Very nice hotel for a vacation. There are a few resturants within the hotel. Breakfast is not included and the breakfast at the hotel is expensive. Room service and customer service were both great. This hotel is close to the convention center and Disneyland. Great experience with this Hilton hotel.

Wanted to take a minute and recognize TSA Charlotte from In Room Dinning. I initially was going to write a not so positive review, because I had called room service if they had a cake available so that I would surprise my partner in the morning with a treat. So I had scheduled a delivery to surprise my partner in the AM with a cake, at 8:30 am. The only issue is the cake never got there and I never got a response on what was going on. Working in a hotel industry myself I understand we loose track of things, but always update your guests on what s going on. Long story, short; I called the morning and spoke with Charlotte and she took care of us and it gets better! I was still able to surprise my partner with a treat from Charlotte.
Thank you!!

Had an amazing stay here. The staff was outstanding. I contacted the concierge before we came to ask if they could do something special since we were surprising my daughter with her first trip to Disneyland. Upon arrival there were pink sparkly Minnie ears that were soft velvet so perfect for all day wear by a four year old. A Minnie mouse stuffy and cookies. Besides that, it's a beautiful hotel on the inside, short distance to the park, and the breakfast is perfect.

Hotel is nice, with good service. However it's a bit on the pricier side and if your staying without a car getting water is a trip. The hotel offers shuttles to disneyland which is nearby and isn't too far from the nearest airport.

Arrived here for work after making a group reservation that included breakfast and free cocktail hour. Upon arrival no notes were made on the reservation about either but oh well simple mistake right? No this hotel is here for one reason, to milk money from people. Gold status Hilton honors member? Enjoy your fruit loops for breakfast because it cost 10 dollars to have a plate of scrambled eggs. 14 dollars a day to use the gym, no free water in the rooms. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere where they have the customer in mind.

We had a very good time at Wondercon. The hotel room was small and run down. Maid service tried to come in at 830 am on Sat...seemed too early to be knocking and trying to open the door. Room service was yummy. Staff was friendly.

One of our favorite hotels on our trip to the USA. it was the newest/most modern hotel we encountered and the staff were very helpful. Even with the renovations it was a nice stay. This was our favorite area in California too. We wanted to stay an extra night but because blizz con was on the next day they jacked the price up by about $300 more a night than what we paid for the night before. Which was disappointing but overall it's a great hotel close to lots of things to do in the area like Disneyland and the outlets and we would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks again

This place was clean, nice, decent food, close to Disneyland with shuttle service ($5 per person per day). We got a really good rate on the room. Beds (And sheets) comfortable and it was quiet. The building itself is only in decent condition (even though it was built in the 80s. Its just crappy constrution). There is some maintenance inside the rooms that is noticeably needed, but nothing horrible.

The problem is the fees. Oh, the fees! Food is insanely expensive (But comparable when comparing to Disneyland). But, the 19 percent service fee for room service, the $16 fee to use the gym, $16 for parking. There may have been a resort fee too. I just was trying to forget after three meals for 2 people(breakfast) and the fees totaled $244!

The other thing was the pool was packed and freezing. In March more than 100 people at the pool at 6 pm, about 60%of them kids. Kids didn't seem to notice that the people was freezing, but a couple were blue.

Finally, you might read in other posts that this is a pet friendly hotel. It is not. It only accepts emotional support and service dogs. No pets.

This Hilton is well situated in the right location. This one is well-placed and very well kept. The friendly staff are the key to this hotel. With special kudos to Hector, greeted me and made me feel at home and helped me find my way around the neighborhood. This has been a staff that Hilton would have been proud of.
As a Diamond member, they upgraded the room with private Balcony view, which can see the fireworks. The Breakfast at Mixx restaurant was amazing. You will pay for extra for the upgrade to full Buffet.

No microwave in the room. So any leftovers had to be thrown away. Stay there 4 days, found out if I wanted a microwave it would cost me 25 dollars for the remainder of my stay. Beautiful hotel with a nice city view. Someone have to get up there and clean the windows. Very dirty windows.

This is the best Hilton property that I have had the pleasure of staying at. The staff were courtius and attentive. The work out room was better than most health clubs and superior to any hotel that I have ever stayed in.

The ultra dim lighting in the lobby and conference areas gets depressing after half a day..much less 3. Convention Center rooms were great....some w private bathrooms which was awesome. Conference food was decent. Sleeping rooms unremarkable.

My girlfriend and I planned out a weekend trip to Disneyland, our hotel of choice was the Hilton, only a few blocks down from Disneyland Park, we walked a majority of the time, expect when I rained and we took and Uber, that was only a 6 min ride back to the hotel. We stayed in Room 7 521, it had a king sized bed very comfortable for me and my girlfriend. We loved the room, one thing I wish is that the room had a microwave to reheat our food. Overall we enjoyed our time at the Hilton, staff is friendly and hotel is welcoming.

Unlike virtually every other hotel chain in the continental United States, you have to pay for any amenity. $12 a day for Internet, $10 a day for the gym. Per day. Per. Day. I was enticed by relatively low nightly costs since I was here for a conference nearby during the winter. Unfortunately I won't be able to get my employer to reimburse the $18 a day I had to pay for "Premium Internet" access to get work done. Also, while I expected the food at the hotel bar to be overpriced, it wasn't even particularly good. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star was that it was clean and the staff were friendly, but I expect that at a Hilton. By no means is that some sort of accomplishment.

They charge for everything! You would think that you could atleast use they re gym as an amenity but no they charge you extra to use the gym and the indoor pool. They re outdoor pool is way too small for the amount of rooms that they have. The parking should also be free for hotel guest. Overall it was a bad experience they don t even give you free water.

My wife and i went for our anniversary. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were nice enough. We honestly thought it would be a bit nicer though. Its a very acceptable hotel though.
