Relentlessly poor customer service from the very start of the three year agreement to almost the very end. Its always someone else's fault. Never Alphabet's. If you express any dissatisfaction, however politely, the person at the other end of the phone sighs like my teenager. If you ask why they're sighing its because "they've got asthma"! If I book direct with the dealer I get a telling off from Alphabet. If I book through them and request a waiting appointment they omit to inform me its a 4 hour service. I discover it when the dealer tells me as I arrive with the car. Apparently its unreasonable to expect Alphabet to tell me that according to them. Im still waiting for a call back from the Alphabet supervisor. I shall never deal with this appallingly inept company again. Have they read any of the reviews on here?! Alphabet - Don't respond asking me to contact customer services - Im already waiting their response. Instead invest some energy in learning your business. You are a disgrace. My car reg is RJ66WNN

Its now two weeks since the above problem and my car is still not serviced. Hopeless service continues. I don't have a car to drive but I can look at the one in the photo as its been parked on my drive for 24 hours. Apparently no loan car was available despite this also being a warranty claim. An endless series of made up inaccurate excuses from Alphabet and Barons of Farnborough.
