Room had amazing views of Disneyland as we were on level 12. We arrived and were told the optional Disneyland view was not available that we had elected to have if available. However we told staff and showed the reception that we had book a room with a view ( not if it was available so we where upgraded to a bigger room as they gave our original away. Room was nice and large. Shower was horrible and would constantly go cold. Requiring to be turned off repeatable and start again. Quite a cold process! Staff were lovely. Everything quite pricey. But all in all quite good

Hotel is very nice. Very large. Breakfast was okay, $30 for buffet is steep considering you ll probably only eat $10-15 worth of food. Only there for 2 days. Did not do much exploring. Bumped into some little kids on the elevator once, they liked the pool a lot.

We just checked out today (room 10-118) and the unpleasant surprises were:
1) They charge $21 dlls per day for the parking lot. (They argument: The parking lot Belong to the city we just charge for them the fee ) However the advertisement do NOT provide this info. They blame the agencies for do not explain that, (Hotwire, Expedia, Booking, etc).
So, this hotel do NOT have their own parking lot. You will need to ADD $21 dlls additional for each day you stay there). Not transparent offers.
2) The advertisement shows pictures asserting they will take you to Disneyland in their busses, but they do NOT say there will be a charge of $6dlls per person fee. So if in you party there are 4 to 6 persons just do the math). If you do not want to pay they refer you to get the Disney shuttles for free walking 3 blocks ahead. (False advertising.)
3) The rooms are smelly . They may not vent sufficient when cleaning.
4) No microwave is available in rooms.
5) They do NOT have table and regular chairs in rooms, just a high desk not reachable for kids and a high desk chair. They thing only in business man or retired people, not in families with kids.
6) Restroom do NOT have exhausting vent button. So you will be embarrassed when going to the wc. (unless you turn on the air conditioning of the room the wc will get ventilation, but you can not do it like that all the time).
6) Breakfast starts in $30 and up, too expensive. 6 times more expensive than the Big Brakefast (scramble eggs, pancakes, sausage, brisket, hasbrowns) (coffee or soda $1extra) of McDonalds for one persone. (Someone would say: well but this is a 4 stars hotel . Well yes, but, can this justify charge 6 times more a full breakfast?). If your party is from 4 to 6 persons, just do the math before to get your brake fast in Hilton.

Definitely, if you and your family are going to Disneyland, Do NOT book in Hilton. It will be a BIG MISTAKE

Rooms were spacious and beds were really comfortable. Counter space was a bit small in the bathroom for two ladies sharing a room. The hotel has a nice lounge area with good drinks and snacks. They had a Starbucks which is great but the items were very spendy. Good location to walk or take the bus to downtown Disney.

I feel like three stars is generous. We just checked in after flying all day and our room is borderline gross. It s very old and has not been kept in good condition. Rust marks all over the bathroom, chips in bathroom and on furniture. First and last time staying here.

Was here for a work event, and extended my stay for personal reasons. Great location, rooms are very nice. Used the Anaheim Shuttle to get around, especially to/from Disneyland. Everyone was super nice and friendly. My main issue was with the room. I went to bed feeling fine, but woke up each day with a dry and scratchy throat. Maybe it was dry air? Not sure. Room service was also very good. Quick service, and food was not bland at all!

I was here meeting a client traveling to this country for business. Love that parking is hourly, not a ridiculous amount of $25, more or less, for just driving in, regardless if you're there for 30 or 24 hours. There's a FedEx here in lobby so convenient if I need to print something extra or drop off at pkg.

Very nice hotel. Great lobby. Always had infused water in the lobby. Has a little shop inside and a small good court. Comfortable beds. Had a great view of the disneyland fireworks every night.

This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever been for a convention/seminar. Amazing facilities and several nice restaurants inside. Highly recommended. I did not spend the night here so I can't talk about room experience etc.

Their web page booked us for the wrong day even though it said it was correct. We had to book another day just to get our mini vacation! They cheated us and had no compassion with us. The room was ordinary and dull. And when I asked for the phone number and address for corporate the "gentlemen " had to Google it.
And the room cost is low but then everything including using the microwave is more. Im surprised that the soap didn't cost $20.
DON'T GO THERE!!!!

Having had the chance to stay at several hotels, I would say this was my worst hotel experience. The rooms were really old and unclean. Bathroom was small and not at all clean. We found stuff lying on the bathroom floor and had to flush the toilet to make it clean. The front registration staff was really rude. When asked for wifi the staff, a lady, said wifi is not provided. This was a first time experience for me. I said I came to attend a conference and then she gave me the details of the wifi connection. After reaching the room, the water bottles kept were all purchase to drink ones. I called the room service to see if they provide free water bottles as I am staying for some days and purchasing two bottles every day will be really expensive. The front desk person told me that they give free water bottles at the registration desk. I again went down to check that and the front registration staff, the same lady, said that free water bottles are only for Hilton Honors members. This is definitely the worst experience when we pay so much to get a room in these hotels. Very low quality, low service and high price. That's this place.

The hotel is about 20 minute walk to the Disneyland gates. Most of the hotel staff are friendly. Standard rooms are quite large and clean. Elite recognition is meh. Continental breakfast is decent and includes hard boiled eggs. Overall, decent bang for your buck close to DLC.

Visit was for a convention and there was fantastic group space and a great welcome and organization by the wonderful staff. Very good breakfast and snacks provided to us. The double queen bedroom was a little tired looking, needs a remodel. Dusty at the baseboards and the bathroom floor sloped downwards from the entry. Kind of odd. Grateful for the work desk with lots of power adapter ports and for the refrigerator in room though.

Great option to stay for Disneyland visit. I'm pretty sure the entire hotel caters to the Disneyland market, especially during the peak seasons. Although the lines at check-in and the valet stand were as long as some Disneyland rides, the hotel was adequately staffed to keep the lines moving quickly. The walk to Disneyland's main gate is a good 20 minutes, but very doable. The quality of the rooms were okay, almost made me give only 3 stars, but you can tell that this hotel is a heavily trafficked one. Pricing was very affordable in comparison to the Disneyland resort hotels.

Beautiful lobby but rooms need improvement. All the wood pieces were worn out and the wood door that's around the fridge was missing a latch. So it wouldn't close properly. Towels had stains & brown spots on it. I would give it lower ratings but the food was good.

Great service, the staff was very presentable. Rooms are clean and well kept. I had a tv issue and they sent someone up right away. One down side was cost of parking $21 and valet is $27 unlimited ins and outs. Will stay again.

I am Hilton Diamond, we stay at many Hilton properties. This is a very dated hotel. While the staff are friendly and the breakfast is 5 star, sadly the property is not. Clean but dated. Pillows are just worth out or not quality pillows. WiFi is the worst. Unreliable, even paid for upgrade, not better at all. This is 2019 after all and this is an area with plenty of tech resources. Now I know why the price was so good, it s what they have to do. Needs a facelift on the inside! New pillows and internet that actually works.

I was at the Hilton just to grab a Starbucks drink before attending Designer Con (being held next door at the convention center). There was a long line, but the staff was quick and efficient with orders. The hotel lobby that I walked through was clean and decorated for the holidays.

Very nice, luxury like you expect at a Hilton. Not the best trained staff, which is rare at a Hilton but no one knew where I could pick up a fax at guest services. Enjoyed the stay though, beds are super comfortable and the room was neat and clean. Room service is a bit pricey for the food quality. Beautiful grounds and very friendly staff at every corner. We will be back with the family.

Very clean and great communication. I would recommend to call so that you are able to get assistance on any fees, if any, that are not informed to you when you first book. The area is beautiful! Wonderful food option (i.e.,restaurants). Kid friendly as well.

Everything has a fee, parking, gym, receiving packages. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a fee to breathe the air around me. Old hotel with a 10 year old paint job. I'd rather stay in a motel on the side of the highway.

Les than hospitable staff. Overly snobbish, rooms not worth the money they charge. Rooms are very basic no quality here. Had better at a lesser hotel. They charge for every thing. Talk about nickel and dime you to death charge for parking buy the day and every time you leave and come back, parking is tight not much room . Overall not worth it will not be staying here again.

Not worth it...or maybe my expectations are too high. For over $200.00 per night, we had requested a King bed, upon arrival, no kings, but then another $30.00 to upgrade to a room with a king and access to a patio area. During check-in around 8:30 after driving all day, I learned there were some conventions going on, one of which one of them was oriented around High School aged Kids. I specifically said, don't put me next to any high school kids. Well go figure, around 10:30 PM, the kids arrive back to their rooms on either side of us, making all kinds of noise both at the front room door and the back slider to the PUBLIC patio area. They were just being kids AND THUS.... WHY I SAID NOT NEXT TO YOUNG KIDS. I had to call after being woke up several times and eventually confronting them around midnight to get this stopped. The room quality at best was a 2 out of 5. Not to mention had to pay $21.00 to self park. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I stay at a Hilton.

Love the lobby and ballroom for this hotel! Attended a charity luncheon here and was impressed with the venue. The self park parking structure is a little confusing as far as how it s set up, but they do have lots of signs. The hotel bar is expansive and I d have loved to sit and have a few drinks (having to go back to work was the only thing holding me back from doing so!). The event was held in their California ballroom and it was a very large open room. Comfortable seating, great waitstaff. Food was decent for a luncheon type setting. Coffee and dessert was yuuum! It s directly across a small sidewalk from the convention center and across the street from the backside of California Adventure. Beautiful hotel and great locale if you are going to Disney or the convention center. Wish I could have seen one of the rooms. I d stay here for a staycation!

Quite a nice, large hotel but nothing that necessarily separates itself. Probably great for anyone going to Disneyland but not sure about business like I was there. Definitely surprising and a let down that they charge for their gym unlike most other hotels.

Great hotel. Very convenient location. I thoroughly enjoy the fact that you can get the art bus right on in front of the property. I really like the Lanai deck. And the pool. And they have a guest laundry on the same floor as well. Good views of Disney. You can see the fireworks from your room. The only downside is that the parking there is pretty expensive. But I understand why they do it because it's right at the Anaheim Convention Center. I wish they would consider lowering the price for hotel guests that are there just for leisure. Not to attend a convention or an event.

I stayed one-night at this hotel and our group consisted of two couples. The main lobby was massive, nice, and easy to navigate.

I received amazing service from Jessica Sandoval, Camille Slusher, and Hectar. It is people like them who help brands like Hilton uphold such a high standard and I hope that their efforts are recognized. They made our stay extremely pleasurable and memorable!

Our stay overall was amazing. We were celebrating our engagement and Camille from the front desk helped organize an awesome surprise in our room. She went above and beyond before we even checked into the hotel. Jessica assisted as well! This was back in September so for me to remember their names this far along says a lot!

An okay hotel. Good location, but their rooms need some love. Furniture is old and technology in the hotel is outdated. Virtual key (if you use the Hilton mobile app) does not work everywhere. Usually the hotel is pretty crowded, and shops downstairs are very overpriced. On the other hand, beds are great, and rooms were clean.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are large and in average condition. Dinner in the restaurant was good and priced reasonably. The lighting in the lobby is dim, it does not feel very cozy. The lobby itself is large and loud, given the fact that the bar is in its center. The adjacent Anaheim Convention center is just a few steps away. Overall a good experience.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleanliness and comfort is not my issue. But after we were checked in, laying in bed relaxing another person barged in because they were issued the same room.
I jumped up and called downstairs to tell the front desk what happened and was treated like it was my fault for being in the room because I was never checked in with the computer. I have keycards, I paid,
I have a receipt so how is this my fault? The person at the front desk was rude and acted like this was a waste of her time.
I can t believe the lack of hospitality and customer service. Terrible response from the front desk and I spent the rest of the upset about how I felt accused of doing something wrong. No apology from staff no nothing. We ve stayed here several times and didn t mind the $21 parking fee but will NEVER be back for our Disneyland trips. I expected professionalism and hospitality from the Hilton.

I prefer the customer service from Motel 6 and I ll pay half the price.

Good place, overall. Older hotel and overpriced on the weekend we were here for a gymnastics competition. It's worth it for the convenience of staying where our event is at, but probably wouldn't choose it if it weren't for that. Restaurant is way overpriced for the quality of food served. (Don't get the paella.) Staff and service everywhere are excellent and room is a good size.

I guess it is expected but my room was well-worn...with all the Disney traffic. This hotel is enormous with soooooooo many rooms...I had to walk a long ways to get to my room. It is a bit of a maze to get around...almost like a casino in Vegas.

The workout space was the best I've seen in any hotel though. Lots of free weights and cardio in a large cool space. I was in town for work not Disney so it is more likely suitable for that purpose.

The Hilton is gigantic, with clean rooms and pleasant service. It is located across the street from Disneyland, making it a great place for business and fun. During the busiest times it can be difficult to find an elevator that isn't already packed.

Great stay. We were only there for two nights but we enjoyed it. The location is great, it's a very quick ride to Disneyland. We only ate at breakfast at the hotel but it was also very good. Plenty of variety to go with the staples. My only complaint is that the bed was harder than I prefer but to be fair I have a very nice bed at home that I'm accustomed to.

It's so sad when you go to a place and what you expect is not the outcome of your expectations. I was surprised to see that a five star Hilton was running as a three star hotel. The lobby was fantastic and beautiful but when we went to our rooms it was so sad!!!! I have stayed in many hotels and in different places but the room looked as if I was in a $35 a day motel and not a hotel!!!! Don't get me wrong I appreciate the general manager for giving us a great rate for our family reunion, though we were not on the same floor as planned and promised so that we could all be together. The bathroom does not have a lock the carpet was old, the shower curtain was literally a window curtain? The Hilton on Guam is fabulous from the lobby to the rooms and facilities. (Five-star) why are they not upgrading the hotel to keep up with the their reputation as a five star or six star hotel.

It's fancy and nice but I'd much rather spend my time somewhere else. Its big and takes a while to get in and get out and parking is paid. An inn with included breakfast would be much more preferred.

As a pro, they messed up our reservation rooms and were very quick to fixing the issue. We also left a phone in the old, incorrect room and they were very helpful in getting us back in without trouble. Compared to some other messes I've experienced with hotels, the way management handled the situation was good.
