinds of questions trying to get to know me better and he found a deal that worked for both him and I! Thank you so much Albert for making this experience amazing and I can't wait to stay at the Hilton Anaheim! I haven't even stayed there and I can't believe how amazing this experience is! Albert Santos deserves praise and a raise! -Justin

I mean it's clean but the bathroom door is sliding and the bathroom doesn't have the 2nd switch for the air ( the one so the shower mist doesn't fog the mirror up) no microwave so if you're a family that doesn't like to buy food outside much you're gunna have to. The beds also don't have much covers so if you get cold easily at night I would suggest you to bring a blanket. Shower is nice though. It has a button you push to change it from the tub to the shower so it makes it easier. Pretty much you get what a standard hotel room would be. 2 beds, a TV, and a refrigerator (didn't try that out though so I do if you would have to plug it in and stuff). I have to say that it is really clean though, so if you are a simple person that just likes a clean room this may be good for you :).

While attending a professional meeting, I had occasion to socialize with a large number of Associates, in the bar after the meetings were completed for the day. I also attended a lunch, and a reception. The food was very very good. My ex-husband was the chef for the Wyndham across the street, so I'm quite hard to impress when it comes to food. I loved my lunch, especially the Citrus tart. I got free parking on the evening I hung out in the bar, bye ordering a beverage and getting my parking ticket validated for 3 hours. I thought that was the deal of the century. The only negative I felt, was the bathrooms we're not maintained as well as I would have preferred, and the hardware on the stall door did not latch. While I only used it one time, the experience was pretty amazing, but bathrooms are really important.

I would love to give this place a 5 star rating, but it s not quite there. It s a beautiful building but rooms not quite up to par. Maintenance please make sure things work right as our bathroom door would not close all the way. Also in this age of electronics, consider adding a few more outlets. We needed to search a little to find enough and not all were entirely in convenient locations. The rooms were clean and beds and bedding were comfortable enough to get a good night s sleep. Close to Disneyland and better than 2 other places we tried in the area.

After staying here for three nights my family and I decided to extend our stay. Camille from the front desk told us to come by and the front desk would assist us. We were at Disneyland and made it back as soon as we could to book to be told that they were sold out. Really? Why wasn t our room held? Why didn t they consider that we couldn t drop what we were doing and rush back to the hotel? Taylor and Heather from the front desk made absolutely no effort to accommodate us and just repeated that they were sold out! What a way to care for someone who just spent the last three days and a lot of money in this hotel and an Honors Member as I guess that means nothing to them. What a shame.

That's everything one needs in that hotel. Really! It's a little too close to the convention center for my taste, so it gets really crowded around the lobby and mall. It is very convenient if you're there for event at the convention center. Great hotel hotel overall.

Staying at the Hilton has been an awesome experience. valet parking, attendants opening doors for you. Rooms were very nice and affordable. I would recommend the Hilton to whoever is coming to Anaheim for a visit. it's very close to disneyland.

Terrific property located right next to Convention Center and super close to Disneyland. Very well maintained, clean, offers digital room key, has a lot of comfortable commons areas to chill out. Food is also very good! Would give 5 stars but my room is a bit dated, and while clean, carpet is stained in places. Staff is great.

This is a hotel for convention goers. The hotel has a really nice lobby area and several little shops and eateries within the lobby area. The rooms have older and smallish TV's. They look like they're from the first generation of flat screens. The rooms could certainly use a slight refresh but they do get the job done. Beds were comfortable and the shower had decent water pressure. There is a pretty large parking garage on site but it is very expensive to park for guests. The staff was very kind and efficient.

This time around this Hilton had some redemption. The fitness center is top notch compared to anything your use to.It s like a small LA Fitness/24 Hr in regards to the type of equipment they have.

I will say I m not fan of the parties they have in the entrance for the conventions. After a long day you don t want to walk into concert or DJ craziness.

With saying all of this, I ll be back again when in town. The views of Disneyland is not bad either.

The hotel is ok, the staff very helpful. There is a great pool deck with an amazing water feature/play zone for young kids and the gym and related activities is amazing.
On the downside, the hotel is very busy, with a blend of convention attenders and families with young children, which make the lobby, pool areas and guest hallways pretty noisy. In particular, as the hotel is so close to The Disney attractions, it's either exactly what you need or everything you don't. If not for the facilities and staff, my ranking would be much less!

I was not an overnight guest here, but i was here for a convention that lasted 4 days. Hilton Anaheim is a very nice and luxurious place to be. The decor is nice and everything was spotless. The staff was more than friendly and able to answer any question i had. My only complaint was the price of snacks. Food from the food court was reasonable, but the gift shop snack prices were outrageous.

Visited for drinks with colleagues. Huge well appointed lobby with lots of relaxed seating. Good wine options. Nice environment to hang after work. I took one star because of spotty service. Sometimes great other times not so much. Overall good experience.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Digital key feature on Hilton app did not work on my room. Had to get physical key to open door. No USB ports in rooms to charge devices. Hotel overall is very dark. Not much natural light coming in, which is a shame. Would stay again for conference if given choice.

A very large hotel, right next to the Anaheim Convention Center (and thus very convenient for any convention events). Rooms are alright, a bit worn out and outdated but comfortable enough. Starbucks in the lobby is great for breakfast (Diamond and Gold level Hilton Honors members get to jump the line). This hotel is so large there's even a food court near the exit toward the convention center. The hotel is right by Disneyland as well, some rooms have a view that direction (along with evening fireworks). Overall not a bad hotel for a business trip, though I personally would not stay here on a vacation trip.

I've had a bad experience with Hilton hotel on previous trips (different locations and states), so was skeptical to stay here. Anyway, stayed here regardless because the location is very close to Disneyland. It was a nice stay, nice room and good customer service.

A nice hotel but the parking garage was not sound very dangerous looks like they tried repairing many stress cracks on the floor and on every level also they added strength cables throughout all the levels. I have never seen this before.

The hotel is large. It was also very corporate, which is what you'd expect. The decor was nice, but just very standard business hotel fare. I think the best part were the staff - everyone one I encountered, maybe 5-6 different staff, were all friendly and helpful. My specific event was in the California Ballroom D, which was nice enough.

Super nice hotel. Right next to Disneyland. Great prices and super nice rooms. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Probably the best price and accommodations for a hotel near Disneyland. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to this area to stay or visit. Great location with plenty of nearby food and entertainment.

The hotel was clean and fairly quiet while I was here. There were obviously families around, but the noise was never a problem. The rooms are a good size and well accommodated. I found the hotel within walking distance of Disney Land, though I wasn't traveling with kids. If they were with me, I'd be a little more worried about coming to back to the hotel if they needed time to rest. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here.

Nice Hilton but nothing fancy. No executive floor or lounge for Diamond members. We did get 2 breakfast vouchers for each day we were there for continental breakfast and we could upgrade to hot breakfast for $10.00 each. The cold breakfast had bread, fruit, cereal (hot & cold), yogurt, cheeses and meats. It was quite good. There is no hotel shuttle but there is a local shuttle that has all day rides for $5.50. There is lots of good dining within walking distance of the hotel.

This is a great hotel. You are right across from Disneyland and the convention center everything you need is within walking distance.
It is a very clean and well-kept hotel.
All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.they definitely went out of their way to make sure everyone enjoyed their stay.
Overall it's a great hotel and definitely worth the money

Would have been nice, but they keep popping up with new charges. L not surprising since all I kept hearing while trying to check out was people yelling at the one person handling the front desk for random charges(while five other employees stood on the sideline). Definitely will not be recommending.

It was very clean employees were very welcoming. The rooms were very luxurious, room came with a mini fridge. the only issue was PARKING. The parking spots were way to enclosed. So big vehicles are not recommended

Probably the worst Hilton I have stayed in. Beds were comfortable but the bathrooms were run down and old. The entire 3 day stay the shower water never got fully hot. Definitely feel like 200 dollars a night is ridiculous for this hotel. The pictures are deceiving.

This property is for sure in need of a renovation. The rooms feel dated, the bathrooms are pretty old feeling and the drain was totally rusted. Feel pretty dirty bc of that.

The lobby and restaurant/bar downstairs are very nice but the rooms, hallways, etc need some TLC.

Many drink machines were not in order... took me going to 3-5 different floors to find one that actually worked.

Breakfast was terrible the first day (I am diamond and paid to upgrade) because it was all cold.

I told myself to try one more time and go earlier (about 730 or so) to see how it would be fresh.

When the buffet is hot and fresh it s very very good. The cinnamon rolls are absolute heaven and the best I ve ever had (when hot!!).

Went back 3rd day just for those!

Overall, very convenient to Disney which is why I stayed here. No resort fee from Hilton which is a nice change! Rooms are pretty dated but I would stay again if I get the killer rate I landed this trip.

I liked this hotel. Friendly customer service but it looks like it hasn't been updated in a while. If you're staying there to visit Disneyland I suggest you purchase the breakfast buffet (around US25 per person). It's really good and will fill you up for the whole day before your adventure.

Arrived early and was checked in quickly. Room was ready. Quiet room and clean besides finding a top of a water bottle in the closet area. Sun comes down on our side of the building and had to close the drapes. This Hilton is contemporary with a gift shop, restaurant, convention space with a small food court. Walking distance to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center.

Large hotel designed to cater for events at the Anaheim convention center next door. The room is nice but nothing special - also starting to feel a bit tired. Was disappointed by the quality of the pool area and fact that all the bars and eateries near the pool were closed at 2pm on a Sunday. The Starbucks inside the lobby was also closed at 2pm, despite having a posted closing time of 6pm daily.

This was my second time that I use this Hotel,I switch to Hilton after had bad experience with Hyatt Regency, but this time supose I'm a Gold Member!! I have no words to describe my experience with HILTON'S HOTEl this Time!! Check for your self and judge!!

Nice decor, good service. One point off for wanting to charge 22$ for wifi in the meeting room. Common, yes, but highway robbery.
Catering was good, chicken breast was moist and not dry and plenty of fresh fruits, and veggies. Valet service was friendly. Close to everything . I'd do a conference here again.

The staff here is acceptable. They wont go out of their way to help you if you look lost in their massive lobby but they are friendly and helpful when you finally find their desk and wait in line for the one employee who is able to answer questions. I'm not sure what those other staff members behind the desk were doing while the 15 guests waiting patiently in line to register at check-in time, but they had smiles on their faces!

The building is the reason for such a low rating. Our room was a pool view, king room. The floor on this entire level is uneven. I felt dizzy walking around the room because everything from the window to the toilet are on an uneven surface. Because of this obvious structural issue the sliding bathroom door is prevented from closing all the way, there is about a one inch gap between the wall and the door, which isn't even secured to the track on the floor, it just floats over it.

The room does not have a single USB plug and for a hotel attempting to service convention goers and business professionals, this is a simple fix, yet it hasn't been done. In fact, the technologies in the rooms are so outdated they don't have HDMI connections either. The hotel instructions include using component connections (you know, those old colorful plugs we used to use to connect the VCR to the TV) for your gaming console. Sorry Hilton, no gaming systems come with those things anymore, I bet a millennial would have to Google component connection to figure out their stuff won't work here.

Additionally, do not expect an ounce of privacy while staying here. Your neighbors may not see your naked butt but they will certainly hear your entire conversation through the paper thin wall, in fact my neighbor was a sassy women that was obviously having some family drama occur while staying here, I hope everything turned out OK for her.

Don't waste your money on the Hilton, there are hotels within walking distance on this hotel that are cheaper, have been renovated properly in the last decade, the bathroom doors close, and you can't have a conversation with your neighbor through the wall.

It's a standard Hilton Hotel. It is part of a large complex of Hotel and Conference Center next to Disneyland. There are lots of places to walk too, but they are also pretty crowded from all of the Disneyland tourists. You are an easy Uber ride to a lot of the cool new restaurants & breweries opening up in the area. You are also easy travel distance to the Honda Center and to the Big A.

Nice hotel within walking distance to Disneyland. Took about 30 minutes to check in. It was super busy because of a convention but everyone was very nice and helpful. Our bathroom sink had a moderate leak. They fixed it in minutes. And the room felt like it slanted downward towards the bathroom which was weird. Seemed clean. Beds were super comfy. Could see the fireworks for Disneyland from our room. Starbucks, FedEx, and some gift shops, a spa and a food court inside. Will deffinately be back though. They also do military discount if you were looking for one of those.

The establishment was a little old and outdated, rooms could probably use a refreshing. I also had an odd random security room check on my last day which was weird. Oh and if you're not a member with any status, you have to pay to use the fitness facility. Staff was courteous and helpful.

This is a generous 3 stars...stayed here because of Gold status and proximity to the parks (we walked each day). We were upgraded to a room with a patio at no charge, which was a good thing because the room was very plain with a view of the convention center parking garage roof, and as far from the elevator as you can get. The room itself was so-so...I would not have guessed it to be Hilton if I hadn t known otherwise. Definitely could use an update/refresh. The Gold status benefits made it worthwhile, but we will try another Hilton brand next time.
Lobby was nice, and the continental breakfast better than most.

Excellent location that is across the street from Woody lot for Disneyland. Rooms are xlean and very comfortable. Staff is absolutely wonderful. Had an issue with my room, but they were able to help me out within reason. Very quick and responsive. The guest services is a seperate desk rather than at the registration desk, so maybe that's why! Pool is magnificent with a specific water play area for children. Pricing, proximity and ease of access to Disney parks are wonderful!

The reason for 3 stars housekeeper kept opening the door after 3 knocks. Must hang do not disturb sign. Also late at night 3 girls were in the garage trying to open car doors to steal things. While we were in our car. They tried to open my trunk/door. They could not see due to our tented windows. But they ran off after I started the car. Then told front desk. If you stay here lock your doors. Parking is $21/day.

The rooms were very clean and staff was courteous and polite. The location is great centrally-located to Disneyland, Great Wolf Lodge, and a few other amenities throughout the area. For a Hilton, the prices were actually pretty reasonable. Everything was really accessible and staff made us feel welcome. A definite would recommend hotel for anyone traveling independently or with a family.

Hello! My name is Julia. I went with my family to Anaheim. We stayed in a nice room with 2 beds and a wonderful bathroom. The service there was super good. There is a lot to do there such as swimming, eating, and much more. It's a good place to visit.

It has its hits and misses. There isn't enough seats by the pool, or shading. Our room only had 2 towels and 1 coffee cup. The beds are also a bit hard. It is fairly close to Disney though so that is a plus.

The best location in Anaheim if you re doing a trade show. Roomy, stylish and the lobby is always buzzing. My only complaint is that it gets SO busy during trade shows that it s difficult to get through lobby or back to rooms due to the sheer volume of crowds.

Great location, very convenient to the Convention Centre, Disneyland & Angel Stadium but the hotel is dated. In desperate need of new carpet, TV's are very small & old for an above average modern hotel, no USB ports, AC controler from the 1960's. Expected a lot more up to date amenities for a "Hilton Hotel"!!!

GREAT PLACE To stay in Anaheim. Great pool. Great food... great bars... pool bar is amazing... and best place to go... they are on it... and never too crowded... worth the jaunt to the 5th floor!

I'm very conflicted when I think about my stay here. On the one hand, the lobby and amenities were wonderful. However, our room was ridiculously outdated and the water coming out of the sink had so many particles in it that it was cloudy. I brushed my teeth using the bathtub faucet. That is unacceptable.

Nice hotel right on the edge of the Disneyland Park. We chose a suite on the top floor overlooking the Disneyland Park.

The hotel has a small water park for the kids, including a small water slide. It also has shopping, restaurants and a large bar area. The hotel is often full during the summer time. Advanced booking of rooms is recommend for peak seasons.

It is a quick 10 minute walk to Disneyland and Downtown Disney.

Save your money and purchase all your snacks and water at the local Rite Aid less than half a block away or Walgreens.

Rooms were good and I had mixed reviews for staff. Generally very friendly but a few who may have been having a bad day. A couple of the bar staff were absolutely wonderfu and put up with our large group of conference attendees very well.

Location was great, right near Disneyland.

Location was great, right near Disneyland.
Staff were lovely from the get go. We got checked into someone else s room, but quickly gave us an upgrade.
Continental breakfast was better than most, very wide variety.
We had issues with the heating in the room, took management 4 calls to get a technician out to fix it (still wasn t fixed).
Stayed here 4 nights.
Bathroom was terrible, dirty shower curtains, very cold water (despite only using the hot), needs a fan.
Bed was comfy, clean linen.
Views were okay. Overall expected more as we are Hilton Honours members. Rooms are very outdated and need to refurbished.

The hotel lobby is beautiful, the rooms were a little dated, and a couple of things were broken in ours. Staff is wonderful. There were lots and lots of people at the pool, and most of them did not have keys...the hotel should regulate this a bit more.

The beds and the pillows were very comfortable for us. The room was a little older, but seemed clean. We used a noise machine, but it was very quiet. We did not try the pool. The lobby was busy, but full of beautiful Christmas trees. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The staff was all friendly and helpful that we interacted with. We kept the Do Not Disturb sign out for our 2 nights, so we never had maid service. Close enough to Disneyland to walk (15-20 min) or use the Toy Story shuttle (parking lot across Harbor - 6-9 min walk) for free. Self parking was just a little bit difficult (just took 15 minutes to find a spot) and was $16/night with in/out privileges.

Amazing stay! Everyone was responsive and helpful as staff. Was on the 10th floor and had a great view of the pool and fireworks at Disney! Parking is extra ($21 per day) which is paid at the end of your stay. Guests were all friendly and well behaved. Stayed at this hotel before moving to a hotel in Hollywood (Hollywood Hotel - North Vermont) and the transition seemed like a nightmare! Definitely miss the Hilton at Anaheim and wish we could go back!
The environment is very polite, and all staff (Starbucks, Disney desk) are all friendly! Definitely recommend this place!

Very good, excellent! Staff was friendly, wait time for anything was low, price was reasonable, everything I would expect! I had to stay a week for work, and I usually find hotels a chore, but I couldn't have asked for more.

April of 2018...Stayed at the Marriott across the property, but came to Hilton for a conference social reception on the rooftop every night. The catering service and food was really good. Excellent variety of themed foods, good portions and friendly food and bar service.

October of 2018, I stayed at the Hilton. The room was not what I expected. Dirty carpet, damaged walls, outdated, tub and tile dirty looking.

Close to everything near Disneyland. Good amenities, Starbucks onsite was a plus.

Very bad hotel. I brought my family here to go to Disneyland and we had Cary bad experience. The heater doesn t work. I have 2 kids one is 2 years old and other is 5 and they were freezing all night. Me and my wife had sleep next to them to warm them up. The technician came out at 2am while everyone was in bed freezing to fix it. Never coming here again.
