Horrible customer service. I left an item in the car and instead of trying to help return the item their attitude was to ignore any requests I made to get the item back. When they finally did check and get back to me surprise, they couldn't find it. Their attitude was "Finders Keepers". Couldn't care less about trying to help me. I assume it was because I had finished paying them and I was of no value to them anymore. Horrible way to treat a customer who looked after the vehicle and returned it way under the mileage limit. I hope whoever found my sunglasses gets good use out of them. These guys are fine if you are paying every month, but as soon as you have something you need help with...Horrendous.
