I have had my first experience with Alphabet after...

I have had my first experience with Alphabet after our company change providers for our fleet.
Car is due its first service. They will not allow it to go to a main dealer. Instead, they have booked me in with a garage 40 minutes drive away. I have to take it there and pick up a courtesy car - BUT HERE'S THE GOOD BIT! - The garage they are sending me to don't do courtesy cars... They don't even have a customer waiting area... so I have to stand around in the street for a few hours whilst my car has a service - Hope it's not raining!! -
Have tried speaking to Alphabet (15 minutes on hold each time) - they really don't seem bothered at all - just repeating the line "It's the way our systems are"
TERRIBLE COMPANY - TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Customer services team reacted to this review. I am now pleased to report that the car was serviced by a local dealership. Much better service - such a shame it took a bad review for common sense to prevail..

UPDATE - NOT AGAIN!!!??
If anyone in "Customer Service" (oh - the irony!) is monitoring this, we are experiencing the same problems a year later now the second service is due....
