Very nice place. A little expensive, but well worth it. Have a nice business center right next to a starbucks. If you are lucky to have the rooms facing Disney, each night you will get to see the firework show...Impressive.

Great seminar room with ample space for my laptop, notebook, pens, etc on the desks. The light refreshment served was of quality and fresh. One thing that can be improved would be the temperature of the room. It was hard to adjust by the lecturer, so the temperature remained cold. Overall I would recommend Hilton Anaheim seminar rooms based on my experience

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is the closest you can be to the convention center and it made our trip a lot less stressful because of that. I really appreciated all of the hotel security during the convention as well.
It's a big hotel, so it is going to be much more crowded in the lobby than others, so it can feel a bit overwhelming. My biggest con here is the lack of free WiFi. That made getting work done a heck of a lot more stressful.
I never swam in the pool, but it looked decent. There was a nice area for kids, but the pool did seem pretty small in relation to the number of guests staying there.
The room itself honestly seemed pretty dated. I expected a lot more from a Hilton. The bathroom was small and seemed like it should have at least had a fan to keep the room from steaming up. The room was nothing special, but decent compared to a lot of other places I've stayed.
Overall, I had a good stay and I would definitely like to stay here again for the convenience.

Had the opportunity to visit Anaheim in July. I have stayed at Hilton Hotels in the past and was always extremely impressed with the level of service and accommodations in the rooms and friendly staff. Hilton Anaheim did not disappoint. The hotel is top notch with fantastic amenities. Thanks to the staff and management for a wonderful stay.

Staff at Hilton Anaheim were helpful and informative. Our room was clean and tidy. The hotel had a beautiful lobby with comfortable seating. We stayed at this hotel to be close to the Disney parks. Although the walk was about a mile, it was manageable. I would recommend staying here if the hotel has a low occupancy room rate.

Any hotel that charges paying guest for parking is lucky to get 2 stars. Then a charge for wifi lowers it to 1 star. These are basic services that your guest should be provided. I personally will never stay at your hotel again. The rate was good but I would rather pay a little higher rate than have the hotel I choise try and charge me for things that should be no charge.

Great service and accommodations. The staff were very friendly. The hotel room was nice. We were in town visiting Disneyland. The hotel is approximately a 15 minute walk but they offer a bus service for not very much money. Overall great experience for a one-night stay.

We stayed a little over a month ago when we took the family to Disneyland. The hotel is very clean and we really liked the restaurant. They also have a ton of shops and a food court. And a shuttle to the parks. Great place to stay.

The hotel is old and dated. The carpet in my room is in need of being replaced. The great thing about this hotel is how close it is to Disney. However, you may not have a great view. My view looked over a parking lot and building.

I love when they have the NAMM night of worship. Matt Redman was fantastic. This hotel does amazing work for all of the NAMM craziness and 100,000+ people running in and out for 4 days. Fantastic jams and shows right in the lower level as well. Nothing like Paul Reed Smith just throwing people up on stage and having them jam!!

Had a very dated room. Looked like what appears to be coffee on bathroom walls. Bathtub did not drain well. Would have about 2 to 3 inches of standing water while showering. The bathroom vent was caked with dust and it is right above the bathtub blowing on you while you shower. At best a motel 6 stay with a fancy bar and restaurant

This hotel is an excellent alternative to staying in the pricier "official" Disneyland hotels. It's a massive hotel with good restaurants and services, clean and comfortable rooms and easy access, via shuttle, to Disneyland. You will save a fortune staying here, but your vacation will not suffer for it. Highly recommended!

Do not stay here.

Do not stay here.

I got bitten more than 10 times all over my body after staying here. I am pretty certain it was their old, unclean carpet. Emailed them to tell them I now am walking around with a bunch of bites and they called me at 7:30am in the morning to tell me "Our outside contractor has inspected the to and concluded it is free of bugs".

Their free breakfast was also quite hectic. We were sat down and then forgotten. No one explained the difference between continental and full breakfast.

The rates fluctuate like no other. We stayed as a family and occupied 4 rooms. Same categories and yet everyone paid drastically different prices. You book direct through Hilton because of their price match guarantee but in reality if we booked through Expedia we would have been given a much better experience. Plus check in was a nightmare. Only one person was working and non of our requests were granted. I usually love Hilton hotels but this experience has me rethinking my loyalty.

We stayed here in October. The hotel itself is LOCATED in a perfect spot. Close to restaurants and shopping. We were there to go to Disneyland. The hotel was a perfect location to walk to the Toy Story Parking Lot, we could even see it from our room. The lobby was beautiful and always busy and buzzing and the valet staff was attentive. That is where the nice things I have to say end. The rooms need some serious preventative maintenance. The carpet was shot we wore flip flops in the room at ALL times. There was dust around the air ducts in the room. I'm talking some THICK dust. We looked in our door's peep hole and there was a used band aid stuck in there. Mystery stains on the wall which was also on the carpet. We moved rooms and instead of asking if we needed help or why we were moving rooms, the front desk manager called and questioned why were in our old room as we were collecting our things. I guess it's because I work at a hotel that cares about our guests and the room being cleaned that I was so grossed out. I think a lot of hotels in Anaheim are not what they seem on the website.

Cozy looking lobby with basic looking rooms. I didn't like finding the hairs in my bathtub and the curly 1 by the towel makes me think it did not come off someone's head. There is no resort fee and the wifi is good, pool was closed but it is cool to have rooms facing the courtyard when they do shut it down during winter with patio doors that go out. It is a short walk to Disney and great for convention goers who need to utilize the convention center but the hair just made my experience not as good as it should have been

Very nice hotel blocks from Disneyland. They have a food court, Starbucks, gift shop, spa and a bar/restaurant. Pool is nice has a small water park.
Parking rates are avg for the hotels in the area $20-$26 a day. Bell hop service is efficient. We stayed on the Lanai deck spacious room with sliding glass door. Room was very comfortable. Overall stay was good, downside housekeeping left our sliding glass door open one morning luckily we happened to come back.

The lobby is very modern and impressive. The rooms however are very, very outdated. I stayed at the price range of $177.00 a night. Beds are old and not comfy. Like motel 6 beds but way pricier. The "Duvet" was actually missing stuffing on one bed. Electrical outlets are severely lacking and extremely old. (Like really old!) A buffet for two was $66.96 but nothing special about it. Pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage and fruit. A few other things I don't remember. Staff was friendly and curtious however. Very close to Disneyland but they do NOT offer a shuttle. You must get a taxi, uber, bus or walk. The walk is about 15min. So its not that bad. But still you would think Hilton would offer a shuttle.

I stayed on the very top floor, so it was very quiet.

The hotel is huge, but it didn t take long to learn the layout. Staff were helpful with directing me wherever I needed to go.

I didn t love each meal option, but I understand that they tried to accommodate those with dietary restrictions.

The location is central. Disneyland was close enough to walk to.

There are other hotels in the immediate vicinity, so traffic could be an issue.

When it comes to my room, the only thing I had issue with is the tv. It would not stay on the channel I selected. After a while, the tv wouldn t move from the hotel channel, so I just kept it off.

The meeting rooms were adequate but not spacious. There was a serious lack of bathrooms in the meeting area, leading to long lines.

Great hotel in a perfect location, for an awesome price! It was a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. High end place with very friendly and helpful staff. There's a fancy restaurant and Starbucks on the main level in addition to many other amenities. The staff were very accommodating to my needs and had all the answers. I LOVED their easy text check out system - no waiting in line!

We didn't stay here but visited family here. Downstairs is great. Very nice. In the room we visited there were old stained curtains, no views of anything, nowhere to hang a hand towel etc. Would expect this from a cheap motel but in comparison to the motel we stayed in for less than half the price, I'm glad we stayed where we did.

Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos. The outside and hotel lobby are very nice. However, the hotel room was disgusting. I wouldn't even let our toddler walk on the room floor without shoes on. Carpets were filthy like they hadn't been cleaned in 20 years. The bed skirt had a white fluid spilt all down the side of it. They must be short on laundry because the bed had a sheet covering the mattress pad (not a fitted sheet) followed by a 2 sheets sandwiching a non-covered comforter (gross). It's almost as if they ran out of duvet covers so they used two sheets instead to suffice. To top it off there was what appeared to be a dried poop stain on one of the "clean" bath towels. Definitely doesn't live up to the Hilton name or a 4-star hotel. Save your $200/night.

The Hotel itself is very nice, but expensive. Had to have something shipped to the Hotel. The only place to pick such items up is at the in house FedEx store. They charged me a $15.00 handling fee just to pick it up. I have had issues with WiFi connectivity in my room, and have found several bugs. If you travel a lot these things are parr for the course. Convenient if you are working a trade show at the convention center, but other than that, I would not recommend for families going to the parks.

If you are here for a conference, this hotel is perfectly situated next to the convention center. There is a Marriott that is also right next door.

The rooms were clean, albeit, clearly "used." If you like your own pillow, bring it. The pillows here were terrifically flat, so much so that I had to pile two on top of each other to sleep. During large conferences, you may end up with a luke warm shower instead of a hot shower.

All that said, it is in close proximity to many things, Disneyland included. I would not "not stay here" again, but I would also look around for better deals first.

The hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This place is massive with a food court, 2 gift shops and a coffee shop. With so much traffic through the hotel, the lobby area seemed a little worn. The room was also grungy and HOT! The thermostat had a sensor on it that would make it shut off if you left the room. The bathroom had no ventilation and the shower curtain was too short causing the floor to be flooded accidentally. We were here nearly a week, so we visited the laundry room. There were 5 washing machines for over 1,500 rooms!! We expected more out of a Hilton property and especially since we were paying almost $200 per night.

This is a business/family friendly environment so if your looking for a more quite no kids type of hotel this may not be the one for you. As Disney Land is right next door. The rooms and staff was very courtious and friendly. It right next to the Anaheim convention center so if that is the place you need to go PR Disneyland this is probably a great place to stay.

The hotel is older and can use a refresh. Rooms are ok. Bathroom needs a fan. Shower water pressure is good. Amenities are typical Hilton.

King size bed was comfortable. I wish they had king size pillows though. Makes no sense that they provide standard size pillows. Other hotels such as Marriott and Intercontinental hotels give you bigger pillows with a king size bed.

Location is great for going to Disneyland .

Would consider alternatives next time.

Good hotel near by to Disneyland. The rooms we stayed in (standard) was nothing special but was clean and the service was great. The garage connects and was 16$ per day and you can keep the car there after checkout until midnight. The pool and splash play area are great fir kids and there are hot tubs and bars for the adults.

We visited for a meetup and met in the lobby bar area. We ordered 3 appetizers - Hummus, Pizza, Artichoke Spinach Dip. Of the 3 we really liked the Hummus, other 2 were just ok. Prices were high for what you got, but I would expect that from a hotel lobby bar. Service was slow, but it was busy the night we were there, as a conference was going on and this is a main hotel for the conferences there. Drinks were also what you would expect from a hotel lobby bar - good selection and wine list with somewhat high prices. The best part of our visit was dessert. We ordered about 5 desserts and all shared and honestly I do not know which one was my favorite as they were all yummy. Next time, skip the apps and drinks and go straight for dessert!

Busy, chaotic hotel... especially on the weekends. If you're looking to escape the hoopla of Disney, this isn't it. Some rooms are dated but clean. Front desk is friendly but always a line., sometimes long. The lobby is loud. The ice machine was broken. I've stayed here a few times but it might be time to try a different place next time.

Do Not want to stay at this Hotel ever again !
The ROOMS are completely built at a slant or the foundation of the building has a huge problem , as you walk down the hall ways you will notice it dips in the middle goes up on the sides and the rooms are worse ! Our room was so badly slanted that you had to lean forward in the bathroom to stand up straight ! no joke !
I asked to be moved to another room it actually
made us feel sick . And ... the staff is of course IS Aware Of it . One of them said to us it was from an Earthquake and the foundation fell a little. You can not tell by the lobby, the lobby is impressive, however the rooms are NOT.

Will never go back there again, worst experience of my life from parking to services at the front desk to check in to dinning and to top it off having the smoke detector in the room fall from ceiling and hitting my 9 month old daughter on the head. You associate the name "Hilton" with a high standard but we got anything but that!!!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is incredibly courteous and friendly. Prices are reasonable. I'd recommend it to anyone who has an event at the convention center or wants to be near Disneyland. Be warned, it can get pretty busy as it seems to service quite a few crowds: theme park goers, business travelers, convention center visitors/purveyors, etc.

AS part of our Honeymoon to California in 2019, we stayed in 1 King bed Disney View Corner Room at the Hilton Hotel in Anaheim California.

The hotel was greatly located for going to and from Disneyland, we did walk one day which took us no more than 15 minutes. The other times we went to the park we simply walked from the hotel into the Disney car park and used Disney's free shuttle service. We discuss this more in our video.

The room was very spacious and had great all round views, but we don't think it was worth paying for the upgrade to see the fireworks from our room. Most nights we were in the parks for the fireworks, and the one night we did see them they were too distant to really enjoy.

The cleanliness of the room had no faults.

The hotel was massive, and very busy! always took a bit of time to get around the hotel, but we would definitely stay again.

It does the job. 20min walk to the entrance of Disneyland and California Adventure parks, so location is adequate. The rooms are quite dated, elevators are squeeking and staff is relatively attentive however upon arrival our bathroom was not clean with several hairs on the floor. Anyways in a pinch when visiting Anaheim it's an okay hotel.

This hotel is too expensive for what you get. Tiny rooms with a closet you can fit one coat in. Tiny 1 person bathroom. I paid $300 because I wanted a poolside room for my kids and they did not honor that room. Incredibly noisy. Try and avoid at all cost! I have stayed at
Marriott across the street and it is far superior with larger rooms and better service.

This hotel is fantastic. the staff is wonderful and friendly, and the accommodation a spectacular. we ate breakfast in the on site restaurant and I have to say it is probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. everything was fresh and very good. the hotel and rooms are very modern and chic. everything is clean and very beautiful. Mayra one of the hostesses at the restaurant was extremely helpful. I needed Mike for my son and she was more than happy to help me! if I had one complaint it would be that the beds are a little hard.

You walk in, the lobby area is very nice! But very deceiving. Once you get upstairs it is all outdated! We walk in our room that we booked to sleep 6, we get 4 towels. The carpet in our room was disgusting, stains all over and it smelled. Our tub was clogged and we showered in standing water. We had our room set at 67 degrees yet we all sweat the entire time in our room. Oh and not to mention anything you do you get charged extra for having a party of 6 including room service when we just ordered 2 pizzas. We brought up our concerns with front desk they offered to give me 50$ off for a 800$ stay. The beds and pillows were the worst we ve ever stayed in. We travel a lot, roughly 6-8 times a month. We won t ever stay at a Hilton again.

This is a really beautiful and large hotel. I didn't stay here as a guest but I stopped by for a few drinks after an event at the convention center that I was attending. They have tons of event space and the the two sun decks on the 5th floor are really nice! The hotel staff were super nice and they came and found me to let me know that they overcharged me for a drink, and it was a very busy night due to the event crowd.

I usually stay at this hotel whenever I have come to Anaheim. I ve never been more touched and more humbled than today. I m a single mom with a young child and today was especially difficult for me. When I went to breakfast, my hostess was Ana. She was amazing. She apparently could see the grief on my face. It s not easy with other children and their parents around and being the one parent with the child that seems to be that one kid that causes every head to turn.

When I got back to my room this evening, there were strawberries left for me with a note saying enjoy the good things in life. I couldn t help but break down and cry.

Thank you Ana for being my angel today. Thank you Hilton of Anaheim for Ana and providing such an amazing team of individuals to make this hotel phenomenal.

Room was clean & staff was friendly. Unfortunately I was woken up each morning by very loud popping/creaking noises coming from the windows.

Edit: The staff said this was from sun expanding the windows i.e. it happens in every single east/west facing room. Would not recommend staying here if you're unfortunate enough to get a window room!
