Adam is the best! He has done my hair a few times now and always gets it perfect! I always get pictures to send to him as inspiration for what I want and he is always able to excite the style perfectly . From color , to cut , to balayage, he is phenomenal in every category . Not only did he give me dimension and beautiful layers but he mastered coloring my hair how I wanted it .

I was a New client making an appointment. Very next day they call to cancel because of a personal thing and 'no one else has time for you'. What a nice way of saying that. Way to make me feel like you want my business, or that my time matters. Anne was also very rude when ending the call. Wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone

I came in with brunette hair and left with a gorgeous blonde! He got the color perfect!! He took the time to talk with me and ask me questions... and suggested exactly what I was looking for! He was so patient, friendly and detail oriented! I would highly recommend Alessandro Salon and Spa... and you MUST ask for Adam! What a professional, great guy! I have gotten SO MANY compliments and "Your blonde looks beautiful, where did you get your hair done?"

I have being going to this Spa for over 10 years. Everyone is very professional, friendly, outgoing and fun! Always make you feel at home. When you need help with certain products, new products, etc their always there to help. They are AWESOME. Owner Bruno is an extremely nice guy. He really cares alot about his employers.Donna, Bonnie who work the front desk are AMAZING. They are all great. I use Sabina for all my waxing, Rosa- Manicure, Pedicure, Desiree-Hair. And she kicks ass!! So does Patricia.. My girls at the Spa are great. There is a new girl Wanita, she does an amazing pedicure.

Adam was great! I wasn't sure what to expect but everyone quickly made me feel at ease and my hair looked fabulous.

I met with Adam after I had a bad color and haircut. Over the last four months he was able to turn my harsh dark color into a warm color that I love and correct a bad cut. I had lots of uneven areas with no real style but he was able to cut it in a way that my hair looks styled as it is growing out it. I see the light at the end of the tunnel. He is a professional that I trust to do what's best for me based on my hair type, face shape, coloring and personal style.

I've been to this salon before and had a positive experience but yesterday was not the same. I called to make an appointment, the person I requested was booked so I asked the girl if she could schedule me with someone who was very good with color. The man who did my hair was very unsure of things he was asking multiple stylist for help which made me nervous. He was sloppy and rushing the whole time. It took him maybe 5 minutes to do my cut he didn't even check the length to be sure it was even. After he rushed the blow dry and basically rushed me out of the chair I paid a lot I money and left . When I got home I realised that I had hair color all over my ears and neck and my scalp. So unprofessional and messy. Never ever going to him again!!

This place is amazing! The ladies are always so nice and make you feel comfortable. My daughter and I have both had our hair cut and styled by Bonnie. She listened to what we wanted, asked questions and went to work. The end result has been perfect for both of us! Price is comparable to most other places and worth it if you come out with an excellent hairstyle. We will definitely be back for our next cut! Thank you Bonnie!

Dominique is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Her skill set is light years ahead of anyone I've ever been to, or seen on anyone else. Please know that the picture doesn't even do her work justice. She's the sweetest person, and a perfectionist at her craft. I have sent numerous people to her, all who have thanked me greatly for referring them to her. I will never trust anyone else with my hair. I have been going to her for about a year and a half now and I'm so glad I found her! Can't thank her enough for extra boost of confidence she gives me! <3

I am absolutely delighted with my cut! I had an appointment with gaby. I was early, and he didn t make me wait. The salon is Beautiful and I felt like a princess. I showed him a few pictures. I was going from shoulder length to short, so I knew I needed a master stylist. He said no problem, asked a few questions and got to work. The outcome is EXACTLY what I wanted. I highly recommended you see him if you are particular and want the best.

The woman at the front desk, pretty sure her name was Gianna, was WONDERFUL! She ordered a shampoo for me, got called a few days later, excellent customer service, and she was VERY nice too.

Adam exceeded my expectations ! I went in for a consult for a color correction and big change to blonde! I ve always had difficulty in the past getting my hair to lift to a nice shade of blonde but I put my trust in him and he wowed me! Highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for a change ! He took time and paid attention to all the details important to me !

I have had no less than 4 Swedish massages by Jurate and I will not go anywhere or to anyone else again! She is perfect. The pressure is perfect and I adore her personality as well!

I highly recommend this salon. The stylists here are awesome and do anything you need done to your hair with much perfection!

With the exception of the warm towels, the pedicure was no better or longer than you would receive at a nail salon in the mall - but for double the price for about 25 minutes, it cost me $45.

They do not use the plastic inserts in the pedicure machines so I'm hoping they clean it properly.

In addition, I asked the woman that did my pedicure NOT to cut my cuticles or the sides of my nails as it hurts when I walk or run (I run 4 miles 3x a week). I must have asked her 3 times not to do that but as soon as I would sit back she would do it again - with the result I am having difficulty walking and it affects my active life style. I even told her that she cut me she said she must have scraped me.

Get to the front check out - get guilted into a tipping them - NOT once was I asked how was my experience - instead I was told thanks your spa gift certificate cover the cost - no receipt - I stood waiting and she starts talking to the rest of the staff.

Never again - stick with the mall nail salon - at least you get what you pay for and they will only file your nails if you request it.

My friend came here for years and saw Dayna for cut and color. I stopped by to try to get a consultation with her and found out that she went to their other Boynton salon HOT HEADS. I eventually wentto see her there and I could not be happier with my hair. The best hilights ever! I look like Jen Anniston...well my hair does anyway! I just wanted to post a review her though that the girl atthe desk did give me a tour of the spa and Oh My God!!! It was so beautiful and peaceful that I booked a facial with Mai and ended up getting a bikini wax too. It was the best facial i have ever had and I cant wait to go back . I might get a massage too!!!

I enjoy going to Alessandra Spa as my hair stylist, Gaby is fabulous! He is extremely talented hairdresser.

I do feel that more staff is needed behind the scenes particularly at the shampoo station.

Dominique is my stylus and I have to say she is absolutely amazing! I have struggled with getting the right color blonde in the past and what she does is absolute magic. I ve been seeing her for a while and my hair is in the best condition that it has ever been.Most definitely my best hair experience and I m never disappointed. I always feel amazing when I leave and get so many compliments.

I've been a client here for over 5 years. I love how Desiree does my hair, I've also done spa services which are amazing. Everyone is professional and you definitely feel like you're being pampered. My only complaint are their prices, they are a little pricy, but I take advantage of their once a month specials :)

My sister and I have been going there for sometime. My sister over 20 years. I have been going for the last 8. Sebastian Trento does our hair and he is FANTASTIC. He got my hair color that I wanted instead of doing what he wanted. They do great facials and massages. The whole staff from when you walk in the door to when you leave are excellent. I highly recommend this place.

I have been going to this spa for about 2 years. Mainly for pedi/mani which is always so relaxing and I feel like new when I leave. Luz is the best manicurist!

Went to another salon Pyure and the head Haircutter hacked my hair so badly that I called Alesandra salon and luckily ADAM was available. He took 45 minutes to fix and style my hair. He was excellent and assured me that my hair would look great. Thank you ADAM! I ve gone back to Adam several times since and he always give me the best color and cuts. I highly recommend his services.

I love coming to this place. I have a great experience every time. The prices are so reasonable-I've gotten hours worth of treatments including facial, pedicure, hair cut/style and more for less than $250. A 1 hour pedicure was only $35...without the rushed factory style nail salon. You won't go wrong booking here.

I just came from this place, mortified. This was my third visit, I had brought my sons along to each visit. On this occasion I had my 3 year old with me. When I got there, I was told there was no place for him and was it ok if he was on my lap. I was surprised, since they had never requested this before, but I said ok. When I got to the back, the stylist said I could seat my son in the chair next to us. Which I did. The area started to fill up so I told my son to stay next to my chair, which he did. He was being quiet, just chuckling and making his toddler sounds, and did not wander away. Towards the end of my session, the lady from the front came to the back and rudely told me that my son was bothering the customers and that they went there to relax. That she had told me to keep him on my lap. I was embarrassed and mortified beyond belief.

I'm a working mom, and although I understand that salons are no place for small children, I'd rather go through the frustration of keeping them quiet and next to me, instead of stealing from them precious time with me, even if it's just me sitting in a chair.

Needless to say, I will never bother them with my presence or my business again.

I had a massage for the first time and the service and professionalism was amazing. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They are very thorough with Covid cleanings and I m already trying to book another massage.

Staff kicked me out, because she needed to go home early. Spoke to manager in regards to it and nothing was done. Was a loyal customer for many many years. Felt like the manager who handled the situation was very unprofessional.

Worst nightmare!!!
To start, the stylists personnel are extremely unprofessional. My hair was burned and falling apart from the stylist leaving the highlight bleach on my hair longer than it was supposed to because Suky neglected me since he was doing highlights on another client. Not only my hair was falling apart in pieces but the color was orange and uneven throughout my then long hair. In trying to fix the mess Suky left on my hair, Sandra tried to correct the color. She did a extremely bad color correction, my roots are lighter and gray hairs were not well covered! She also cut my hair too short and unevenly! When I asked for the manager, Gabi came and presented himself as the manager which then he changed his position to the one in charge for the afternoon. To top it off, my $125 BCBG shirt got stained, and I have not been refunded for that disastrous treatment from the personnel in that salon. When I finally was able to get in touch with a manager to get refunded and to get my roots fixed, she wanted me to pay in order to get my roots fixed! The entire experience was a total nightmare until this day because my hair still is falling apart... worst day of my life!

Second time I have communicated my haircut preference - having long enough hair to get the look I wanted - and Sebastian cut it all off without listening. Never going back.

I went to this salon after hearing great things about it in Facebook group I belong to. The salon was very nice and reasonably priced-plus if you're a new customer you can get a coupon for $20 off your first visit! Adam was my stylist and cut and highlighted my hair. He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with my cut or highlights! Oh and don't forget the wine. I highly recommend making an appointment with Adam!

I booked an one hour massage and walked out of here feeling amazing! Julia was great and gave one of the best massages I've ever had. Very warm and welcoming staff will have me returning monthly for a massage.

I've had my hair cut and highlights twice now by Anita. She does an excellent job with everything and makes sure you are happy with your hair. The prices are pretty much the same range as other nice salons in the area. They have a great variety of hair products for sale. All of the staff is very nice and friendly. The artwork inside is also very nice, I was told it was all done by the owner!

I loved part of the work they did but they cheated me with the prices exceedingly what they made me worth $ 75 and they ended up charging me $ 120 I was fine but ah a friend did the same thing to me and to her if they charged her $ 75 she has a little more hair long than mine and they charged the right price. I do not understand

Absolutely love this salon. Very clean and well kept, I have been seeing Anita for my cut and coloring for a couple years now and I have never been any happier!!!! It s super hard for me to find a good hair stylist because I m so picky and look for perfection and Anita has it down!!! Amazing with color, and her cuts are beautiful!!! 10/10 recommend!!!!
