The only ones who charge the presale even on the tickets you buy one hour before the event directly on site. A fraud! The online shopping site does not accept payments with certain credit cards. I am amazed in negative by the rigidity of the regulation of this organizing company. I state that I am mistakenly bought online tickets for the musical "Love and change the world" that will be staged at the Gran Teatro Morato on Friday 19.10 instead of Saturday 20.10 both at 21.30. After checking on the website that is in the same sector still available places on 20.10 I called and tried to ask the customer care if there was the possibility to change our tickets (5 tickets from 59.00 one including the presale ... so I would say an important figure !!). The rigidity of the negative response, which leaves no room for any possibility of meeting an error committed by the client, has left me stunned. I can understand that there are already paid SIAE rights, but I can hardly believe that I can not propose any solution for moving tickets, especially since there are plenty of free seats!
