I leased a work vehicle in December. They delivered a faulty vehicle. Today is the 6th February. This vehicle is now in the garage. There is a major fault that the garage is struggling to fix. Not only have I been with a work vehicle that I cannot use for over 8 weeks, I have not been offered a courtesy vehicle, they have continued to charge me for the vehicle (even though on day 2 the AA advised that this must not be driven) and to make things worse they have not responded to my e-mails. We have now cancelled our direct debit. We need to be refunded for all monies paid to date, compensated for the loss of a work vehicle and we need a new vehicle as we are not willing to accept this fauty one back, no matter how long Ford take to "fix"it. I am trying to run a business and need a vehicle on the road.
