After many years of a good working relationship.
Its so easy to be broken by 1 staff member.

Within a lockdown period after 3 years of driving a vehicle. Only two very small scuffs and i requested them to be understanding to the lockdown and the repair of the wheels.

No full payment. Lockdown or no lockdown.
Have made a complaint.

BCA wear and tear out of date.
You cannot drive and park in london for 3 years and not hit a the alloy.

Awful service throughout, GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR LEASE VEHICLES THEY WILL SHAFT YOU WHEN YOU HAND THE CAR BACK. Their attitude to customers is appalling. I was charged hundreds of pounds when handing back a car in great condition. Any wear and tear they will invoice you for even if it is fair, I disputed the invoice for 8 weeks and they would not even entertain my opinion, Their was insufficient evidence to show any wear to the car but they still threatened further action if i did not pay the invoices issued at the end of the lease. They have a licence to print money literally when you give the car back and they will not carry out any repairs just pocket the money and send the car to auction!! See images of the wheels i was charged to 'refurb' no marks on any spokes and a few very minor scuffs, To be expected from a 2 year lease and 20k miles in my opinion!

Poor at communicating and appear completely unorganised. Had a planned car delivery cancelled at the last moment after waiting in all day for delivery. Staff were unapologetic and had a could not careless attitude. A company I would avoid in future.

Currently leasing a car with them. Friendly, helpful cannot praise them enough. We pay a good rate, and the service is wonderful, all we have to do is put in fuel and insure the car they look after the rest

Poor Service from Alphabet - End of Contract arrangements are a Joke!
They expect YOU to MOT the car, even though the car will be given back on the 3rd anniversary, then charge extra hire costs because they can't collect on time.

Had 2 interviews and both times never received any feedback even after emailing 5 times and being told they were very sorry and would chase it. So that's great, finding out where I had gone wrong so I can work on my interview skills.

I have had my first experience with Alphabet after our company change providers for our fleet.
Car is due its first service. They will not allow it to go to a main dealer. Instead, they have booked me in with a garage 40 minutes drive away. I have to take it there and pick up a courtesy car - BUT HERE'S THE GOOD BIT! - The garage they are sending me to don't do courtesy cars... They don't even have a customer waiting area... so I have to stand around in the street for a few hours whilst my car has a service - Hope it's not raining!! -
Have tried speaking to Alphabet (15 minutes on hold each time) - they really don't seem bothered at all - just repeating the line "It's the way our systems are"

Customer services team reacted to this review. I am now pleased to report that the car was serviced by a local dealership. Much better service - such a shame it took a bad review for common sense to prevail..

I leased a work vehicle in December. They delivered a faulty vehicle. Today is the 6th February. This vehicle is now in the garage. There is a major fault that the garage is struggling to fix. Not only have I been with a work vehicle that I cannot use for over 8 weeks, I have not been offered a courtesy vehicle, they have continued to charge me for the vehicle (even though on day 2 the AA advised that this must not be driven) and to make things worse they have not responded to my e-mails. We have now cancelled our direct debit. We need to be refunded for all monies paid to date, compensated for the loss of a work vehicle and we need a new vehicle as we are not willing to accept this fauty one back, no matter how long Ford take to "fix"it. I am trying to run a business and need a vehicle on the road.

well i struggled with one star, our organisation changed providers to Alphabet. 2,5 months down the line from my initial documentation and have still not heard an ounce, no e mail no phone call, i have seven weeks left on the existing vehicle!!! the worst service i have ever had from any service provider not holding my breath !!!

The company I work for changed leasing companies and went with Alphabet for a fleet of Van's, which arrived after about 8 months of waiting. We have a massive issue when it comes to getting tyres. Apparently we can use any quickfit , but as soon as you mention Alphabet they just don't wan't to know and come up with all sorts of excuses and tell you to try elsewhere. Even when a driver had a nail in their tyre quickfit didn't want to know. Contacted customer service who put me through to another department who didn't have a clue why they redirected my call.
If you are going to use a company like quickfit, make sure they want to do the work and if they dont, do something about it.

Relentlessly poor customer service from the very start of the three year agreement to almost the very end. Its always someone else's fault. Never Alphabet's. If you express any dissatisfaction, however politely, the person at the other end of the phone sighs like my teenager. If you ask why they're sighing its because "they've got asthma"! If I book direct with the dealer I get a telling off from Alphabet. If I book through them and request a waiting appointment they omit to inform me its a 4 hour service. I discover it when the dealer tells me as I arrive with the car. Apparently its unreasonable to expect Alphabet to tell me that according to them. Im still waiting for a call back from the Alphabet supervisor. I shall never deal with this appallingly inept company again. Have they read any of the reviews on here?! Alphabet - Don't respond asking me to contact customer services - Im already waiting their response. Instead invest some energy in learning your business. You are a disgrace. My car reg is RJ66WNN

Its now two weeks since the above problem and my car is still not serviced. Hopeless service continues. I don't have a car to drive but I can look at the one in the photo as its been parked on my drive for 24 hours. Apparently no loan car was available despite this also being a warranty claim. An endless series of made up inaccurate excuses from Alphabet and Barons of Farnborough.

I really can't fault Alphabet. They administered the payments for a vehicle sourced through First Choice flawlessly. I didn't have a service package so can't comment on any of that. However, when I enquired several times after umming and ahing about whether to terminate my agreement early at various points they always answered quickly, were very polite and took time to explain the process and my options. Calls were always followed by written statements which were very clear and more than fair in terms of cost. When it came to arranging the car collection, the process was again very quick and easy and the final analysis by BCA was smooth and painless. I hope that Audi financial services are as good with my new car. Thanks Alphabet.

Awful company, would never use them again. Customer service is zero and have already told many others about this and warned them against using them and will continue to do so. It s lowered my thoughts on car leasing yet have had many before with other companies without a hitch. Shame that one company can ruin it for the many. Steer clear.

Horrible customer service. I left an item in the car and instead of trying to help return the item their attitude was to ignore any requests I made to get the item back. When they finally did check and get back to me surprise, they couldn't find it. Their attitude was "Finders Keepers". Couldn't care less about trying to help me. I assume it was because I had finished paying them and I was of no value to them anymore. Horrible way to treat a customer who looked after the vehicle and returned it way under the mileage limit. I hope whoever found my sunglasses gets good use out of them. These guys are fine if you are paying every month, but as soon as you have something you need help with...Horrendous.

Awful company that lack any customer service. I have had a independent assessment carried out on my BMW 5 series to confirm ongoing issues. Alphabet refuse to acknowledge this and despite legal intervention refuse to discuss the matter in an attempt to resolve it. Without doubt the worst lease company I have used in twenty years.

Beware....(Scam) Alphabet together with Kwik-Fit created a perfect scam.
The scam is called Kilometers vs. Miles
1. Alphabet takes its car to Kwik-Fit fleet to be Mot- ed.
2. The car at Alphabet shows 90,000 miles on the speedometer, same at DVLA and at Kwik-Fit Mot centre.
3. Two months later, the car is sold at a Major dealer with 56,000 miles
4. Consumers very upset when discovering the fraud at next MOT.
5. Kwik-Fit issue a letter to the Dealer saying it was an error as MOT was done when speedometer was in Kilometers Mode,
And since 90,000 Kilometers = 56,000 Miles therefore it is a simple error.
I challenge Alphabet CEO to say that this is not the case as documents from 7 other victims are available. (not coincidence)
We the victims of this fraud by (Alphabet) are arranging a trip to Germany
BMW Corporate Office to meet CEO there to explain the scam to him.

We have 2 cars from this company. Vehicles were not cleaned on collection from new which would be expected so that could have been better. I wouldn t attribute to the company as a bad experience just a lazy individual in charge of cleaning.

We have much praise in terms of customer service - as handling our company issues during lockdown . Can not fault the communication, understanding or service received. 5**

Appalling customer service from Alphabet all round. Your contracted and locked-in for the term, they take your money and then don't care about you as the customer.

I am experiencing a second period of poor customer service with Alphabet, regarding the annual service on my Range Rover. Service levels are not booked correctly. Dates are confused between Alphabet and the dealer. Alphabet have never called me back with an update, as promised.

I am driving back and forth from the dealership and left calling all parties involved trying to clarify dates and confirming the work involved.

There is no accountability and ownership from Alphabet for coordinating the services. There is never an apology and the communication is via standard form emails that don't provide enough details.

I have left voice mails and emails with their Customer Experience team and no response.

I spend a lot of money on my vehicle and servicing package and I am disappointed in Alphabet's treatment of me as a customer.

Had a private plate on a vehicle which went back to dealer as vehicle had many problems, to speed the process of taking the plate of the vehicle alphabet advised to do it online but doing it that way they would not guarantee that we would get the plate back and that they could end up keeping the plate. So we did the process by post to guarantee that we got the plate back into our ownership. Not a very honest company and considering they are owned by BMW that is not good.

If I could give no stars I certainly would. The incompetence of this company is incredible. I booked collection of my BMW today 22nd October 2018 because the contract came to an end. I booked a slot 13:00 - 18:00 hours. I took a day off work especially. It got to 17:00 hours still not collected. So I called to be told they made a mistake, the operator who booked the collection inserted the collection date as 22nd October 2016 !!!! Now I don't know what system they use but a reliable system surely would have rejected the booking in the first place for the operator to realise her mistake before wasting my time. To make matters worse they then asked me to extend the insurance on the BMW to allow for another collection date when I explained I have another car, the insurance of which I planned would switch on collection of the BMW today, I cannot have two cars insured under the same policy and even if I could why put me through more stress due to their mistake!!! The reply I got was 'there's not much I can do' and left me waiting for a resolution with the promise their supplier would contact me...well Alphabet you need to do better than that. Such a disappointment, think twice about financing your car through Alphabet GB Ltd, appalling service.
