Appalling customer service from Alphabet all round...

Appalling customer service from Alphabet all round. Your contracted and locked-in for the term, they take your money and then don't care about you as the customer.

I am experiencing a second period of poor customer service with Alphabet, regarding the annual service on my Range Rover. Service levels are not booked correctly. Dates are confused between Alphabet and the dealer. Alphabet have never called me back with an update, as promised.

I am driving back and forth from the dealership and left calling all parties involved trying to clarify dates and confirming the work involved.

There is no accountability and ownership from Alphabet for coordinating the services. There is never an apology and the communication is via standard form emails that don't provide enough details.

I have left voice mails and emails with their Customer Experience team and no response.

I spend a lot of money on my vehicle and servicing package and I am disappointed in Alphabet's treatment of me as a customer.
