By far one of the best Hotels out here. Exceeded its potential and from my experience is an excellent place to stay in. Nothing bad to say here even though the parking price was a little expensive but for the qualities your getting it s money well spent.

Staff was kind and lobby is very nice. However the rooms seem old/dated and could definitely be cleaned better. Conference rooms felt restricting (low ceilings, no windows, etc).

Loved it. From Valet to checkout, a GREAT 2 day stay. The Valet staff are so kind and patient. I had to organize my things before giving them my car. They made me feel welcome and not rushed at all. I really appreciated the kindness.

Then I check in at the Diamond desk and Jasmine checked me in. Jasmine is one of the most genuine good hearted person I've ever encountered. Her customer service skills are natural. She made me feel like a welcomed friend she was excited to see, rather than another customer. She treated everyone I saw her engage with this way. Its apparently just her nature. I saw her a few times during my stay and she recognized me and made sure everything was great each time. Today when another very pleasant staff member, Jesus, had finished my checkout, Jasmine happened to walk by. Again, huge genuine smile, very warm goodbye and said shed love to help me next time I stay there.
The bar was great. I was there 2 nights in a row. Pricey, but that's to be expected. Good drinks. Mostly warm service. The only thing I didnt appreciate was one of the bartenders schooling me on giving her the correct room number so she didnt have to chase me down. I'm an adult and I spend at least 50% of my life in hotels as do most people at the bar there, it was unprofessional and uncalled for. That said, she made an excellent drink. I think they should give you a bill so you can write your name and room number down and they can verify. That would eliminate her concerns with whether I knew my room # or not and would be safer than yelling the room# out over the noise where lots of people can hear.
2nd night at the bar they were busier and even more friendly and professional.
I liked that I could text any questions and would get a very quick and friendly reply.
I went to breakfast each morning and I wish I had their names but the gentlemen who worked my area the first day were so very nice. The 2nd day they remembered me which was a nice feeling and I was very fortunate to have Pam as my server. She exceeded all expectations of great service. Just wonderful. The omelette chef was very nice and his omelettes were perfect. The buffet was great. Had a wide variety of options, clean and delicious.
Without a doubt, this Hilton is where I will stay in the future.
I was concerned when deciding on which hotel because I had a very bad experience at Hilton Buena Vista in Disney World area in FL and was concerned that maybe this could be bad too since near another Disney theme park. I'm so glad I gave it a try. I look forward to going back.

Hotel is nice clean and has a lot of shops in the lobby that are very convenient. We arrived very early, 4:30 am and they were able to accomodate us and get a room right away. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Ok on cleanliness. No concierge. No microwave. Never enough coffee, cups, or creamer. On 14th floor facing afternoon sun and air conditioner could not keep up, even with drapes closed all day.

Huge hotel with pleasant staff and a lot of facilities but could do with better room signage locations when exiting the elevators. I ended up walking the wrong direction to my room as there were no signs and only found the correct direction when I got to the other elevators where there was adequate signage. For a hotel of this size, this sort of thing is very important

The staff was extremely welcoming and more than accommodating to our needs. Always had a smile on, and willing to answer any questions. The rooms were nice, clean and had good open space. Room service and dining was expensive, but that's typical for this area and caliber of hotel.

You might be crazy if you book for this hotel. Worst receptionist attendance. The bed is good. However, just take a look of the bathroom on the pictures. They gave us a disability bathroom. When we went to take a shower it s all became a mess. But this isn t the worst part. Another picture is from the bath curtain, with this strange and filthy stain, which I don t want to know what it is.
Ps: we checked in a little late due to fight problem, so we rushed to Disney park and just came back at midnight. We decided to stay at this room for one night.

Location was close to Disneyland and many shops where we could go to buy groceries or less expensive food items. Room was relatively cheap when considering how the nice the room we received was. Service was good enough, though we only really received service during check-in since everything else is online nowadays.

This has got to be one of the WORSE hotels I've stayed in. For almost $300 per night for 7 days, I certainly should have had a better room than this (see pics). This hotel is so old and outdated. I am INCREDIBLY disappointed.

I, literally, walked into the room & was scared to hang my clothes up, let alone sit on the bed. When I finally did sit on the bed, it was lumpy & squeaky. I asked to be changed to a different room in which the hotel did accommodate. The 2nd room while better, wasn't great. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages; I'm DISGUSTED.

I will NEVER recommend & certainly NOT stay @ this hotel ever again. Be aware of what you're paying for b/4 you come here.

Always here for Blizzcon. They've finally embraced the madness starting 4 years ago and have accommodated the Blizzard horde much better since then. Room quality is great, the atmosphere clean and inviting. Friendly staff.

extremely nice for the price point. we booked last minute after an all day airbnb nightmare, they got us in at standard room rates and there was a convention in town. next time we come down to LA we'll absolutely stay here again

Great hotel. Had the best experience of staying here. Well maintained rooms with all the amenities one needs for business stay or on vacation.little expensive though. Also Anaheim convention center is just beside the hotel. Anyone planning to stay here should take the top floor room which gives the best view of the city.

Great hotel! Only complaint was that we paid extra to have a balcony room that was advertised to have a view of Disneyland/California Adventure and there was only a view of the Convention Center construction. Slightly disappointing and feel like the hotel wasn't being honest in their description. Don't recommend spending any extra money for a balcony.

Tiny rooms for the expensive price, tub was leaking, toilet wouldn t flush. Homeless people lurking outside. Don t let your children or yourself walk around alone. No thank you not pleased at all.

A great hotel near the convention center in Anaheim. The lobby bar/restaurant has a fantastic social feel creating a pace that works well for large and small groups of people. Food menu is small but very good with tastes to suit most.

Great location with immediate access to convention center and Disney parks. Stayed in double queen room. Plenty of elbow room overlooking pool area. Shower is a little on the small size and no adjustable stream shower head. Overall, a positive experience!

The hotel is nearby one of the main attractions of Anaheim. The Staff in general were very accommodating to our needs thoigh we spent very little time in the hotel. It was clean but slightly dated as others have mentioned. The beds were comfortable that it allowed a good nights rest after a long day of walking. Overall I would hands down use this hotel again.

The Hilton Anaheim was incredibly helpful. I had to change hotels last minute for a conference and the Hilton was able to accommodate me. Anne Marie at the front desk was incredibly kind, and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others.

Decent hotel is Anaheim. Close to Disneyland which is awesome. If you are going to a conference would be good as has direct access to the conference Centre. The hotel is just like any hotel. The pool was nice but lots of kids which is expected so close to Disneyland.

Staff is incredibly friendly, especially the bellmen. The hotel is huge and beautiful. Rooms are pretty standard. You have to pay to use the indoor pool and fitness center which is unfortunate and the first time I've seen that. The hotel restaurant seems insanely expensive--a Ceasar salad for more than $20? They do have a food court with some fast food options, but if you want a real, affordable meal, you have to go elsewhere.

After reading some of the reviews below, we were a little bit concerned about our stay here. After driving 14 hours straight from Oregon, the last thing we wanted was a bad room experience. But that was an unnecessary worry! This Hilton lived up to the brand name; its customer service and cleanliness are 5 star!

First, room was really clean. Soft white sheets and comforter on a perfect bed. Very low on the normal wear and tear. Wonderful view without any upgrade; though we did that later.

Some people had worries about this hotel being very big. This wasn't an issue for us as we made sure to ask for directions to our room. The Hilton app could have had a better map, though.

Starbucks and all the goodies inside make it a very convenient.

We will come back here again and again!

Hilton "HONORS" Who?!?!

Hilton "HONORS" Who?!?!

I am planning to visit Anaheim next month and attempted to book a room through Central reservations which I learned is located in the Philippines. The gentleman I spoke with searched the dates and told me the rate that my friend received was no longer available which was fine. I accepted the quoted rate and searched again during the call. As he was finishing up the reservation, I inquired about price matching as the website says. He confirmed that they are able to. I provided the site and the amount quoted. The gentleman attempted to search and returned reporting that the rate could not be located. I searched again and he placed the call on a lengthy hold. Upon returning, he advised that the help desk was able to locate the rate however, he could not which prevents him from honoring it. I inquired how this was my problem if THEIR help desk verified the site and amount I saw but, because he could not my request would be denied. The gentleman had no response but instead retreated to what must be a part of a script asking me to keep checking and call back. I'm explaining to him that I have checked MULTIPLE times during the call, reminded him that the help desk HE CONTACTED viewed it but he is refusing to honor it. Due to the time (1am EST). I decided to end the call and follow up with the property or at least an onshore representative. I spoke with Jeanette who kindly advised me that the rate had increased even more. I explained what happened and asked whether the call could be retrieved. I was advised that they would not be able to access the call which really concerned me. Again NO SERVICE!! Was she polite, sure, Did she answer my questions, sure. Was she able to speak English fluently, sure. However, it's disheartening enough that criminals are collecting our information directly from the property's system or "wired" guest rooms but, you guys have us hand sensitive information (credit card numbers, address, date of birth) directly to developing/third world countries and then report that you CANNOT retrieve a call??!! Something is terribly wrong.

After an enjoyable stay in Oahu last year; we decided to give Hilton another try. I am sad to say that I am regretting this decision even before my arrival. I am being placed on the Lanai deck and upon viewing the pictures and reviews it seems less than desirable. Of course there are options but, at the time I OPTED to stay at a Hilton. Especially since the last experience in Hawaii was DIVINE. I mean even small business owners appreciate brand loyalty and will show their appreciation. Hilton Honor points mean NOTHING when Hilton does not honor me as a GUEST let alone a person. The points are issued as kickbacks from partnering companies. Hilton isn't giving or losing anything.

I love The Hilton because of its eateries. It has a Starbucks and Food Court for grab and go meals as well as a sit down coffee shop and nice bar. Rates are high during conventions, but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

The Hilton Anaheim is a great location to stay if you are visiting the Disneyland parks. It's close enough to walk to the park but I'd advise to drive especially if you are staying with young children. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is great. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again. I would highly recommend the Hilton Anahiem to anyone who is staying in the area.

Very nice hotel amazing food taxis outside ready to take you to Disneyland for $10 room service was amazing the only problem we had was the room change we had a balcony looking at the pool and we get a balcony looking at a building

Not what I expected for the price. Lobby was nice and staff was pleasant. But my room was not good. The ceiling is really low on the whole floor and makes it feel cramped. I'm only 5'9" and I could put my palm on the ceiling. The furniture was all dinged up like it was used in a frat house for a year. Chipped paint and drywall. My shower handle was falling apart and the drain stopper was broken. Tap water would vary between clean and very cloudy. Not a terrible stay but I will look elsewhere the next time I'm here.

The Hilton was a nice looking place but it was in my opinion horrible. Sooo many people. It was like going through a super busy airport. It was so loud in that place & just completely overcrowded. I hated every second i was in that hotel. I couldn't wait to leave.. if you're someone who likes to party, loud music & people don't bother you, that's the place to be. I'm more someone who when i stay at a hotel I'm there to relax. Not feel like I'm at a theme park with how many people was there. It was ridiculous! I'd never stay there again!

Very large and nice hotel. Location was good with only a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. Full amenities at your service and rooms were very clean. Extra charge for microwave and parking but at least they had a small fridge. Outdoor pool wasn't that big but it had one of those small kid water play area like you see at a water park. All in all it was a very pleasant place to stay. I'd recommend staying here.

Honestly, this is not as nice a Hilton as I've experienced in other cities. It's a bit shabby, a step down from what one expects from a Hilton property. That said, you cannot get any closer to the convention center. There's a Starbucks outlet in the lobby. The lobby bar prices are outrageous. Every single staff person was really nice and helpful.

Overall excellent experience! Staff were lovely, every cleaner we walked passed greeted us and the bar staff looked after us well. The room we stayed in was 11-139. Very spacious and offered nice views. In room dining was efficient and beautifully cooked. The location was perfect especially if you are going to Disneyland. Plenty of shops around foe convenience. Highly recommend Hilton Anaheim!

Fantastic accommodations in the heart of Anaheim. I stayed here while attending a conference; the room was clean and modern. The bed is Hilton quality... Great linens and down pillows. The bathroom was tidy and included a shower / tub combo. Water pressure was good, and had no issues taking a much needed hot shower after a long day of travel.

Hotel lobby was exceptional. Guest services was easy to find. I checked in via the mobile app but finding the concierge or the vacation planning counters were easy.

They have a fantastic market shop and Starbucks in the lobby level. The restaurant on site (Mix) offers a nice but slightly overpriced selection of food. Highly recommend the Pub Burger! The restaurant has a nice wine selection, too. Service at the restaurant was great.

The hotel is within walking distance of the convention center, and in close proximity to other hotels. The common area between the Hilton and Marriott hotels is a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. The hotel has a pool, children's water play area and a hot tub.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Hotel staff was pleasant and courteous. The hotel is easy to navigate as everything is clearly marked. 5 stars!

Overall, this hotel was a decent place to stay especially if you are visiting Disneyland. The lobby is very large and pretty spacious with a good bit of Quick Serve restaurants. The downfall is that those restaurants do not open until at least 10am, which is a letdown if you're planning on going to Disney early. However, Starbucks is open early for all your caffeinated needs. You have to pay for parking but there is a parking garage so your car stays shaded The room is your typical hotel room with a refrigerator and business desk with the typical outlet and HDMI ports.

By far, the biggest perk for the Disney visitor is the proximity to the park. It's just a 4 minute drive, a 10 minute shuttle ride (*$5 all day ride fee), or a 17-20 minute walk. There are also plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well.

Ironing Board Set review for the business traveler:

Ironing Board (9/10): At first I thought the board was going to be average at best because at first glance the fabric looked too thin, however, I was wrong. The board's fabric allowed the iron to glide easily and was rather sturdy. The open and close functionality was also good.

Iron (8/10): The iron started off bad as it had water stains and the first steam "puff" shot out a lot of crud, which would have easily stained the clothes I was ironing. However, after that, it proved to be one of the better irons I have used. It had both a steam function and puff button and was highly effective in its operation. Even after ironing all my clothes, it still had water left over, where a lesser iron would not.

Terrible experience last time I stayed at the Hilton was in San Francisco and protesters kept me up all night they did the same thing here pounding drums yelling blowing whistles. Nothing the staff can do about it the room was decent but had terrible sounds coming out of the windows. We Didn t sleep for three nights and they didn t even acknowledge it or offer a solution after I addressed my concerns

Convenient if you are going to the convention center or Disneyland. Plenty of parking. Plenty of food options nearby, CVS and Walgreens are also nearby. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

Great hotel with solid amenities. An excellent option for anyone looking to visit Disneyland. the room is serviceable, but not anything spectacular. However the staff is excellent, and the bar in the lobby is top-notch. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is because I really didn't have a reason to spend any time inside the hotel unless I was going to or from the parks, or sleeping.

Great hotel conveniently located right next to the convention center and only a few blocks from Disneyland. Great bar and clean comfortable rooms made the stay very enjoyable. Friendly staff and a food court too!

Very basic hotel a lot like Motel 6 only with a mini fridge. Great customer service though. Guess you pay for the name not the quality. Comfort Suites is a 10 compared to the Hilton a 2, just my experience.

Great place. Very friendly and service oriented place. Clean and comfy. Parking is a tad expensive, $16/$22 per day. Overall id still return maybe without a vehicle. You could spend that money on Lift/Uber or just walk.

We are enjoying our stay at the Hilton Anaheim. The staff is friendly, the food is wonderful, the pool area has something for everyone and there are many things to do nearby. This is a beautiful hotel.

We stayed here during a visit to Disneyland. It's about a 15 minute walk to the park entrance. The rooms were quite large and quiet. We didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms.

Our room wasn't perfectly clean when we checked in, but I think it was a one-off as the dirty spot was gone during the next daily cleaning.
The furniture is a bit tired and worn out.

I did have a billing issue, upon receiving the emailed bill, I noticed that the rate charged was much higher than the confirmation email ($40/night more). Luckily we were still in the area when I noticed, so I went back to the hotel and spoke with the front desk. It was corrected easily when I showed them the confirmation email pricing, but I imagine it would have been much more difficult to get a correction I had to do it over the phone.

Went to visit my friend who was staying for a convention. She had just moved rooms and had to have her stuff heat treated for Bedbugs. They did respond immediately to her and had inspections done in her new room as well with her present. Thankfully there didn t seem to be a problem in the new room. I think they offered her some kind of room credit-but it didn t benefit her much because her work was paying for the room. When I arrived to visit my friend, the valet took sooooooo long! I sat in my car for 10 mins (no lie at all) while 2 valets stood next to each other laughing about something. The lobby was incredibly crowded and very loud, the pool is a bit run down and looks a little grimy, the pool towels are ratty and snagged. The new room my friend was moved to was very dated. The wallpaper was mismatched, the carpet kind of smelled like something died. They DID offer my friend a room with a view of the Disney fireworks since it was her birthday. Also, room service delivered fairly quickly.

The main service any hotel is supposed to provide is a comfortable room for their guests. If you can't do that then all the amenities and how beautiful the hotel is means nothing.
This is a beautiful hotel and it has great amenities. The one thing it's lacking in is honest customer service.
They granted my request for a room upgrade to a Corner Room. What they didn't tell me is that those Corner rooms tend to get extremely hot because of all the windows. about an hour after I checked in the temperature had already gone up three degrees in my room. I contacted guest services and asked if there was a problem with the air conditioner and she informed me "those Corner rooms tend to be warmer than the other rooms in the hotel". She told me closing on the drapes would help bring the temperature down. Now what is the point of getting a corner room full of windows so you can have great views if you can't open the drapes and enjoy the views? I asked her if it would cool down by the time I go to bed at 10 p. M. She said it should be cooler by then. she did offer to switch rooms for me however she also made me feel like the temperature would be very comfortable by the time I went to bed at night. Since I already unpacked and settled in and had plans with people I was meeting here I chose not to switch rooms. It wasn't cool enough to get a good night sleep. If the front desk clerk had told me that the corner rooms take on so much heat I would not have taken this room. Now it's 5 a. M. and I've been up all night tossing and turning. It's currently 68 degrees outside but 76 degrees in my room.
If you book a room in this hotel during the summer don't book The Corner rooms unless you just like a warmer temperature than most.
For years I've been using another hotel chain. A friend told me about Hilton Honors so I signed up and this is my first experience. I'm trying to figure out the honor part of Hilton Honors. They should call it Hilton Rewards because I see no honor and not being upfront and honest with your guests.

A great customer service experience would have been someone calling me last night and asking if my room was comfortable enough for me. Since that did not happen I will be calling the front desk this morning and requesting another room. I will have to create my own great customer service experience.

Day 2
The drapes have been closed all day the temperature on thermostat is always been at 66 and it's 83 degrees in this room.
Update:. I called Guest Services about 5: 30 yesterday afternoon and they said they were booked but they would see what they could do and call me back. Guess who never got a call back. That's the third time I've spoken with guest services that's the third time that nothing has been done.

Super nice hotel. They had parties every night for the convention I was attending and even though our room was fairly close it wasn't too loud. The room was very clean and any staff we talked to or ran into were very nice and friendly. The dining area they have could stand to be a little more sound proofed to the rest of the atrium but the food was pretty good.

This hotel is very close to Disneyland (easily walkable or an ART bus comes). The staff is great, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a great restaurant on site or a Starbucks if you're in a rush. Highly recommended!

Busy place, nice. Close to Disneyland.

The restaurant in hotel price is "a little" hight. Go eat in other restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can get better food and a reasonable price too.

I spent most of my time there in the ballroom, attending modules for work; but I want to compliment the waitstaff, the housekeeping staff, chefs, and other "behind the scenes" staff. It was them that made the stay comfortable. Thank you.

This Hotel was absolutely beautiful and had many amenities, such as restaurants and shops and a gym and pool and very comfortable beds in the rooms and clean well kept bathrooms. The overall hotel was just very inviting and all the staff were attentive and very helpful and friendly. My experience here during my stay was excellent!! I enjoyed this hotel very much and would return for another stay.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. My room has a Disney view and the view itself is beautiful. We have a fireworks show every night! The room itself is standard, not at all what I was expecting. I must just be paying for the view and not the quality of the room. Everything here cost which I was not expecting and nothing is complimentary except for my two bottles of water for being a Hilton Honors Member. I love the location and how close it is to Disney as well as other places to eat and see. Overall we had a great experience because we were together. The reception staff was great, the food court workers not so much except for one guy at the pizza place he was an older gentleman but was awesome!

Was ok. The sliding bathroom doors didn't give much sense of privacy. Our bathroom steamed up really fast because the was not air circulation in the bathroom. There was no option to take a bath. Shower only. But the overall hotel was amazing. Smelled great. Great staff. Amazing atmosphere.

Service was excellent. I cant remember her name but she was able to explain everything to us at check in, and went above and beyond. She just had a baby, sorry I cant remember her name, but she was great! Wish we could have stayed longer.

I stayed at Hilton Anaheim a few months ago and my room had BED BUGS! We called the front desk and they had someone come and check it out, and once they confirmed that it was indeed a bed bug, we got another room. All of my items had to get heat treated for a few hours. However, there was no discount for our trouble. I will never go to a Hilton again!

Honestly SO disappointed. These guys will lie to their guests. I called asking about a Microwave and the front desk lady clearly stated it was $5 for the entire stay. When I checked out they billed me for $25??? Like what??? And no, I did not hear incorrectly, it was very clearly $5 and that was the ONLY reasons I got a microwave to my room because $5 is a reasonable fee, but come on, you're gonna tell me $5 and then change it suddenly to $25? Never book here.
